I recently Moved to Lineage OS but There is no option available in it for face unlock. Is it have to do something with GAPPS, I am using PICO version

[update] I have talked with some CM user in a Chinese forum. It seems that all the nightlies after 20161107 are unable to boot up.
I've been running the build from 11/04 with few issues ....

No - and may not be for awhile. Best go with a different ROM. Two other Marshmallow builds to choose from (AICP and Nexus); CM 12.1 also a solid option.

The procedure is not the same for all devices... Basically you have to do a clean flash. Custom kernels/mods/... are not supported.

If the ROM is available for the device on their official site then it's off course the same method to install.
