Does anyone ever wonder, which camera sensor is Mate 10 Pro using? I'm not rooted and it seems like Huawei didn't wrote OEM into basic code so AIDA64 could read it.
Mate 10 Pro picture quality is average at best and it looks like the actual sensor is pretty small, some source are claiming that it's IMX286 (RGB) like the P10 have had and that's like 1/2.9".
If you have rooted Mate 10 Pro would you mind to look for camera_info in ES Explorer? Or any chance to find out differently? Seems like there aren't many question about this, even on Google i didn't found exact sensor.

Huawei Mate 10 users, having never owned a Huawei, but for someone who is definitely interested in the brand and definitely likes what he sees with the Huawei P20 Series.
Why should I choose the forthcoming Huawei Mate 20 over other 2018 flagships eg Samsung Galaxy Note 9 ?

Absolutely, but has the Mate 10 been a positive experience that people would have no hesitation in owning another Mate Series smartphone. If you know what I mean ?
For sure. This is my 2nd Huawei phone, I had a P9 first then a lot Xiaomi phones in between. So far, I'm very happy with the Mate 10 pro.

I have an app used for medical care that I would desparately like to get to work on my Mate 10 Pro. Unfortunately, the only Huawei it is compatible to is the P20 (or P20 Pro). Are there any ways to fool the app (it's already installed) into thinking it's running on a P20?
I found this thread here that seems to address it, but I'm not certain if I'm on the right track.
