XDA and the web are plenty of info about create icon pack.
But how really a launcher (custom) can support Icon pack?
Actually we have to read row by row the appfilter.xml from icon pack resources.
And the replace it with the original icon.
And What is the best way to apply the iconback, iconmask and iconupon on the icon that are missing into icon pack ?

Samsung theme store icon hack - Use icon only from any theme
Samsung theme added a new option in nougat for note 5 and other devices to change only icons. The problem is that icon library is quite limited. Although some themes have great icons but do let you apply icons alone (not so thoughtful of Samsung).

Hi, I'm new to EMUI and I would like to stick with default Huawei Home launcher, but there is one issue.
Some circle icons (ex. Chrome, Google apps) are cropped on top/sides so it's no more perfect circle. In deafult 3D icon packs it's okay, in flat pack it's cropped.
I tried many icon pack, for example from Huawei P20 Pro, but it's either same issue or they are not suitable at all for me. Any suggests?
Does anyone know of a stock Marshmallow/Material icon theme which works on S9 ? All the ones in the Galaxy Theme Store either miss some Stock Samsung icons or Google icons.
I have tried all which come after searching for "material"
The EMUI 9.1 (9.1.0.300) is suppose to come with new round icons and wallpapers but it looks like they are missing from the update.
Anyone got them too?
Or is there any other way to make the icons all round instead?

I installed a 3rd party theme manager and got a ton of icons, currently using round shaded ones. The built in Themes app never worked properly in Canada.
9.1 makes the app icons square-ish, not round.
