WARNING!
This is early internal test build, so LATER OTA UPDATES CAN'T BE GUARANTEED!
If you don't have unlocked bootloader, you'll unable to roll back to stable build!
Please be careful when testing!

Now I think it's time to bring you back to canary labs faster than beta labs.
Internal build version: DRG-4040-0-00WW-B01
It will be updated from: DRG-354N-0-00WW-B01, which is released October 2019 Security Update
As I've warned before - having an unlocked bootloader is strongly recommended.
So recent builds removed handy 874 dialing codes, we have to install them under recovery or Nokia Extensions.
Non-Chinese speaking users should ignore this quote.

UPDATE: Thanks everyone. To fix microphone bug, please disable the microphone permission of the "Google" app.
You'll lose "OK Google" ability, but you can make telephone call properly.

Let me tell you how to verify:
1. Dial *#*#227#*#* to check current Version. If older than B2N-354N-0-00WW-B01, update to 354N before proceed.
FYI, 354N is October 2019 Security Update.
Alternately, you can use command "fastboot oem getversions" under fastboot mode / Download mode to check current firmware version.
2. Install DRG-4040-0-00WW-B01-354N-0-00WW-B01-update.zip with Nokia Extensions OTA Update module or adb sideload under recovery.
3. Reboot your phone.
That's it.
If minor fixes released, I will upload them as well, then use the same method to install it.
To root the phone, you may want to use Magisk 20 released today (October 12th, 2019) or newer.

Project deprecated. Thanks for supporting us.
Final build: https://android.googleapis.com/pack.../07330e258c1095c5eea9e1b697bb4ea8d92ebc9e.zip (DRG-410C-0-00WW-B03-update.zip)
You may install it on any existing builds so far.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=300344

People trying to install Quickswitch with Lawnchair, please be warned as when you set Lawnchair as default launcher, The phone gets stuck on Nokia Logo after a reboot.
Also the mic doesn't pick up voice/noise at all unless you turn on speaker phone.
To get Volte, Go into settings - mobile networks - Turn on Enhanced LTE and select the 4G(Recommended) option.

Nice I am on it but facing mic issues it works only if the speaker mode is on.

Screenshots please

No, Will work on phones with locked bootloader but you will not be able to go back to older version of android i.e Pie stable etc.

Am on October build security patch and I've not unlocked my bootloader how do I go about this am using the Nokia 6.1 plus
And this mic issue is it for calls or mic in general??

Adb sideload doesn't seem to work. It finishes quickly and says "Total xfer: 0.00x " with no error, but nothing has changed. Still Android 9.

That's becoz sideload requires you to be on Oct 2019 security patch first.

If the updata .zip has 4XXXWW prefix, Then it's the worldwide release maning it will work on all the Global Variants aka Nokia 6.1 Plus
If the .zip has the 4XXXCN prefix, Then it's for the Chinese variant.

solved

LG isai LGL22 [Water-resistant and microSD slot available Japanese G2 variant]
General Q&A
Q. Is this a G2 variant though called isai?
A. Yes. Search LG OpenSource Code Distribution for "LGL22" and you can see it's classified as G2.
Q. What are the differences with original G2?
A. This device has a microSD card slot, a IR port, Osaifu-Keitai and TV. In addition, it's IPX5 / IPX7 water-resistant but water submersion can cause damage. The battery capacity is 2500mAh and it's reduced more than original G2's.
Q. Can I use this phone on GSM network?
A. Yes. A number of XDA members unlocked their phone and they are using in their countries. A unlock code for international LG G2 works on this phone.
Development Q&A
Q. Can I root by using IORoot?
A. No. IORoot exploit has been patched in all Japanese G2 variants. You need to use g2_support_tool in OP.
Q. Has Loki exploit been patched?
A. Loki is executable on JellyBean firmwares. On KitKat firmwares it has been patched, however, Bump! vulnerability hasn't been patched.

