We are happy to announce the first ever build of Resurrection Remix 7.0.0 which is based on the latest release of Android pie . We really apologize for the delay of the release as we were all busy with our real lives. My first impression :
-Fluid rom, fast and smooth, many pie's rom.
-battery life seems good but its just my first charge. There's not high battery drain.
-Dark theme is awesome.
- Logos on settings menu are pretty cool.
And the best of best is :
The highest level of customisation I ever seen. You can do what you want whit RR 7.0.0!!!!!!!!
Expect little bug like wheel pie, and an option for reduce pixel and consumption, I think it will be one of the most efficient rom.
It's a little rewiew, for hurry people!

Got my Mint sim yesterday and popped it in the phone,
I had to add an APN but was pretty simple, getting Enhanced 4G LTE
Wifi calling activated with no problem
carrier video calling is activated untested
hotspot is working
Had to set home app to Pixel Launcher on first boot
Phone and mms both work as they should
google pay is their but untested
backlight setting for the buttons is their with a ton of options
display google app on the left screen works
only thing I noticed unusual was the phone is charging slowly with my Essential phone charger (Fast charger)

Thanks to soorajj for the amazing work. I've had five ROMs on my phone in the past week. This is the one I'm keeping. It's not loaded with extras, but has all the common-sense features--like battery percentage, Clear Recents button, and more. It doesn't have any visual tweaks like a dark interface, which I think is great. (I've only had Lollipop for a few weeks--I want to let the new look sink in!) It also doesn't have any of the oddball issues that plagued most of the CM ROMs I installed last week. Fast, smooth, and good battery life. An excellent holiday present!
A couple of beers coming your way, soorajj. Kudos!

what's was the bug i didn't try build 28/12 i read many PEOPLE SAY FC ON SYSTEM :laugh:

@Jiggs82 no the back key bug isn't fixed because that requires reverting the very cool rotate animation when opening the keyboard, it only really looks weird below 30dp which I don't use so it looks fine for me at 40dp. I will look into it again when I get some time.
How to make the call and message sound louder? I have FKU on stock and its really loud, how to make it loud also on this excellent ROM?

I NEED A MAINTAINER TO PROVIDE BUILDS WHEN RELEASES ARE READY, I already build for numerous devices myself but only have the one (Note 2 LTE) so if you have a computer and internet and enough time to sync source every week or two(5-10 minutes) and time to run a command before you go to bed so it can build overnight the day before releases or just when you can PLEASE PLEASE CONTACT ME, I CANNOT MAINTAIN all the devices myself so I need some help from you guys or you have one and are in here looking PLEASE MESSAGE ME about maintaining. Just need linux and internet, the rest pretty well takes care of itself. It REALLY IS that simple because you literally only have to run TWO, yes TWO commands every week or two to be the maintainer. I will give you threads perms so you can take over. That's it for now, ENJOY GUYS!!!! This has been being flashed all day over on our Google+, people were flashing and talking about the ROM before I had even posted download links LOL

You mean the Google play battery issue? Partially but it's really in Google, it won't sleep until it updates and for some reason won't update. I don't have the issue, use the built in wakelock blocker. And yes very fast and stable with about every feature possible

Had no trouble so far and no major bugs. WiFi settings on set up dodgy but after that fine. So yes you can use it as a daily driver.

Yea i actually get notifications from G+ MOST of the time. I NEVER get notifications from my xda app and when i do it's all old stuff I've already seen lol

Looking into possible mashup of att, T-Mobile and Canadian. Works on s3 which WAS unified like this had been, just needs small edit but I MUST check the device repos first before I just tell someone to flash away. If you can build however hit me up on hangouts and I'll get you rolling

Yea ok, I doubt any rom has more tweaks I was just covering myself because I haven't flashed any of the other feature packed roms for a long time.

The boot animation is old. The nav ring animation is like kitkat. Aren't you using the latest cm source? I'm just confused.

