Can somebody help please...Phone stucked - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 / 5 Plus Questions & Answers

Guys, I'm desperate.
Today my note 5 show this new update, 9.15.19, I just click to update. Something just went wrong and the phone stucked in Updating screen with the MI logo and the message to don not rebot the phone.
After that I can't do anything, if I restart the phone, it stucks back again in the same uptade screen. If I go to fastboot mode, I can't flash any ROM, I get the "Flash XBL Error" and I didn't unlock the bootloader.
Please, somebody have any idea that I can try???

If u didn't unlock the bootloadee how can you fastboot flash

Damn, I've just deleted everything I wrote here...
Okay then, check you phone version on the back cover(search for MEG7 for global, MEE7, MET7 for china), download correct ROM(look for it on en.miui.com in your phone threads, or ask me later if you need link, I'll give you it from my browser history) and follow steps here
The best solution is to find right ROM version for your phone, download miflash and flash "fastboot rom".(If bootloader is locked it doesnt mean that you cant flash official miui rom for your phone).
And here's the link to flash
Via Recovery:
China_V9.6.2.0.NEGCNFD
Global_V9.5.11.0.NEGMIFA
Via Fastboot:
China_V9.6.2.0.NEGCNFD
Global_V9.5.11.0.NEGMIFA
Have a nice day.

Hey guys, I need some help urgently.I updated to the newest version of MIUI just now, and now my phone is stuck at boot. It just shows the MI logo and never goes past that.I can, however, access fastboot mode, but cannot power down the device. Can someone please tell me whether or not the phone is bricked, and how to recover from this situation?
Fastboot, reboot EDL and Mi FLash.

your phone is soft bricked, You need patched fastboot to reboot in EDL, a Fastboot ROM, and Mi Flash Tool. Goodluck.

No, I don't have access to the recovery.

help!! moto z at power on, it immediately goes into fastboot.

hello all the boys, before throwing it away, I ask you kindly what else to do.
I unblocked the bootloader, I put the rom Griffin v3, and seriously and configuring the phone, I started to use it, and at restart I went into twrp recovery that at system startup I was asking for a pin I had set in id of the footprint, but I wonder what it is about ????? Well, I used the phone until the next day with no problem, after which it turned off and restarts always and only on the fastboot screen, I tried to flash with RDS lite an original stock rom but when trying to split up I failed, I tried the manual flash when I turned on it gives me the voice. AP FASTBOOT FLASH MODE SECURE in red, bootloader does not flash me, it's partitioning me, doing kids ..... the baseband voice is nothing, tell me.
I managed to flash the rom with mfastboot, the loop result does not start anything, I tried to flash the twrp Griffin, and I mistake mount date invalidity argument, give me a tip, what can i do.

edit3: i tried to relock bootloader but it failed, it showed an error like this "fastboot failed (root type is risk)". also i cant seem to boot into system after i followed this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-10/how-to/guide-mate-10-flash-oreo-update-package-t3716814
Have you tried flashing the complete stock firmware via e recovery?
When you are on the "can't be trusted" screen you get this option.

Hi, there were multiple cases here, and I think everyone finally sent the phone in for repair (and received it back flashed and ok).
So, I'm not sure anyone knows how to solve this themselves yet.
Same problem here...
An security update brought me this issue. I tried to flash it with OST but it was unable to rewrite the bootloader (also in emergency mode). Then I used "fast boot" to unlock the bootloader. ERROR / Not allowed.
I also tried to update the firmware with "fast boot" but it didn't work as the bootloader is locked. I also changed the active partion by "fast boot". So I was able to reach the factory reset mode in my phone. I followed the menu and it did some reboots => still stuck in the "download mode". Any other ideas? Thx a lot

Phone Brick Help

Hello,
I just received my brand new Samsung Galaxy A40 (SM-A405FN) and I wanted to root it / install Custom Rom before anything else.
So I downloaded TWRP 3.4.0 for my phone and tryed flashing it. But that did not work, I was stuck in download mode. So I decided to reflash original firmware. During the flash, Odin stuck itself at "Boot" operation during more than 15min, so I decided to reboot the phone to retry (what a big mistake...).
And now, I can't access Bootloader mode anymore, I only have a blue screen with "An error has occured while updating the device software. Use Emergency Recovery function in smart switch PC software".
I downloaded Smart Switch and tried the emergency recovery, but no devices appears in the list. Same thing with Kies...
I'm lost, please tell me I did not completely brick my brand new phone :crying: ...
Thank's for help and sorry for bad english...
EDIT: Ok, the phone is not dead ! I finally got the download mode back with the correct timing for key strokes!
Can someone tell me why I can't boot after flashing this TWRP: https://twrp.me/samsung/samsunggalaxya40.html ?
I saw this post which tells to flash Kernel & VBMeta with the recovery but Odin can't flash .img files: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a40/development/recovery-twrp-galaxy-a40-t4025587
solved?
Brick Problem solved yes, I still have not manage to install TWRP but at least I have been able to re-install stock firmware. Maybe I should do another thread for that problem
maybe you can try to enter the forum according to the device you are using.
