Can I flash the system on SM-T825
(don't will have kernel issues?)

Is Spen working, ignoring finger touches while in use?

I don't know. I didn't have a spen. Maybe someone else can let you know. I would imagine it has the same issues as the other Roms for this device.

Could you please check whether it is possible to integrate the s-pen palm rejection feature?
This would make your rom really stand out against the others
It’s the one feature that let’s me stay on official firmware, although its soooo slow

Hello There. I have downloaded and installed this ROM with BitGapps (as OpenGapps doesn't wanna download) and let me tell you, it's very unstable. As soon as I rebooted after installing this ROM, it was very slow. And BTW for me the S-Pen has the same problem as the Lineage OS one. The UI was Sluggish, and would hang a lot. And when I installed Magisk and installed V4A it would only reboot once I gave the password. It is in that loop since. The camera also crashes and so does the Fingerprint. Very Sad to say that I had to go back to The Tweaked Stock ROM.

Hey man, I had a query. The manifest you have in your tree, it says that its based on a branch from a device called gtaXL (most probably a Tab A). So did you port the tree from that device or make one using Valera's Tree? Because if yes, we have access to Android 11 for this tab (which is AMAZING)

[ROM][UNOFFICIAL] CyanogenMod 12.1 Built From Official Source Code [12-09-2015]

This is a build of CyanogenMod 12.1 for the OnePlus 2.
This ROM is built directly from the CyanogenMod source code with absolutely no changes to it. It is meant to take the place of the official CyanogenMod nightlies until they come.
This build is currently in Alpha/Beta so it may not have all of the standard OnePlus 2 or CyanogenMod features implemented quite yet.
I will do my best and try to upload weekly builds if there have been changes made to the source code.
Code:
Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
A lot.
Now that the standard disclaimer is out of the way...
I have built CyanogenMod for the OnePlus 2 directly from the official source code from the CyanogenMod team. I am not a developer. I am just a builder of the source code. If you submit any bug reports here, I will attempt to forward them to the CyanogenMod team, however there are no guarantees as to when or if I will see them. If you know how to, I would suggest posting your issue on the CyanogenMod OnePlus 2 GitHub page (Listed in the credits below). Any other questions are welcome here! This ROM is entirely untested as I currently do not have the ability to do so, so I am reaching out to the community for help with this. There is no guarantee that this ROM will be stable or that it will even boot for that matter. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Thanks to everyone!
ROM:
AFH
Google Drive
MediaFire
GApps:
As I have not been able to test this ROM yet, I would just assume that you could use any Lollipop GApps package with it.
I personally use OpenGApps.
Bugs:
-FP Not working
-Laser AF does not turn off after closing camera app. Reboot required before using camera again. (Disabled in latest build)
You tell me!

I would recompile the ROM without this file, but seeing as how long it takes to compile a ROM, I will try to remember to remove it before the next build instead. For now I'm just going to leave it though. As I have previously stated, I am not a developer, so I was wondering... Does this actually fix the laser AF or does it just disable it? Thanks for your input!

I need everyone's input on this. Should I keep these builds as the pure CyanogenMod builds so that we will get all of the latest bug fixes and features straight from the CyanogenMod team, or should I see about applying different ROM fixes/workarounds such as the camera workaround which disables the laser auto focus entirely?

One question, does the lock screen bug happen in this ROM too? Or was that 12.1 only?

The bugs that are currently in the 12.1 ROM persist through to the 13 ROM, so why would ditching one project help the other in anyway?
I wish other developers would help you with this. Getting working CM13 on this phone with more than decent hardware specs but crippled by Sony's software would be amazing.

There are even more bugs in cm13 than cm12.1 like sdcard not working, so I think it'd be better if tony work in cm12.1 because the biggest issue is just the wake up screen; and we'd have nearly a daily driver.

ok problem with Google Play Store at some apps he says that they are not kompatieble with this version. then just goes with apk file
The problem of lock screen really is a "wakeup from deep sleep problem". This means that the device, when locked, shutdowns cores and suspends. The suspension is managed by an android lib (present in cm12.1 and cm13) called libsuspend that works fine for suspension but not when have to wake up the device (you can find a line of log that says "Error writing on sys/power/state : Device or resource is busy).
But i don't think is a lib problem, but i've to find a way to workaround the complete suspension or device that, in this way, busy for the lib.
Suggestions are always appreciated
Just to make the things clear: the development for the two ROMS is parallel. Infant both the ROMS actually have almost the same bugs. There is no waste of energy, just i'm trying to make the things work better than i can
In these days, maybe also tomorrow i will release a fixed version of alpha 1 for CM13 that not reboots at first time. I fixed the problem. In the next days i will update more on the lock screen problem if i've some news about that.
thanks for the rom
please just fix the camera and the sim card for the dual version E2333 soon as you can sir