First, install B2Cappsetup.exe.
Second, delete C:\ProgramData\LGMOBILEAX folder and replace by LGMOBILEAX folder.
Third, run ScriptByMe.cmd in LG_Mobile_offline_mode folder, after that we enter to show this and select each dialog as below.
Select Upgrade Start and do the same as this image below

Has the same bootloader and radio as all the other builds
this is awesome!
i have 2 questions. is it possible to add double tap to wake and long press back to turn screen off to the stock rom. these 2 features are so convenient to use.
thanks
I am on the E bootloader and 95r firmware. If i were to update it would this cause a brick? I am no longer on verizon and E was the best firmware/radio to use (98r). I wanna make sure my system is running up to par with att or is the bootloader the same for all the updates?
@scrosler
Its taking forever to install any System App updates like GMail or Keep for example. All other apps like Whatsapp or Facebook, etc install quickly from the Play Store, been sitting for 30 minutes now trying to get a few apps updated. Playstore gets stuck on installing and after a few minutes it jumps to the next download, which happens quite quickly, but then once again hangs around trying to get the app updated.

That's not how WiFi calling works.
You will see a notifications and its not enabled by default because you need to set an E911 address. Plus, you'll see a notification at the top if it actually worked in this build, which it could possibly but it seems like its not finished yet. This build has Tycho.apk which is also called ProjectFi and requires calling/texting/voicemail/contacts permissions and such. So that's probably at least an early WiFi calling build.

It is real, I have the update on my phone. You can get it by resgistering for the beta through the galaxy beta app from the galaxy app store.
I can confirm, for I have it as well. Very nice update. Do NOT let the benchmarks thwart you...it is faster.

Do you mean settings on the phone or within the app? . Sorry

Did anyone get the official Nougat update on this model number SM-G930P yet?

I have not gotten the official update yet. Still on the latest beta version.
Ditto. Been a while since we got another beta update. I am still not happy with the battery drain and the phone gets sluggish at times.

Exactly my thoughts, battery drain, memory leaks, apps force closing. I'm so done with this. Waiting for the official update now.
I'm glad that I'm not the only one experiencing the extreme lag after a period of time. It's to the point that I must restart every day for the phone to be useable. My phone gets downright lethargic after a few minutes sometimes if I'm using navigation (doesn't matter which app).
The battery drain is irritating...but jot nearly as bad as the lag.

good day to all.
a few thoughts...
Let's start with the possibilities: the camera works after the upgrade(removed userdata.sin), I don't know how.
Here is another image of the details:
Here are few others:
That is all I have for now. Root is offline. Camera surprisingly works, again, I don't know how but it does.
have a nice one.

Can you tell if modpunk's twrp decrypts sdcard fine and backup /data ? If not, can you try without any password.
I've uploaded a xz1/twrp with latest August/Pie patches just in case https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603845086
Good you have cam on without hack, bad is still 4.4 kernel (4.9 is out); twrp re-compiled with Pie /vendor may do the trick.
Also what about Playstore/Setting/Certified , Widevine level , SafetyNet... (you can try app in my signature below to get all specs of your device ...)
(EDIT tried latest @phhusson v107 Pie (on Oreo 8.0 /Vendor) and still logo bootloop)

Modpunks twrp-3.2.3-0-poplar-1.img does not decrypt the PIE relase, have to ADB Sideload
I wrote how I got PIE with Magisk at https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78141162&postcount=160 in the Android 9 Pie comes to Sony Xperia XZ1 on October 26 thread

Both sims work for phone calls and sms.
I also like the dry erase swipe unlock, it leaves a minor trail behind instead of showing the entire trace. Not sure if that's a PIE upgrade or not.

