PaceOff v1.3

Just a small app to quickly restart or turn off Amazfit Pace. It also works on Stratos. This is one of my Pace(X) series (On, Off, Up & Down).
I made this for my personal use, mostly to save the battery. For whatever reason, it may be useful for some of us here.
Non-root version here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/amazfit/paceoff-v3-0non-root-quickly-restart-t3780486
Disclaimer:
I am not responsible for any bad things caused by using this app, and blah, blah, blah.
The app is free for personal use.
Instruction:
The app requires SuperSu root. Most custom ROMs are already rooted. If yours is not, you may have a look at this. https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/amazfit/local-root-amazfit-watch-supersu-2-79-t3711327
Just sideload the apk. This can be done using ADB.
Here is how.
Usage:
Quick reboot, Quick Shutdown
Note that there is no confirmation screen here. Click a button, then boom!
Shutdown Scheduler
It turns off the watch automatically at a configurable time.
Battery Level Shutdown
It turns off the watch automatically at a configurable battery level.
After Boot Autostart
It automatically starts the shutdown scheduler after booting. The watch, therefore, can be turned off automatically at a configurable time or battery level daily.
Changelog:
Version 1.0
- Initial release
Version 1.3
- Code optimized
- Faster Load Time
- Bigger Buttons
- keeping the screen on while running in the foreground
Version 2.0
- Shutdown scheduler added
- After boot autostart added
The watch can be turned off automatically at a configurable time daily.
Version 3.0
- Confirmation Toast Messages added
- Battery Level Shutdown added
The watch can also be turned off automatically at a configurable battery level.

awesome!
a small feature to save the battery - auto-turn-off when reaching 11 percent of battery, or user controllable, its strongly advised not to go under 15 percent.

PaceOff 2.0
Version 1.3 and 2.0 are up (OP updated).
Changelog:
Version 1.3
- Code optimized
- Faster Load Time
- Bigger Buttons
- keeping the screen on while running in the foreground
Version 2.0
- Shutdown scheduler added
- After boot autostart added
The watch can be turned off automatically at a configurable time daily.
Coming feature: Shutdown at a configurable battery level

Thanks for the app and the new version. I just had an idea, for those who don't have root... Maybe it's possible to activate the shutdown menu simulating the button long press? Or maybe using "adb shell pm grant app.name android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS" to grant PaceOff elevated privileges?
Regards

Thanks for the idea.
Actually, that was my attempt too, but it didn't quite work. I somehow need REBOOT and SHUTDOWN permissions which cannot be granted using the pm command.
Anyway, I have figured out a way for non-root users to use the exact same functions of this app. Once, I release its final version, I will also have a non-root version of it.

PaceOff v3.0
Version 3.0 is up (OP updated).
Changelog:
Version 3.0
- Confirmation Toast Messages added
- Battery Level Shutdown added
The watch can also be turned off automatically at a configurable battery level.
This is the last version as it needs to be. No new features will be added. I will only fix critical bugs if any.
For non-root users who have their bootloader unlocked, non-root versions of PaceOff are coming soon in another thread.
Edit: non-root version here. https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/amazfit/paceoff-v3-0non-root-quickly-restart-t3780486

How are you using core 3 when bionix just released core 2 ? Is this the same rom as final but themed?

Why is this file 2 MB smaller than the regular R1 Final even though it should have extra stuff?

Please post back when you install it. Let me know what you think
I think there might be a bug with the silent/vibrate/ringer switch in the notification bar. Everything was running smooth for me with z4mod on this ROM until I pressed the silent toggle switch. After that, it completely froze and the screen turned black. Oddly, I could get the power down menu to come up, but pressing reboot or shut down didn't work. Luckily, I can get into downloading mode, but after flashing back to stock and back to R1 again, I pressed the toggle again and now even though Odin detects the phone and starts the download it just stays stuck at cache.rfs Help!
I'm having the same bug....i wonder if this is on the normal R1 or just this one...odd..
I'm getting a black screen now, i cant even get into the menu.....damn.
DO NOT HIT THE TOGGLE!
Dammit, I tried the toggle to see what you guys were talking about, and my phone became unresponsive and went into a kernel panic. I could feel it vibrate every 10 seconds or so... Pulling the battery didn't help either, would boot into the panic. Holding down the power button brought up the menu and I selected "Silent Mode" to turn the sound back on and it recovered finally.

[APP][6.0+][UPDATED] FrontFlash Notification v1.9.4 (20180217)

What is this?
Basically by installing this application, as soon as you receive a notification, the front flash of your phone starts blinking as it were a notification LED.
It can be useful to all those (but not only) that have a device without the notification LED, but instead have a flash next to the selfie camera.
It also extends the concept of notification to the unread badges received from the applications (e.g the "Facebook like"). So, when an unread badge occours, in the same way as a "normal" notification the flash starts blinking and you will be notified of what's going on.
Various settings are also available to better configure the application to suit your needs.
It works on all devices equipped with a front flash, regardless of whether or not it has the hardware notification LED.
Tests have been performed on Samsung devices, in particular but not only on the J series.

Okay, just search Flash in settings app and press the last option. You should be able to do it through the system default settings app. I have it enabled right now, you don't need a 3rd party app to do it

I guess always. In his other Hydrogen Thread someone reported the phone won't boot after trying to connect to WiFi.
These roms should be very similar I think.

ArrowOS
ABOUT
ArrowOS is an AOSP based open source project started with the aim of keeping things simple, clean and neat, both for the Android system and users. We understand the pain of unnecessary and sometimes rarely used mods/features being shipped with custom roms nowadays which may end up causing battery drains and/or memory leaks & crashes. This is being strictly avoided on our side keeping everything to a bare minimum, delivering stable performance all the time without destroying the AOSP interface. With users getting more used to tweaks and features, we added just the right features and customisations that will be actually USEFUL at the end of the day.

Hello guys! I was about to recycle this phone so I said to give it a try. Everything worked fine except a small issue with the LEDs. Charging while the device is off opens the red LED. Charging while the device is on opens both the red as well as the green LED. This never happened before. Green must be on only when the battery is full. Also the FM radio worked fine. Installed all apps including 2FA & Intune. The last required encryption per company policy so I performed it thus bricked it I deleted everything using TWRP so it is working fine now. Need to put a SIM to check if I can make calls. If it had WPA3 support for WLAN it would be super cool.
