I've got global version of Redmi Note 9 Pro and it doesn't receive or send SMS messages without wi-fi connection.
I tried to install a messaging app from Google store but it also do the same.
Please help.

I received my watch this morning while walking Gear S SMS sound although I can not send or receive and yet I am connected with my note 3 via Bluetooth, I can call and receive SMS but not? In managing notifications I have checked messages.
When I click on the message icon (The message says there is no valid SIM card in your Gear Gear or have not connected to your mobile device)

I just finished installing the ROM BobCat V12 and now SMS so that walking V12 is compatible with 100% S. Gear Hi !!!!!!!!!!!! :laugh:

I can't activate my SIM / phone number on my Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus. I also can't turn on cloud sync for messages & call history. I think this also caused the Play Store to not be certified.
I've googled and searched, but the only fixes that worked for others was only a few & they didn't work for me.
If it matters it was unlocked when purchased & I have Cricket Wireless service.
I've also tried doing it through i.mi.com but i still get same issues.
I also can't activate my messages.

To activate your SIM/Phone, xiaomi send an international message to UK, at least on my case.
Havent your carrier blocked this type of costs?

I did it through the site i.mi.com but I'm still having all these issues.
So I have a Samsung Galaxy tab A 10.5 which does not support a simcard. I know if I sign in to my Galaxy account from my phone I can get calls from my phone on my tablet. Unfortunately I'm not using a Samsung phone, I have a redmi note 8 pro.
I use my tablet for all my entertainment purposes like YouTube, Netflix etc and it always leads to missing calls I receive on my phone..is there any way I could get call/sms notifications on my tablet or even accept calls from my tablet?
I am using MI note 10 lite but I cannot receive cell emergency broadcast notifications, I have been check/ change setting and clear data or restart the cell broadcast APP (which installed by default)
But not receive notification ?. Same problem was observed in redmi note 7 and redmi 7. XDA team or any body, Plz tell me any solution to resolve this problem thank you so much
Out of curiosity: What kind of information do they send in your country as an emergency broadcast notification?
I´ve been using a cellphone for more than 15 years and I've never seen/received one...

Dear, these notifications are received when we travel from one place to other (location notifications) in my country I asked with XDA team for not receive these notifications on my device, while before this MI note 10 lite I was using redmi 5, on this device cell broadcast notifications were received when I travel from one place to other