Playstore->Settings->"Device is not certified"
Your latest recovery9cryptfs15-1omni8-1 successfully decrypts Pie update using swipe.
modpunk's latest sees scrambled folders, taking down swipe and device protection does not help either, it's all still encrypted(scrambled).
Here are the shots:
Have a nice one.
it keeps on coming.
I've got full root after flashing latest Magisk via @oF2pks recovery.
Now it's almost a full daily driver.
I noticed Netflix was crashing but I've removed it via Settings->Apps->Force Stop then Uninstall.
Went back to PlayStore and reinstalled it and now Netflix works.
Here are the images:
Good day/night!
unbelievable!
I decided to flash G8342_Customized VN_1310-7041_47.2.A.0.306_R3C again, this time with userdata*.sin in place. No files removed.
** FULL ABSOLUTE WIPE **
** watch out for the broken links, not sure what happened but the images load up when links are clicked/touched **
Guess what? There is no need for drmfix, no green images either. HDR is there too, though I doubt its potential.
See for yourself:
Root works after flashing latest stable Magisk. Got Magisk.apk from the original thread here on xda @topjohnwu (https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/official-magisk-v7-universal-systemless-t3473445) and downloaded a flashable.zip from within it, using @oF2pks latest pie-able recovery(https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603845086) , I flashed it.
and then the final miscellaneous images before I restore to Oreo
Alright, now there's more information available from the last 3 posts.
Thanks to @oF2pks @topjohnwu @janjan @IgorEisberg @munjeni
Have a good one everyone!
I have it rooted with magisk too, installed the magisk selinux script that I had from 8.0 FIX/MOD THE Was.. I am not sure that is needed, but Apple music would not start.
As would some other apps.
The apple music I eventually fixes by going back to a version from apk mirror of begining this year... And block it from updating
Also had problems with firefox, had to go back to a version 61.0.2 from my titanium backup instead of the 63 version.
Maybe it has to do with the swift installer (theming), I am not sure, that one also works mostly.
N7 player was buggy from backup, New install did not find all my playlists, but restored again from backup and gebuild media library seems to have fixed it.
Gmail I had a problem with too, tried to remove it and get aan older version too, I am not sure of that did it
So there can be some app problems still
I had also error messages flashing the rom from flashtool, so it did not flash, but fixed it with copying and renaming the fsc file to 47.2.fsc made it work (and reinstalling flashtool but i think the fsc file was the solution)
The clock is on the left now, I hope someone finds a way to get it to the right again, or turn it off...

On the original shots it was an upgrade without wiping data.
On the later shots, the thread reads that I did a full wipe without drm fix so stock install defaulted to 17MP.

Not really to be honest. The test version that got leaked is the exact same version as the one they released
Will you shear the kernel which is removed Forece Encrypt
At least I could give the credits to alin miron, who is the one who made the zip, it seems to me that you are a scoundrel, since you left standing up to been taking things from the telegram group and putting them in redit, xda ... as if they were yours At least give the credits to whoever does that, to change 2 lines in the installer is not to make a rom
kdz file
I couln't find a kdz version of this file. I'm trying to update my phone using LGUP and it doesn't allow me to use a zip file. Does anybody know where to find the kdz version?

Might be a silly question, but I'm inexperienced.
After wiping (to unlock the bootloader) and installing this modified stock rom, will LG's backup solution via lg bridge still work?
It seems like currently it is the best solution in order to retain app data, settings and media after going through the procedure.
Thanks in advance.
Call Recoreder Button
HI, I tried to replace LGInCallUI.apk from v30 with active call record button in this ROM for H870 and seems working
File location is system\product\priv-app\LGInCallUI

Well that's just UNTRUE. This New version is very different to the Leaked Beta version.
Much of the UI has been updated. The phone is less laggy. This is a much better version. AND IT IS NOT the same version!
Who can extract kernel and share to me, thank you

I am having a weird issue. Whenever I enable Wifi hotspot, people connect with me successfully but it shows 0 users connected and on other devices it says No internet connection and then my G6 get freeze and restart itself. What could be the reason? I cleaned install this rom from scratch. It was perfectly fine in Oreo.
Edit: force restart fixed the issue.

I also tend to disagree. I use the leaked "beta", without any issues at all. I compared all parameters of both, and there is no difference. They released that one.