Beltz is a clean, minimal AOSP ROM with useful features.
Installation
Clean flash (when coming from another ROM, run into issues, or otherwise noted).
Download ROM zip and your preferred set of GApps.
Boot into TWRP.
Make a backup (optional but recommended).
Wipe system, data, and cache.
Flash ROM and GApps. (Plus your method of rooting)
Reboot and enjoy!
Updating(when coming from a previous version of the ROM)
Beltz uses incremental updates to save time and your data.
Update zips will be 30-50MB each, keep in mind these go specifically from one build to another.
For example: Incremental zip will take you from B to C but not A to C because that skips B.
Full ROM zips will always be provided in case you miss an update.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wipe data, cache, system, and dalvik cache
2. Flash ROM and Gapps(of your choice, tested with open gapps pico and working)

Boot animation isent working correctly but will boot so just give it time. An alternative is boot animations app from playstore to change for now until i fix in next update thanks

So , found any bugs? How is the camera and battery?
I been on it all morning and must say I'm really liking it. Camera is fine. I haven't had any problems , even my compass seems to work and that's been an issue for our U.S models. Very pleased.

Is there a way to disable the navigation bar at the bottom? Can't seem to find the setting.
I'm running this rom right now and it's a little laggy in certain apps, chrome being one.
Plus v4a doesn't seem to work at all. Won't download the driver and app keeps FC.
Can't wait for this to be fine tuned and bit. It has potential.

You can get around setting selinux to permissive if you use the magisk module

I'm using v4a it's working fine and I'm not using magisk I'm using supersu and selinux toggler so may a issue with magisk idk I'll look into it

It's not an issue at all. If you're using super su then that's the mothod you HAVE to use but if you're using magisk you can use the systemless module. Either method works I just recommend magisk because in a lot of cases it keeps you from modifying your system partition
I unrooted then rooted with magisk and it didn't work after playing around I enabled selinux toggler now all is working

You can't just root with magisk you have to go install the magisk module after installing magisk itself. If you did though then it could be that the template from magisk 12 and 13 aren't compatible

It's a nice ROM awesome performance. The best stuff is overnight only 1% battery drain compared to 3-4% drain on other roms

Hey simply jeevS hey my mobile data do not work in this rom also the sim cards are dislabled
By the great work this rom has Android p written all over it surely the great rom with tons of customizations just get the mobile data work done like it should get activate by tapping on it not by restarting the phone

replace this file in system/framework folder .

this issues probably cms from last lineage update .. all credits to aviraxp for temporary fix of this bug ! also your signal bars will apear again!

any way u prefer..u can do that after booting also. via any root browser n hit reboot !

was anyone checking it on this?
because it does not work with me, unless I'm doing something wrong
I did it by the manager at twrp. there was no framework folder in the system, so I added it and threw qti-telephony-common.jar into it, but after reboot, what I did and it did not work

gcam does work on i tyou just need a godo version. if you are in the op2 discord there is one working in #links
after changing the jar file, actually the range icons appeared
Rom is really cool, everything runs smoothly so far so far the only thing I miss is a slider to disable the sim card.

Hey @SimplyJeevS the rom is great but for me
I mostly rely on my mobile data instead of wifi every thing works just fine rom stability is great good battery life geting nearly 3.5 hrs of sot
Battery drains mostly because every time i have to reboot phone to get mobile data active i m sure its lineage os bug since this rom is based on lineage os
This rom just little bit of effort done to fix the problem with mobile data so that it i switch back to aex since it has bo data connection issues hoping you fix issue soon
I have also tried aviraxp telephony jar fix sure it fix no signal bar issue

But im having no problem on aex since its asop based i think the problem is only with lineage os based roms ????

people have reported it on both los and aosp roms as far as i know. this roms is los based anyway so for both it is not fixable even if i wanted to.

temparory u can do this to save your reboot n make things fast n less annoying
install any terminal emulator app
type su (hit enter)
type killall rild (hit enter again)
after 1 or 2 seconds later everything will be fine again! hope this help!cheers!
(edit: fixed that issue)
The ROM is amazing and loaded with features. As this is an initial build, there are a few issues.
Battery Drain is high on idle and there is some delay when unlocking the phone. Lock screen to homescreen transition.
There is a gap between the status bar & the top of the screen when its pulled down (just like in DOT OS which was fixed later), I hope this gets fixed in the next build.
other than that everything is fine. (used the Gdrive file and replaced in system/framework for signal bar, its working now)
