I bought yesterday mate 20 pro and I see simple problem. When I call to someone there is 1 second of strange sound pop up before I start talk. Do you guys have the same problem ? is it software issure or hardware of smartphone ? please for help .

On my Mozart, callers voice sounds (i dont even know correct term in english)
metallic,tinny, crackling, vibrating. it's very annoing. This problem disappears sometimes, but on most calls its present.
Is this a HW or SW problem?
Any ideas?

Had this on other phones and it always was due to a hardware issue which should be fixed from HTC or from your provider if you bought it there.
Solved the problem by changing the receiver myself.
Receiver spare part can be found on ebay as well as some tools to dismantle the phone, then I followed a youtube video on how to dismantle the HTC Mozart 7.
Now no more problems, I can hear perfectly.

i had a echo problem, so i searched for solution..i found a tutorial,wached video youtube.com/watch?v=KNtMCKUqah0 so started to do it.. okay, i opened mobile, put a little piece of credit card , closed mobile and wanted to do call test. I called my friend but PROBLEM i don't hear the oponent side, i don't hear the sound then calling ( only with headphones works).. i understand that i touched something related to sound , but do not realise that..
please help to resolve this problem.

recheck wether the piece of credit card u placed is in place and havent moved, so that it might be causing the issue of urs
PS- do not bump ur post ma8, its a very bad practice.

i bought a Jiayu G4 phone a month ago and i face a problem in calling. When i am on a phone call, the person to the other side of the call hears a noise. This noise, to help you understand, it's similar to the sound that a TV or THE SPEAKERS do when you put a mobile phone near them. This is very annoying and i can't explain why it happens. Now, in order to make the things better till i'll find a solution, i bought a bluetooth. The problem whem i'm using it, is that the person to the other side of the call can't hear me correctly. To help you understand, my voice it's like a robot's voice and it's not quite loud. Does anyone have an idea how to face that?

Hello everyone and happy holidays and new year...
I have a all moust new Xiaomi redmi note 4 and have a big problems whit sound...no any sounds from this phone... can't record any sounds,no sound from ear speaker,no from loudspeaker...I tested everything and nothing happens...problem it's on a motherboard,how can I fix that please help me...I reinstalled couple times miui 9 and 10 and nothing happens again....

Is it possible that the phone were stuck in earphone mode?
I bought one of these models (EU version) 3 days ago and everyone complains about the sound of my phone. It seems that the voice is cut or distorted .:crying:
I am on a second unit because I thought this was a problem with the first unit but it seems to be a problem coming from the factory.
Does anyone have such an experience?
If changing the phone doesn't solve the problem what would you suggest me to do?
I believe this problem is related to the type of speaker that samsung chose for this handset, I have the same problem with calling. This sound is far from satisfactory.
