Today i present you with a Deodexed and Debloated Version of WW_15.0405.1803.99 (The most recent Firmware).
I've removed all the TIM Apps and most other junk by Asus we don't need.
The mod also contains Potato Statusbar Gradient by mariozawa, and 3MinitBattery by gharrington
This is not a complete Rom. You must be running WW_15.0405.1803.99 already on your phone.
You must also have TWRP installed as your Recovery.
Once you have your phone up and running TWRP and WW_15.0405.1803.99, boot into recovery and just flash the mod.
First boot may take a few minutes.

FeaturesThis is not a comprehensive list of features and not all of them have been baked in yet.
Persistent Status Bar.
Restructured Settings (prefs are now where they belong)
Shortcut to MTK Engineering Mode in Settings.
OTA Removed (Will add ROM OTA soon)
Debloated!!
Deodexed
Busybox
Superuser
Black Theme (coming soon)
Status Bar Mods
Advanced Power Menu
Key Remapping (coming soon)
Latest EnSec Patch included.
Build.prop compatibility tweaks (for companion and watchface apps)
Misc tweaks
Installation(First time installations require a factory reset prior to flashing, this is important as you could otherwise end up with issues I don't care about.)
Download the zip(s).
Disable Quick Boot!!! and reboot into recovery.
Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM (Highly recommended!)
Wipe data & cache partitions of your device (if coming from another ROM or Stock).
Flash CheckmateROM.
Flash the appropriate baseband for your device.
Flash 4.2.2 Gapps.
Profit?
NOTE: It might take a while to boot into the ROM initially, this is normal (android is optimizing the apps). Give your device up to ten minutes to sort itself out before presuming you're stuck in a bootloop. (Also did you remember to disable quick boot?)

And this one as well
Tnx for this mate...
My watch still hasn't arrived so I have one question - what's "quick boot" and how to disable it.
I know I'll figure that up when TS arrive but I'm just curious.
Everything else is perfectly clear...
And yeah ...maybe to add a link to thread in OP how to flash recovery, root and all preparations (if there is something one should do)
Can't wait to try this

Let me know if you need anything.
The download was not released yet? I don't see a viable link.
Thank you for your awesome work. Is it x201 or Omate-only?
It will be Omate only

any word?
Bump time.... Hope this comes out soon or Lokifish releases the "secret rom" he is running

Quick boot is an option in the settings menu (under accessibility for some reason). It makes the device boot much quicker, but I guess it conflicts with flashing and stuff.
Thanks for the ROM! I'll have to try it out when I got a bit of time, sounds promising! Although I might wait until the OApps are released, I really do like the clock face as my lock screen =P

It seems to be enabled by default on the stock rom. So even if you haven't turned it on make sure it's off.

Thanks for the update. Best of luck with the port. Would have loved to have played with whatever stage you left your rom in. Most roms used on my phones have all been works in progress.

Oops, I read the OP too fast I guess, I thought the links to the baseband were the download links to the ROM. My bad
Can I install this cooked rom on my xtouch wave?
I hope I can.
Dees BT ROM has better implementations of a lot of the features my ROM had. For that reason I won't be working on this until we get AOSP

Awesome, another android lollipop rom, thanks a bunch. Is there a list of working/non-working things?
Having hard time to install custom recoveries. Sideload isn't working for me via Cynogen Recovery. Renaming the zip to update.zip and apply update from sdcard1 via Cynogen Recovery does nothing or no access to sdcard1. So far there's no network signal with my c6802 and i don't see camera app. Have not install gapps as i couldn't flash any zip in Cynogen Recovery. Wifi and everything else is working perfectly though. Any ideas on the recoveries?

@theinspector Yup the GPS is working fine with the waze and google maps.
The network signal is probably the same problem with the rest of the CM. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56071149&postcount=4 This was my fix for CM11 and it work for CM12 for those who are not getting network signal or no imei.
Camera not working.

I've been using this ROM for almost one week and I experience sudden freezes. It happens all of a sudden and I don't know what's causing it. Kernel panic perhaps? I'm going to go back to Stock because it freezes a lot. I always have to remove the battery in order to use it again.

Just have a question here. I installed the first build but there were problems with black screen of death during heavy usage. So i want to ask if the problem is still present in newer build?
Also when i have it installed i noticed that this SoD occur not only when using heavy apps but also when the phone heat up a little, so is there a possibility that the new experimental kernel has some kind of temperature protection that is set too low or possibly broken?

I'm so glad for your work Tnx bro, does your rom support xposed?
Does it have any bugs?
Thanks for the great work on the rom! It feels like a new device. By the way, How do I get the full Google apps like on stock rom? Because it only includes Google Play store, Google app and YouTube app.
Make a full Deodex, later enable Superuser Mod and Substratum theme engine, and will be the better ROM for Xperia X
Thanks for this!
But my Volume-Buttons are not responding. I'm stuck at the ROOT-Choice...
1. What about battery drain?
2. Do you include yours customize kernel or using default?
3. Aby bugs (fingerprint, camera)
4. HAL3 included? (Cam2api, RAW capture)

It's incredible, but you can install what you want from GP
If seriously, others was removed because personally I don't use them.

Hmm. What recovery are you using? It's should be OK with TWRP 3.1.1
But If you are using this one, then send me please recovery.log after stuck.
Code:
adb shell
cp /tmp/recovery.log /sdcard/recovery.log
After that you can find it in Internal Storage.

1. Should be identical to stock.
2. No, stock kernel.
3. Nope.
4. Сamera features identical to stock.
Guys, this a STOCK BASED ROM, which means almost all things should the same as in stock firmware!
All changes done you can see in features list.
Thanks!
Looks very intresting, but I can see some custom ROMs you've made for another devices...
Do you plan to compile, for example, LOS 15.1 for X in the near future?)

Of course no! It's stock based, and stock ROM can use only stock kernel (which is 3.10 in case someone forgot).
Ah I see, so 4.4 is only for aosp rom?
