Does this exist? I'd just like a stock ROM with no apps installed. I'm running the Rogers Marshmallow right now and I like it but I think it comes preinstalled with too many Gapps I'll never use.
I think the stock ROM depends on the google framework, so the only way to go Marshmallow with no gapps is to go with a minimal custom ROM like CM13.
I am using a XT1022 and a custom ROM of Android version of 6.0.1. I want to use a stock ROM right now.
Earlier, i had a stock version of my ROM but the last time i flashed it, my mobile got OTA upgrade. And later i again flashed a custom ROM but now, i could not perform my stock ROM flash. Can anyone tell me how to find the present stock version of my android?
Why do you want to go to stock Rom?They are outdated.

Is there any method of installing, for example the Music application provided in OxygenOS into other custom ROMs?
After i have ported CM13 and resurrection Remix Rom (Android 6.0) for my smartphone, in both the ROMs when I run the camera app a popup shows "camera is in use by another app".
I have tried replacing all camera files and lib files but it doesn't work........
but the camera works well in stock rom and miui custom ROM
If anyone has solution to this please tell me.....

I have seen many custom ROMs but all these ROMs have not features like Remote control, Night exposure in camera, Portrait Mode, Dual Apps, Second Space, Informative Calendar, Menu on screen, etc like stock ROMs of Xiaomi.
There are many more services and festures which yet i ddint found in any custom ROMs and this makes me always to revert on Orignal Stock ROM. just because NOT all these features are included in Custom ROM.
so can you tell me if is there any PORTed ROM or custom ROM?
Remote control: just download the xiaomi stock one, it works well
Camera features: install gcam
Calendar: download the Google one
And disable all the apps like the stock calendar etc
If you are looking for modded MIUI, try Revolution OS or xiaomi.eu ROM
