You should post this to QNA section and delete this. Only post to the depelopment section if you have developed something like a kernel or a rom.
Please publish in the right area, close the topic here.

You have created multiple threads for the same topic all in the development section. Please do not continue making new threads for the same issue and when opening a thread you need to post in the correct section. In this case that would be the Q&A section. I have moved your other thread to the Q&A section as thats where you may find help. Please refer to XDA rules in particular Rule 1 and Rule 5 (both are applicable here) as well as read the stickies for this section regarding rules for posting in development.

Hi All
I really don't like the ascending ringtone function of all Samsung mobiles. I don't know why they could not make it an option...
Starting from I9000, I have disabled this "function" for deodexed roms, using apk_manager_4.9 and xUltimate_2.2.2. But starting from Android 2.3.4 I failed to make it. don't know why... (even could not find the way through Google...)
Now I'm using I9100 and don't know how to start up this again. Also more and more people say that Odexed rom would run smoother... Can any expert show me the way to do so? I'm under Windows 7.
I have attached the Phone.apk and Phone.odex from ZSKI3. Hopefully some experts could make it for me. but I really want to learn how to make it. it's really annoying to request others whenever there is version change.

About Bootmenu:
I used the cm bootmenu for boot this phone. During power up, when U saw the led lighting red, press(not press hold) the 'volum down key" , then U can login bootmenu.

Some days ago I bought an OTG cable to connect a pendrive to my phone.
It doesn't work.
I think that 5380i doesn't support this type of connection.
Is there a program or a workaround to make it possible??
I downloaded this file from the forum, but I'm not sure that it works, and I don't want to damage my phone.

Hi all,
I have been searching for months on this forum and google for an answer but am getting no where.
I am trying to test ROMs (developing and existing ones available) before flashing to my phone.
I have the SDK emulator installed, but i cannot seem to get a custom rom running.
I have both Windows and Linux platforms. Linux has the mkfs.yaffs2/unyaffs to create the .img files, but none load.
I download the stock PDA from Sams, and extracted the system.img file, added to the ./android/AVD_FOLDER, and this just hangs on the ANDROID screen.
Can someone please assist? Surely there must be away of testing custom ROMs and Kernels prior to flashing? Or do the uber devs just develop direct on the phone and continually flash the phone?
Wrong section, also I think most Rom cooks here continually re flash.

Change it to How to access LBF-file or similar.
Anyway:
If you're speaking of a file created with LG Backup app then you can restore its content with this app.
