[REQUEST] Valid links for root and CWM/TWRP - Galaxy Ace II Android Development

It was not my intention to spam,
and I hope I have not miss any message that had them, but I can't find any valid link to download the root and recovery zip files. All link are dead.
But I see modding is still alive here, and I have to admit this makes me very happy about that, so, can anyone upload those files? I resurrected this phone after my Nexus completely died, and I would like to mod it, since the stock ROM is not that good.
Thank you, and sorry again for this strange post.

Please explore around here: http://www.xda.mister-freeze.eu/XDA-files/
Most development stuff are kept there for ace2.
Also check out more in ace2nutzer's thread from where I copied that link from.

GreenEnvy???

Anyone know where I can download this? The link is not in the thread...
The developer moved to another device, probably not continuing the rom so pulled the link.

[Q] Help rooting and getting CWM

Hey guys it's been a while since my last visit to the Infuse section.
I am trying to get the Infuse fully functional again to give it my nephew as his first phone
I've already fixed the "no sound" issue but the problem I'm having is that most of the links I'm finding here in XDA for rooting, or getting CWM or stock kernel with CWM etc are dead.
Anyone has a working CWM for stock ROM, or root file with the links working? Hopefully there's still some ODIN CWM available somewhere around here.
In the meantime I will keep searching for working links. Thanks mates!
Sorry I just realized I posted this on the wrong section. Please delete this thread.

Can you modify a stock rom and flash it to a rooted phone?

Hello XDA,
I wanted to ask this question more specifically since I feel my last questions was too specific and maybe difficult?
Can I edit a stock rom? Like editing the recovery.img and the system.img, then flashing the phone with smart phone flash tools?(SP flash tools)
Can I do this on a rooted phone? Or does the stock rom have to be not edited in any way? Is there no way to pull certain apps from the apps folder?
Thanks
bump,
I was told to make a thread in this forum yet no one has even replied to any of my threads.
At this point, I may have to make a sense and post in every forum I can find until I a moderator comes to clean up my mess. I don't want to have to do that but I have nothing to lose and no one has replied back to anything I have posted on here.
If I don't see a reply on this thread or the other thread I made about this. I will make a thread in every forum.
Waited around for awhile but now its time be obnoxious. I will bump my other thread as well and just start hi-jacking other threads until mods ban me or someone answers me for once.

Custom ROM for Samsung Galaxy J1 Prime Mini?

So I just inherited a J1 Prime Mini 2017 model (SM-J106B), previous owner finally decided he has had enough with very limiting storage and upgraded to a Xiaomi RedMi 8. Any chance of porting Android Go to this device? I'm willing to try doing it myself in my free time, but I have no idea where to start - while I have been messing with Windows Mobile images back in the days, I've lost touch of my inner programmer and I can't work out head or tail on how to start with custom Android images. Due to the sorry size of the storage (~8GB), I'd like a firmware without all the bloat and contains just the barebones Google Go stuff.
@blakegriplingph any advice?
Has Samsung released the source tarball to this device? Also, is there a TWRP for this?
There is a sub-section on XDA found here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/galaxy-j1-mini I looked it has a TWRP version etc
Necroing because I need space on the device more than ever.

Well, I see that the thread has been moved to the right forum. I see that there's a TWRP for it, but how do I go from here? How do I get an image of the flash on the phone, replace the stuff, and put it back? Sorry for sounding like a noob but as I said I've lost touch with my inner programmer and am having trouble digesting all the info.

TWRP needs to be flashed onto your device using Odin. But you can find that also in this sub-forum.
