Thanks for the rom, but how to install it if twrp unofficial has many bugs and it's impossible to decrypt and see the internal storage, and if other twrp of Pretoriano works only with Emui stock rom?

U can use adb sideload with official TWRP, encryption isn't the problem after installing.

Able to use Huawei's super charge?

Just tried to install this multiple times. Each time I wiped dalvik/cache/data/system. I used opengapps and tried mini, micro, nano, and pico.
The error I got each time was:
Insufficient storage space available in System partition. You may want to use a smaller Open GApps package...........
Error Code: 70.
Note that I have installed pretty much every rom available to this phone, usually using full or mini gapps and haven't run into this problem before.

Maybe @vache missed this one https://github.com/berkeley-dev/and...mmit/e923b983d25484d94864995269089fcf9ef8db03 or something on the updater block
I remember this space bug being an issue after ROM started shipping updater block zips instead of GSI imgs

Is volte working ?

People can do it in TWRP as workaround:
Flash the ROM zip
Go to wipe -> advanced wipe, select system and make Resize and Repair file system
Mount /system and type in TWRP Terminal "ln -sf /system /system/system"
Flash GApps zip

Fantastic work on Omni! Thanks for your work so far bringing it to the View10. Enjoying the customizations.
I can confirm the below fixes flashing gapps.

Hey Chris
Do you have any news for us? Besides the BL lock situation, is the Honor Open Source thing officially dead?

Can this ROM be used on Mate10

Or the Honor 10 (ie. not View 10)?

I flashed this rom and I like the look and configurability. But it hates my nearly new 128g sandisk sdcard. I use gonemad and poweramp as music apps and they will not detect the sdcard when they scan for music. I had to move the folder to internal storage. And when I look at the sdcard with solid explorer, I can see the spinning wait circle when I change folders. That shouldn't happen with this phone and this card, It doesn't with stock or any other rom. I don't know what the problem is.

Anyone tried playing a x265 10 bit video on this ROM? does it work?

Finally my deb is alive! btw has any one tested what variants of opengapps are flashable? I read somewhere that previously only micro worked but some changes were made to accommodate others too?

Now i'm testing with pico version.
With next nightlies i will try bigger version. (clean flash)
Pico works fine, I've had CM Bug Reporter has stopped errors a couple times but can't recall what the circumstances were.

The link to the ROM Download is dead.
Similar to many non-stock roms, connecting to cell data is slow after a reboot. I haven't timed it, but more than 3 minutes and less than 10.
This wouldn't be an issue if I didn't forget to charge it regularly and plug it in dead, expecting to be connected as soon as it boots.

Same for me.
I can't install BusyBox via app, neither on /system/xbin nor /system/bin. I will try via flashable zip asap.

You can't because the system folder isn't auto mounted read write. You could use some file manager to mount it as rw and then install.
Please be aware that 'cm-14.1-20161118-NIGHTLY-deb.zip' is highly problematic. Continuous ROM security level reboots. Do a full backup and test for effect, or simply avoid completely.
'cm-14.1-20161119-NIGHTLY-deb.zip' now available.

Ah, well atleast we can get nano with included google app as the system app. Rest can be installed as user apps.
Upgrade from 19/11 to 22/11 build doesn't work.
So full wipe and back to 19/11.
Have you tried a clean flash for the 22/11?

Sorry I forgot to write it.
Obviously I had to do a full wipe with 22/11 but doesn't work. Stuck and black screen after CyanogenMod boot screen.
Waited about 30 mins before turn off device. Reboot many times ,Re-flash etc etc. but nothing. Back to 19/11 build.
Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk
22/11 and 23/11 builds are been deleted from the download page.
Dirty flashed 24/11 on 19/11, booted normally.
Seems that the process to optimize the applications is skipped, i don't know why.
CM bug report is still bugged and forcing close.

First time installing Resurrection Remix v6.1.0 to your Galaxy Core Prime, or coming from another ROM:
Install TWRP Recovery MUST USE VERSION 3.2.1-0 OR ASSERT ERROR OCCURS
Reboot into Recovery using 3-button-combo (Vol-up+Home+Power)
Do a Nandroid backup! (Optional and only if you weren't running TouchWiz before)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + format /system partition)*
Install the ROM from sdcard using TWRP Recovery
Optionally install the Google Apps ( get it here: https://opengapps.org ) (pico GAPPS recommended) (*)
Upgrading from an older build of this ROM
Wipe system partition, wipe dalvik-cache but not data partition
Optionally install Google Apps (GAPPS) (link above)
[NOTE]:
If you're about going to install GAPPS with ROM, install it right after you've installed the ROM, else you have to do a factory reset if you've booted the ROM first
This is Android Go build, which is "optimized" for devices with lower than 1GB RAM, so don't expect full features like older Android versions [should we need ordinary build also?]