Great to finally see Nougat for the Honor 7! I suppose this ROM does not pass safety.net?
Testing it today, will give feedback later today
Okay, so I just Installed Rom and Gaaps:good: had absolutely no problems during install whatsoever, everything is very snappy systemwise , something Ive not experienced lately, and thats nice:good:
In the beginning it came with a pop up saying "gallery crashed" or something like that, but it stops when you open gallery first time and give permissions.:good:
As you say in first post editing quick tiles crashes system and force reboot. I experience this too.
I will test some more and return

Actually Ive got an interesting update. I tried rooting with magisk but every version killed my phone signal..:crying: So i thought to myself... Hmmm SuperSu? Yeah i managed to root my phone running Los14 and full gaaps with the latest SuperSu 2.82 flashable zip:angel::laugh::good:
Hi , issue with magisk is that we need to make more available place in boot.img, good to know that superSU worked.

It was discontinued by the Lineage team. You can use substratum instead.

Try flashing Magisk v14 it requires less boot space. I installed magisk v14 + xposed without a problem.
After testing the ROM for a bit I notice everything seems to work faster than LO 13, it could be because I didn't install many apps. I can't wait for it to become stable, great work. :good:
Although I experienced few issues:
1. Gallery app keeps crashing until you open it.
2. Adding fingerprint is quite difficult. The progress kept resetting when I tried to add it, but eventually I managed to add it. Afterwards I could unlock my phone without a problem.
3. Stock browser is buggy. Firstly, it is quite slow compared to chrome. Also, whenever I tried to download and install any apk file, I couldn't open the file. The file downloaded with chrome worked perfectly.
Also, boot is too small for the newest magisk, but v14 works just fine. Is it possible to decrease boot image size or increase boot partition size with gparted or something similar?

The codebase was obsolete (already in CM13). They didn't want to spend their time on it.
Hi, we need to implement the substratum theme engine, which is not a priority actually.
Does the camera work?

HI Guys.... nice to read here about the progress.... Congrats for your success..
it seems that you also managed to build a current TWRP for H7... would be great, if some of you can take care of the official TWRP-Build tree so that these 3.2.1. build also reaches the official twrp-buildstructure???
Thanks for your time in investigation.....
Works surprisingly well! No other bugs than the ones that are already known. Also really smooth

Hi,

At first I want to thank @spookcity138 for your work on the kminilte,
I've reused some things here from you.
For sure thanks to everyone else who ever worked on the Exynos3470.

If you are going to use Gapps,
I recommend to use the pico package!
https://opengapps.org/
For the others, you can use microG if you want, I've enabled signature spoofing.
Do you like my work?
Than you can simply hit the thanks button and consider to spend me a coffee or a beer,
I'm doing this in my free time and it also costs a lot of money to buy hardware.

I'm testing it since yesterday and I have to say I'm really satisfied,
as soon as I have fixed the camera's, mobile data and the acceleration sensor, this ROM should be great.

Sounds good! Looking forward to try it out. And I hope there will be enough people left with these devices to be able to use your build.
Btw, did you have any use of the old marshmallow for it? Played a bit with it yesterday and it seems realy stable! The only thing that puts me off there is the small font.. There are of course ways to increase the size with some apps, but they are usually limited...
So, i hope there are usual ways to make the font bigger in your build for us elderly..

Nope ,
never tried this, you can set the font size as it should be in LOS, just try it if it's big enough .

Another day of work, it would have been too beautiful, if everything would be working .
Hi, where are the sources? In your github page, there aren't. I'm just curious to see what you have done, and in that way, I could fix something more in the other Tab 4 models that I maintain.

Managed install it finally! Have to give a tip to people that are going to do that - the latest TWRP can not mount the whole /data and format it if you have encryption. In that case you have to downgrade to the old 3.0.X TWRP first, and then go back to the latest TWRP to flash LOS16. Took me a while to find the solution for this
Writing this review on the t235, connected to a bt keyboard after the last OTA update..
Really good job! Everything seems to be working. And i can get bigger fonts! After the last update even bt works, which was important for me. The only bigger thing i haven't tested is mobile data.
And it's not that it's huge, but i am experiencing some microlags. Perhaps not surprising considering it's age and that it wasn't really a flagship device already when it was released..
Thank you for this! I will of course keep on testing for a while. And, just curious - will there be /e/?

This is normal, but you should be able to wipe the whole data partition.

I'm actually surprised, that it run's as well as it's doing, it could be worse with this hardware .

If you're my only user, not , but everybody could use my sources and build /e/ out of it,
it actually should work out of the box.
Update 22.05.2021:
Fixed menu button configuration in settings
Made some RAM optimizations and tweaks
Made an Android go config
Removed unneeded button light and LED code, this device doesn't have any of them
Created many selinux labels, so we could switch it to enforcing in the future
Via OTA.
Hi
Thanks for keeping our device alive
