[REQUEST] Custom Battery Icon - OnePlus 7T Pro (Regular & McLaren) Q & A

Hi!
Is it possible to change our battery indicator to MIUI or iOS style? It was possible with an Xposed module called Custom Battery Meter, but currently this is not working with OP 7T Pro OOS 10. I know there're 2 icons by default (stock/circular), but maybe one of you can make a magisk or an xposed module which can change the circular one to other style.
Maybe this is possible with some framework modification or something like that.

Would be nice... Want the cicle icon with numbers inside

hidden module is been reported to only make visual changes in magisk to show that the test passed, but in reality it doesn't.
would be interesting a check https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest
again, I haven't tried it personally, but read a lot about it

Diasble Airplane mode confirmation dialogue

Hi,
does anybody know a possibility to remove the confirmation dialogue when I activate airplane mode via the status bar shortcut?
I have a rooted G5 with xPosed, is there a module for that maybe?
Or even simpler a adb command or something?
Thx in Advance
That would be awesome!

Yeah,
tried Xposed GEL Settings and 1-2 other modules first and none were working and I thought first that I had done something wrong but Gravity Box - at least the stuff I'm using - works like a charm.
Have it mainly for some status bar tweaks and a 5x5 grid size with google launcher, which wouldn't work with GEL for me.

[MOD][XPOSED] Burnt Toast Revived

Burnt Toast Revived is an updated version of @MohammadAG's Burnt Toast Xposed module. In this version I added support for the latest versions of Android that have rounded toast messages, and fixed the problem of the text too near to the border.
NEW! It's now possible to change the size of the icon.
NEW! It's now possible to change the size of the margins.
Description:
This modules adds the app icon to toast messages, giving a more colorful look to them, and also making them more understandable.
Notes:
Support for Android versions before Lollipop has been dropped. Please use the original module on KitKat and before.
Changelog:
v1.6
Added option to change margins size.
Added more sizes, and removed some bigger ones.
Fixed controls not visible on some devices and in landscape.
No more overlapping or delayed toast messages. When you change size, the old toast is dismissed before generating a new one.
v1.5
Added option to change icon size
Added support for some ROMs with different layout for toast messages
v1.4
Initial release

It's normal. The app that manages root is Magisk (or SuperSU or another), so the notifications are coming from that app.
Could you add options to change the design of the message istelf like xtoast did?

Oneplus 3 using RR-N-v5.8.5-20171217-oneplus3-Final
Rooted with xposed v89 and magisk installed.
I checked on apps that doesn't require root like lookup, fly gps and sesame shortcuts and root app like greenify.
I have disabled system toast notifications(from settings->configurations->animations->toast) n magisk toast notifications so it should not affect this module.
I would love to use this cause system n magisk uses small icons which are barely visible.
Thanks anyways!

I don't think it's possible to put the icon in the corner (if that's what you're asking for) without heavily modifying the layout. I will look into it.
Working properly on LOS 14.1. I would just recommend to center icon within the whitespace after changing the icon's size, so it looks better.
Thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for the modules revival. Could you please make the paddings adjustable too? Even with a small icon size the toast is still a lot larger than standard toast.

Hmmm...Never knew the "full detail" difference between the 2. But it appears that Magisk is the way to go, especially when you can install Xposed as a module through Magisk. It seems like a win-win situation...

@Moriatier, you're back! After starting the world-famous V30 Frankenstein thread you just sort of disappeared!
I wrote up the instructions (later in the thread) but you were the one who really started the discussion.
You can use Substratum and even though it's made for Samsung devices, you can use the samsung system mods theme to change the nav bar height. I use it to set mine to zero so I can use gestures instead. But they have other height options in it. Probably best not to mess with any of the other parts in there though since it IS for Samsung devices. Although I got "more animation scales" in settings working too.

I believe you can use substratum without root in Oreo. It's been a while but I think I was using it before rooting. It uses a systemless method. Substratum has a fail safe in it where If it detects a problem like system ui keeps force closing so many times, it will disable the overlays and set it back to normal. So there isn't too much of a risk. I got myself in some situations where I couldn't do anything and just got a bunch of force closes but Substratum took care of it. Never had an issue with the Navbar overlay though. If you ever want the navbar back, you just go into Substratum and disable the overlay and reboot.
I'm rooted but the reason I didn't use OnePlus Gestures built in nav bar hide is because it had some minor annoyances. Like when I would unlock my device, the navbar would show for a split second then disappear. So I just felt, for me, it was better to use substratum and get rid of it all together. Although, with this method, you can actually toggle it off and on real quick.
