Yes, I am using it. Bokeh mode takes some time to process. After clicking the photo, you don't see the photo for few secons in your gallery. Apart from this, its working as expected.
I'm using your AOSP extended rom and it's good. Then find this stock camera mod then your rom is perfect for daily use. Thank you for all of the contribution ?

Not sure, I have the latest RR ROM and I flashed it in twrp and its working fine.

this device use snapdragon 430.
I ported miui rom to my asus, but camera and fingerprint always with bugs!
to speedup image processing and remove any lag in stock cam ui i tried several magisk mod, i dont know which of these are actually worked for the purpose. i am attaching the ss. you ppl can try your self.

mmm, yeah. I will try your camera with snapshot 20160417 build later. Too slow internet speed here. For now, i am staying on official nightly besides waiting for official snapshot build from CM. Btw, good job bro, i use your camera as my default camera.

Just installed V2 on my redmi 2 running NX Rom 10.2 with berserk kernel.
my short review:
the quality is similar with NX ROM stock camera, not as good as miui stock camera.
maybe its source is from MIUI 5 or previous version.
if you having fc when using panorama, try to switch to professional mode than simple mode.
me also experienced fc once when using panorama for the first time, but when i switched to pro mode its working fine
even when i switch again to simple mode its still working fine.
cons is : cannot save to external sd card.

What CM13 snapshot do you are using? I cant find any snapshot in the repo.
This camera doesnt have hdr mode, i was kinda hoping that i would get the similar hdr quality as stock miui rom, but oh well...

This camera is not that good...if u could develop miui 8 camera to work in mm ROMs would be a great work.

See the screenshot.A guy has managed to fix greenish cam on LP and that too on an AOSP rom.Is it for real?!.It is still 8Mp though but atleast better than greenish cam.That means if we take cam libs from that Aosp rom we can fix greenish cam in any other Lp roms(say vibe ui etc).

Edit: that camera fixed line was in this blog post too,so that's a pure copy paste.Is he sure he fixed camera?

Like i said , there is no fix.
In this AOSP , we had used the Whole BOOT.IMG
Also , this was all a coincidence.
What ever that AOSP rom was taken from must have had similar camera hals like ours

Yes,I believe we can boot a cpn3 rom in cpn3+ by just porting boot.img and replacing "frimware" in /etc.

The newest mi a1 have miui camera app when it comes on stock android os.
I think this will be an advantage
I doubt if there's a way to port the MIUI camera app from Mi A1 to work with custom roms in RN4. Both devices have a Snapdragon 625 chipset.
If you find a rom link, share it.
I don't think that would be advantage.. mi a1 has a 2 camera senzors... starting from kernel hal, framework.jar and all smali java porting.....
Maybe im wrong but i think its hard task especially bcs of two camera senzor on mi a1.
But OnePlus 5 has two cameras and still that port works on our device

Wrong. It is the same as miui rom , no extra features.

INSTALL PROCES:
open twrp wipe data type yes and re turn off and turn on to recovery twrp
click read only when twrp tell u if u want
make full wiped and delete inside twrp on external sd

flash rom miui experience
maybe it will say fail when flash zip on older twrp version...but thats ok it will have flash anyway so even if twrp say fail on zip flash just turn off and on your phone normally and it will turn on just fine and:good::good::good:
THESE are basic steps u always need to do when flash oero beta 2 roms !! almost always !!!:good:
