Hey guys, im looking for opinions so i can make my mind of which one buy.
I would like to know what made you buy the mi 8 lite and how been working for you? Any opinion will be appreciated.
Also do you think that will have support in the future of more development teams (for roms, mods, etc)?
Well. Redmi Note sells way more than Mi 8 Lite. We expect more development there.
But you know, 8 Lite is faster, has USB type-C, good size and weight, better little notch, less rounded corners, it's more premium, has better cameras
Redmi Note 6 Pro has better battery life, 3.5mm jack, more development and it's cheaper.

Key bit is make sure you buy the Snapdragon version of either.
Will have more support here and in other places.
There is now a Redmi note 4 with band 20 (great for the UK) now available.
That has a slower processor than the 3 but still will be very good.
Also make sure you get as much ram as possible. Miui with its pluses and minuses is a resource hogger so more ram the better.

How big is difference in battery life?
Please , Help me choose: Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 or Mi Mix 2. It deserves the money difference (30%) between the two, comparing especially the quality of the photos and the battery life. I understand that the battery is light for 1 day, without games, but the quality of the photos I have no idea. What do you say to buy? Thank you

I can get both the Note 10+ (Exynos) and 7T Pro quite cheap through my job. I can also wait for the 8 Pro. I feel like the S20 Ultra is too expensive for a phone. I guess 5G will be delayed due to Covid 19 anyway.
Which would you recommend for photo/video camera and general performance?
Battery are on par
performance of course 7t pro is better but almost unnoticable.

I was planning to shift from OnePlus 5 to redmi note 9 but confused which one to go for pro or max? .
- I see max don't have much development !!
- also, there only big difference is camera & obvio price.

Go for Poco X3 NFC way better. 120hz refresh rate, 240hz touch sampling rate, liquid cooling, stereo speakers, 33w fast charging, SD 732G for almost the same price as Redmi Note 9 pro/max. BTW the choice is yours it up to you
i also vote for poco x3-nfc. better specs with same dimensions with better specced screen for heavy use. only reason i bought this is its is the only one for sale here.

When you compare Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G rear camera module it's just $19 to fix it compared to... $210 in Mi 11 Ultra. Display is $61 vs $185. It's not much more expensive compared to average LCD in older models. Indeed we are aware displays in Mi 11 Lite are quite average. So do camera but perfectly fit (at least if it's Huaxing) for Lite phone considering other great features. Basically display and mainly cameras are what you pay for heavily in flagships. Motherboard is usually max x2.
Just asked how much it will be with labour to change camera because table says... $6.94 for Mi 11 Lite 5G battery. From what I heard though changing battery in Xiaomi UK service is really cheap option so might consider it in the future if it will be around $30-35 in total.
Think that there will be anything to drive the camera module if swapped?..