You shouldn't get an error 7 if you are using latest twrp.
Make sure it is twrp 3.2.x and it is error 7.
If it is , then to fix it remove assert from RR zip/meta-inf/com/google/android/updater-script
Flash it again

Do you mean this ROM is intended to be feature-rich like Havoc, Liquid, PixelDust...?
Boots on Blu Vivo XI.
Hello Goodnight.
I previously installed GSI roms.
but now I try to install with the usual procedure
for my G9600 S9
but I can not get into the system
it always stays in the logo and never passes from there.
I already wait more than 25 minutes and nothing.
- STEPS FOR INSTALLING GSIs:
Download the desired GSI (it MUST be A-only_arm64 Variant)
Unpack it if it wasn't in .IMG format
Wipe DATA, and reboot in TWRP
Go to TWRP , Install , Install IMAGE
Pick your GSI and select SYSTEM IMAGE
Install the kernel for GSI GSI Kernels
In TWRP mount System, then go to ADVANDED, File Manager, and delete this file: system/bin/rw_system.sh
Reboot system
What is wrong?

Until May I was able to compile Bootleggers, Havoc and Liquid. Since then, sepolicy and other specific issues are blocking building or booting later. I like featured rich ROMs and I could help to compile Titanium, although my knowledge is not enough to help you, devs.

In TWRP, just go to Wipe menu > Advanced Wipe > check System partition > Partition options > Resize FS. Then flash Gapps again.

Well, this ROM can be build as any other ROM, so anyone with some Linux knowledge should be able to build this, as any other ROM.
And soon accepting official maintenance!

Click to collapse
First you need BRK3 vendor , and flash aosp kernel not gsi , the best kernel is Endurance-Kernel-AOSP-1.2.30.zip
First, wipe system data cache and then flash vendor then flash the rom then flash kernel the magisk then reboot ot will work fine , no need to delete rw_system or anything

A few notes before you proceed:
Before going straight to the downloading, there’s something we would like to tell you. We have changed the default encryption method for the phone, migrating to File-Based Encryption (you can get more information from the official Google documentation page). In order to get this encryption mode working, you will need to use our custom recovery (compiled from the latest source) which is compatible with this encryption and, just for the first time, you will have to wipe your internal data, so backup your data before proceeding.
Installation Instructions:
Grab our recovery and install it.
Through TWRP Recovery:
Install Zip > Install Image > Choose ‘recovery.img‘ > Select partition ‘Recovery’ > Swipe to confirm flash
Through Fastboot:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Install the ROM and then wipe your internal data partition.
Through TWRP Recovery:
Wipe > Format data
Through Fastboot:
Code:
fastboot -w
Reboot into system and wait until the process finishes, it could take a little bit. After the installation is done, I suggest waiting before using the phone because it usually goes into thermal throttling after installing a ROM.

Installed it with no issues and so far so good. It's a complete rom, has everything i need even gray scale reading mode. Didn't notice any battery drain for now, but still i always enable agrressive sleep and standby. Will give any further thoughts after i used it for a while. The onyl thing is that the simple gapps do not work on this rom, had to use open gapps.

Oke so my review in short. The rom is as most roms just fine. For my usage i have no bugs to report. The only slight potential donwside might be that the battery life was not as good as on pixy or superior os, but its not far behind. However this might be due to, I've used a lot more lte with this rom than on those since I'm back to work form vacation, and second that my battery might be giving me slight signs it'll need a replacement soon. So take the battery thing with a grain of salt, try it your self first and compare.
Is there a feature list for this rom?

Hi, thanks for the ROM, runs great from the short time I had on it (forgot to get gapps package) when I got opengapps 9.0 stock it said that the ROM needed opengapps for 8.1, same with Pico, pretty confusing. Any help would be great
Gapps issue
I even tried Simple Gapps, thinking maybe they would work. Will try 8.1, but it definitely won't use 9.0 gapps. BTW, I downloaded the nano gapps. Other than that, this rom is absolutely beautiful. It is fast, and it is just a very good-looking rom. So, I hope you keep working on this. I can't say enough about how quick it is. So, thanks, and I hope the gapp thing can be worked out. Okay, what ended up working was ARM 8.1 gapps. NOT arm 64. Not sure why or how. Just FYI. Thanks.
I shall be trying this ROM out soon. I have to flash gapps 9.0 arm 64?

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

need to be worried about error messages?
I just installed this on my Pixel XL. I used fastboot to load TWRP and wiped everything (an error message came up with "could not mount /vendor" which should be fine right?) and then used adb sideload to install RR and Gapps pico ARM64 Android 10. While installing RR I ran into more error messages. It said it could not locate the /cache partition and when I tried to boot after installation TWRP asked if I was sure since it said an OS was not installed. But then when I restarted anyway RR did load and everything seems fine and I had no issues installing GApps pico. Should I be concerned? Sorry about the vagueness of my questions I was a bit too keen to see if I had messed up my phone and I didn't think to use another phone to take pictures.
Should I try flashing again? Or using an older version of TWRP?

If it works then it's fine! I'd use twrp's flashing feature to flash the rom and gapps though, but that's just a personal preference.
Flashing a custom rom can't break your phone, the worst you could have, is a bootloop which can be fixed by flashing a different rom
