Font Freak: Bengali Fonts
If you are a rooted android user using Magisk, you're in luck. Some of you might remember the Bengali font modules that were in the Magisk Repo until a few days ago. They are no longer being allowed due a recent change in their policy. As such, I created a dedicated Repo for Bengali font modules. Download links are at the bottom of this post.
What is it?
It is an app in the form of a module for quicker and safer use. So, if you run into any problems, you can simply disable the module. NO RISK!
How to use it?
Simply install the module provided here. It will give you an app called "Font Freak". Open that app and you will find numerous font modules inside. Currently there are 10 font modules (as of 19 May 2019), but the number will only increase from henceforth.
What do I need to have?
Basic things really.
A rooted android device.
Magisk & Magisk Manager.
TWRP (Optional, but important).
Anything to be careful about?
YES! As explained in the description of each module inside the app, you cannot use multiple font modules at the same time. If you have activated two or more font modules at once, your device will go into a bootloop. But this is not deadly at all. You will need to install Magisk Manager for Recovery, which allows you to disable modules from TWRP recovery. Once you disable excess font modules, your phone will boot again.
Is this for Xiaomi Poco F1 only?
Not at all. This will work on any device meeting the requirements stated above.

It's been taken down from Magisk. Flashing Font Freak manually from here is the way now, I guess.

[Mod][Xposed][Share] XBatteries (Screenshots uploaded)

Hey guys, while browsing through the Note II Themes and Apps section, I found this:
[Xposed Mod] XBatteries - Switch to a different Theme in a Snap
Now, this can change your battery icon very easily (as easy as just selecting the new icon and restarting SystemUI). No apktool needed, no reboot required. No device or firmware limitation
Requirements:
* Xposed Installer
* Root (obviously)
For those of you who don't know about Xposed, it is here
[FRAMEWORK ONLY!] Xposed - ROM modding without modifying APKs
I have personally tested it and can confirm it working well.
Enjoy And, this is not my work, I just posted the link to the original work here, so please press thanks for the guy who posted it originally.

Since you did not mention it on your original post i have to ask, do you have the xposed framework installed and active?
(if you don't have it download "xposed-v80-sdk22-arm.zip" from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811 and flash it in recovery. I recommend making a full backup before as xposed might cause bootloops. After flashing install "XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk" from the same post)
It looks like there's a new version of the rootcloak module @@soka mentioned that supports android 5.1.1 here:
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.devadvance.rootcloak2
Install the apk, activate the module in xposed framework and reboot.
I can't guarantee this will work or help you further because i don't have any app that complains about root and i never tried to hide it.

cts profile match fail - EVEN WITHOUT ROOT

Hi everyone
Since I installed and uninstalled cuoco92 I cant pass in safetynet and i have supersu folder in /
I tryed every way to restore my phone.
Restore the first backup of TWRP (vendor rom)
Flash chinese 23s
Reflash cuoco and uninstall magisk
Flash qfill
Flash Stock recovery
Flash grisball
Anyone know a way to solve my issue
thanks in advanced
Ale
Heyyo, supersu I don't think has the ability to pass SafetyNet. I know Magisk v13 beta does though.
first, Uninstall SuperSU
https://android.stackexchange.com/a/102067
second, install Magisk v13 beta and enable Magisk Hide
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/beta-magisk-v13-0-0980cb6-t3618589
third, if Magisk Hide doesn't pass SafetyNet? install universal SafetyNet fix
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/xiaomi-safetynet-fix-t3600431
If those three steps don't work? There could be something else blocking it from passing such as Selinux needs to be enforced.
Tbh I don't think the LeEco Le Max 2 Chinese EUI ROM will pass SafetyNet since I don't think it naturally comes with Google's app suite thus isn't certified by Google kinda thing. That's why for example stock roms of other devices with Google app suites do pass SafetyNet with stock ROMs yet custom ROMs like LineageOS fail SafetyNet as they aren't Google certified and lack Google apps suite baked in.
I will try. Thanks
Heyyo,
I just gave it a shot with Magisk v13 beta 54e6a79 and Universal SafetyNet Fix v2 Beta 3 released today and...

[APP] Substratum patched for not requiring TouchWiz addon

So, everybody who wants to use substratum on touchwiz is required to buy an addon from the google play store for two dollars. I don't like that. The themers don't benefit from it, nor was samsung support a huge problem to get going. I patched out the requirement for it, and am uploading the apk for it.
This does NOT:
-Remove any piracy checks
-Support piracy
This DOES:
-Allow you to theme your Samsung without the two dollar addon
Now before people get all up in arms about this, I'm legally able to do this. The code is released under GNU GPLv3, and I can make modifications all I'd like as long as I share the source. (Here, for reference)
You'll need to uninstall the default substratum app and replace it with mine, other than that, it's the same app. As Substratum updates, I will too.
Source: Mod edit: link removed
APK: Mod edit: link removed
Didn't mean to put in Development, meant to put in apps/themes. If a mod reads this, please move it.
Interesting, so I can change theme in TouchWiz. Didn't know that
NEW RELEASE: Mod edit: link removed
Since Sub's dev said this, I had to patch again to make it look like it has TouchWiz addon installed

Now it looks like this:
Will it work on khongloi final s8 port??
Edit: Working on Khongloi final. Using Swift for Samsung.

Same
It's one thing to take GPL-licensed work and remove the requirement for the add-on app. It's entirely another to make it look like it's an "official" release so as to try and get support from the substratum team, when they specifically said they won't support modified builds.
Thread closed.
Please do not contact the OP regarding the patched version, as he will not be distributing it.
