It is possible. You can flash Gionee S6 firmware without any risk because the hardware is same.

Do you know anything about device source, kernel source or anything related to the process of rooting a device or compiling custom ROM?it is not a 3-4 mins process that a developer can do.

Try rooting tools, but before that, unlock bootloader of your device.

The hardware specifications might be same, but since, oppo has locked all possibilities to unlock bootloader on a3s, it is hard. Personal advice: don't do it. Color OS is just trash. I would rather advice you to flash pixel experience custom recovery. It's much more lighter and better

I don;t know brands of parts used inside but there can't be too many differences.
Is it possible ? If yes then how hard would it be to do it. Maybe some advices about procedure?

Even if two devices look similar, they mostly would have different firmware.
In rare cases, it may be possible to have unified roms (only if the difference is between variants, not model/brand)
If an unsupported custom rom is forcibly flashed, it would end up bricking the phone.
But you can use GSI, they're universal
