Hey everyone, I'm new to the Forum, as you can see
I have been looking to overclock my x10 but I'm not sure f it's even possible as all the applications I've seen or installed personaly (not saying they don't exist) haven't been able to go above the 1GHz Processor the x10 has. If one does exist, could someone please, please, please kindly point me in the right direction? And if they don't exist, let me know?

J's 2.3.3 CM7 has a kernel with oc to 1.113GHz, but the kernel isn't fully working, I think soon we'll have fully working cutom kernels with oc for the X10

Seems it work with the new 4.0.5 rooted version.

But I am tired from it's speed and app store...
So I am now going to ANDROID...
I have selected two mobiles...
Karbonn a7 and Karbonn a9 ...
Karbonn a7:
3.5",320*480
800 Mhz single core
512 MB RAM
Adreno 200
Karbonn a9:
3.8",480*800
1Ghz single core
512 MB RAM
Adreno 200
So...which mobile perform games,application faster...?
I have doubt that a7 have 320*480 and 800Mhz processor but a9 have 480*800 and 1Ghz processor(resolution is double)...so I think that a7 may faster than a9...
But I am new to android,so I don't know which is better !
Both runs on android 2.3.6,but a9 get ICS update soon...
Can you tell me which is better for me...?

A9 has better specs, so it'll likely be faster. Plus with ICS on its way that'll help speed the phone up.
However I'd recommend getting a more popular phone; so you can root it and install custom firmware which will improve your phone greatly.
For an explanation of what rooting is and how it is beneficial; see this thread.
If youre wondering what phone, i'd recommend the galaxy s. very similar to the a9, but a 4 inch screen, far more well heard of and there are LOADS of custom roms for it

I've been searching the forums for days and nothing, so I would like some feedback please.
I was bought a Sanei N10 dual core I believe 10.1 ips, hdmi out, 16gb, 1gb ram. etc
It runs a little slow at times so I thought to Root it and install custom ROM.
Now. Am I right in thinking that this tablet should have an Alwinner A10 processor?
Mine is actually an armv7 processor rev 2 (v7l).
So Im wondering is my tablet a clone, and not an actual N10? Box is branded as is the tablet.
I managed to root it anyway, using the Tasselhof script.
I cant install CWM as it says a version doesnt exist for my device, and I dont know which roms I can actually use ??
Can anyone enlighten me please as im goin a bit nuts here.
