The night mode should be visible where you normally select "photo, video, slow mo" if it isn't there, then you don't have it

Will need to wait a bit longer I guess. Do you remember how many May updates did your phone get this month?
I have an unlocked S10e model, but converted it to T-Mobile variant and I remember getting 2 updates in May (on 5/10 and 5/17) and I think both of them were May updates as my phone was on April before 5/10

The last 2 I received were May 14th and April 12th...I'm US Unlocked using AT&T

So my phone being on T-Mobile and your unlocked on AT&T, we probably have similar updates just at different times. I initially expected night mode end of April or beginning of May, but that didn't happen and for a good reason
Yeah it has night mode in india. Also a food mode which wasnt there earlier i think. Got my S10 3 days ago.
I got the ADSB update too on my unlocked S10 (US version, Snapdragon) on May 28th. TotalWireless (Tracfone - Verizon) carrier.
"Food" option is there, it blurs everything around a virtual central circle. No "Night Mode".
PS: The firmware is the same last four letters signals that, just pushed at different times by the carriers (even if downloaded via WiFi). See below the timing for the G973U1 (unlocked) variant:

I got my SGS III as an upgrade on Orange through Car phone warehouse.
I got through them cos their phones are unlocked so I could use my 3 contract simcard in it as I use that as my main number. But I have noticed in the About Device menu that the number is "Unknown". Yet when I put my orange sim (contract) or my friends 3 (PAYG) sim in the number does show up.
This isn't a major problem as the phone works, but I just wondered if anyone knows why this is?

Try putting the SIM in an iPhone and look at the SIM phone number. Perhaps 3 ship there's blank.

The number will show up if it is in the SIM card.
A typical problem scenario is the upgrade where you get given a new SIM card which either has no number in it ("unknown") or a different number that apparently gets changed when you register the new card. Unfortunately, although the phone works using the identity of the new number, the number actually in the card remains wrong and that is what the S3 shows.
It's a classic problem that most android devices can't edit the number in the SIM. There is an app that claims to be able to do it if you are rooted, but dunno if this works with S3. Usual solution is to use another phone like an iPhone that can edit it.
Annoying omission on Google's part if you ask me...

No not tried as I have no need to unlock it just yet. Not sure whether to keep it or sell it just yet...it's on sale on AVF at the mo.

I got one on release day, Locked to T-Mobile, Managed to get an unlock code for it from mobileunlocked.co.uk saying that it was a Galaxy S3 on the registration form and its working fine with my Three SIM.

Thank you very much! Still waiting for my I9305 to be shipped, and it's probably going to be locked too. Going to travel in March 2013, so I'm glad to hear it can be unlocked already.
Had to cut my Three SIM down to micro sim size but thats no big deal when the outcome is such a good phone.
Where did you get the phone from in the UK?
also what speeds are you getting with 4G in the UK?
I got the phone from T-Mobile shop in manchester. The EE 4G service hasn't been rolled out nationwide yet so currently still just on 3G until the end of the month.

No you don't, you need to do some research. That phone model supports certain bands for 3G/4G networks, go look them up. Then for each carrier you may want to use phone on check what bands they support.

That depends on where you buy it, networks may lock it. Buying a generic handset it will probably be unlocked. Since it's a variant from the main model it may have specific development requirements to support dual SIM.

Just to post a bit of an update, the RS988 is now also available on amazon, though only estimated to ship around May 4th; a similar timeline to B&H.

Have a G4 dual sim. No unlock possible till date. But i got it with L so root is possible. if you bought with MM installed no root beause google says you need to unlock BL just to have root.
Will LG change this policy of only unlocking euro G models ? nobody knows.

Bottom line is that you have to keep trying. I was told that their techs are aware of the problem and to keep trying. I did and was able to register 3 or so days ago.

I had the same issue - javascript 1 error. You can try forever - it will not work.
I wrote to a few LG execs (whose email I found by searching) and one said that he was running the promo.
According to him AT&T has not entered all their IMEI's into the database.
They manually entered mine and I was able to complete the form.
LG chat was useless. One disconnected on me, another told me that there were limited supplies and implied that I should just give up.
Of course this is not acceptable. LG and AT&T are being the major corporate douchenozzzles.

yeah I just got my G5 today, and did the battery promotion about 2 hours ago and had no problem at all
I preordered my G5 on March 22 & received it on March 30. I've been trying to enter my IMEI since the 30th with no luck. I've spoken with AT&T. I've emailed LG. I preordered a second G5 on March 29 and received it on April 4. I successfully registered it for the promotion yesterday but still no luck with my own. It says my IMEI number is incorrect. I'm going to try calling LG on Monday but I have college classes and can't spend all day on the phone for this!
I've been having the same problem as well. Bought in store on April 1st and have tried at least once a day since then. Got the same "having trouble with AT&T IMEIs" response from LG. Really it's the only annoyance I've had with the phone so far.

Yea, they'll probably be the last carrier, hopefully after them the unlocked.
I had the change the date in settings for my AT&T s10+ to pull down the update
