I am having this problem whereby the status bar is overlapping in my game when it is in landscape mode as shown in the picture below (cant link this url as this is my first post). This doesn't happens when i am using my mate 9 and i am not sure how to resolve this problem. I tried to use an app to switch to immersive mode, it resolve the status bar problem, but the navigation bar will now overlap the game action icon instead.
Does anyone has this problem with any of your game? Thanks.

The point of immersive mode the hide those things so you have more screen real estate.. For pie. If the reason you're using it is for pie than use LMT launcher..

I really like the translucent nav and status bar on the immersive mode. I hope dev somedays can add an option to disable the auto hide function of the status and nav bar for the immersive mode.

Hi. Anyone knows how to show a status bar always? Some apps hide it when app running in fullscreen mode. I want to see a status bar always.
I don't believe that nobody knows. Please help.
Maybe some module for Magisk or some app can show status bar.
So when I watch video in fullscreen the status bar stays visible. It's very snnoying, does anyone know how I can fix this?

See attached screenshot. If I swipe down notification bar it's full white again, but it's happening quite often... Is this just a bug in Android Pie?

[e] After trying to reproduce the issue I found that it's related to zooming in on a picture in Whatsapp. It hides the status bar and when it comes back the clock is greyed out. Weird^^ So far whatsapp is the only app i found that has this behaviour.

Hello everyone ! Actually I'm facing an auto touch problem on my beryllium since last 5 months and I tried every working solution but no one of them worked!
Atlast someone suggested me partial screen app and it working well and it's detecting the auto touch area and blocking it ! But the app cannot block the settings app and it's cannot overlap on the navigation bar even on gesture navigation bar ! But the auto touch problem is mainly located at the center of my nav bar . If i have to block the nav bar area using that app then i have to hide the notch area then the app can overlap but no luck in settings app and lockscreen it can't overlay on those ! Is there any way I can force the app to work on those ? Cause in hide notch mode i am losing so much screen and in settings app the auto touch showing me hell !
Someone suggest me what to do !!
