does the one fusion plus support 27 watt fast charging? im new to this - Motorola One Fusion+ Questions & Answers

right now i use the 18 watt fast charger on the moto one fusion plus. my question is can i use motorola's own 27 watt type c to c fast charger on the device? will it be faster charging? right now it takes 2hrs plus to fully charge. pls help.

Unfortunately, the phone only supports 15-watt fast charging despite coming with an 18-watt charger it has been clarified by their representatives that it can't charge faster than 15 watts.

Can anyone charge up to 80% in 35 min with quick charge 3 ???

Hi,
my best charging results in 30 min are: 56-59% (starting at 0%)
It does'nt matter if I use the original Quick Charge 2.0 LG Charger or a Quick charge 3.0 wall charger from Aukey.
So how is that possible? I thought Quick Charge 3 means up to 80% in 35 min.?
Has anybody ever charged this fast using LG 5 and QC 3.0 charger?
A marketing lie?
Thanks in advance
It's the same because Both adapters for the wall are 1.8 mAh and that's for 2.0 and 3.0

I use an Anker 2 port quick charge 3.0 charger and it def charges as fast as they claim with no user interaction
I also didn't get the 83% ib 35 min.
It is look like it's not possible.
I have tried with tonsmart wc1t QC 3.0 from 2 sellers and with 2 different LG G5 and with different cable (original and tronsmart) and i had the same results, About 60% in 30~35 minutes.
I thought it will be fixed in a software update but even in the last update (13.10.16) it didn't changed.

Samsung Adapter alternative?

Hello, im new with Xiaomi phones so i came here to ask for some advice.
i bought a Xiaomi Mi a3 (obviously ) 2 days ago and noticed that it was capable of Fast Charging.
18W fast Charging. but inside the Box it only has a 10W charger.
the specs of the 18W xiaomi Charger is:
Input: 100 - 240V~ 50-60Hz 0.5A
Output: 5V -- 2.5A [12.5W] / 9V -- 2A [18W] / 12V -- 1.5A [18W]
I have my Old Samsung Note 5 Fast Adaptive Charger 15W (i think) specs:
Input: 100 - 240V~ 50-60Hz 0.5A
Output: 9V -- 1.67A [15.03W] / 5V -- 2A [10W]
Question is, Is it ok to use the Note 5 Charger?? I will still use the Xiaomi type C Cable.
Note: i think xiaomi uses Qualcomm Universal Quick Charge technology, While Samsung Uses its own for Adaptive Fast Charging. so i don't know if it will damage the battery or something.
Reason for asking is: Information. i just wanted to know if it's Okay and not be Harmful before trying. But just in case i think i'll order a Xiaomi 18w Charger.
(bonus question: to those who Have an 18w Charger. a lot of test on youtube about the 18w Charger not really faster than the 10w charger. is it really worth the buy/faster??)
thank you. :highfive:
that's kinda quick 1:40min 10-95% . actually i joted down my 1st Charge yesterday night.
10% battery - time 9:47
66% battery - time 10:48 (44 mins till Fully charge. [phone said])
100% battery - time 11:43 (this last one i don't really know, . . . . i was watching a tv show and just realized the time and thats when i looked)
so i guess 1hr 56mins kinda more or less i guess using the 10W charger. . . . if what you said is true then next charge i will try using the 15w samsung charger and post the time.
Results of using Samsung 15W(ish) Adaptive Charger [Original Charger Note 5]
10% battery - 5:51 pm
11% battery - 5:52 pm (did a double check hehe)
100% battery - 7:24 pm
So it took 1 hr and 33mins. , can someone tell me their 18w Charger Test Results?
Just buy a 18watt charger.
Does someone tried to monitor Quick charge how does it work? Which type our phone use ? 5V 3A, 9V 2A or 12V 1,5A?
I'm on PE and with stock kernel qc doesnt work, but if I use bit kernel it goes 5v 3A.

Question Xiaomi Slow Charger will give any problem to Mi 11x?

Hi Guys,
I know we always have to use the default charger but this is also a fact that the fast charger is not always good for the phone's battery life. We can use it sometimes when we are really required fast charging.
I have a Xiaomi original charger 5V, 2A. I use to charge my device 20-80% with this charger. My phone will not get heat up like it compared to the situation when I charge with a fast charger.
Please tell me, is there any problem if I'm not using the default charger that comes in the box with the phone? I'm using that cable but with the Xiaomi slow standard charger. Will it be safe for both the phone and charger?
Thanks,

Question Best charger for the S23 Ultra

Just decided to buy a S23 Ultra as a upgrade for my Galaxy Note 8 and I need a new charger since my current charger is probably slow.
The price doesn't matter, since I just paid 855Euro for it after extending my phone contract and traded in the Note 8. However the charger should be from a reputable brand.
If it's possible, post the name and model of that charger or Amazon EU link.
Thread here.
45 Watt Charging
Does the Samsung S23 Ultra ONLY accept Samsung Genuine 45 watt charger for Super Fast Charging 2.0 aka 45 watt charging ?! BTW does anyone know any good 5A cables ?
forum.xda-developers.com
Personally I have always liked Anker brand wall warts and USB cables because of the quality. But that's just my preference (even with their bad security practices)
I've been please with the UGreen Dual USB C port charger. Does do the Super Fast 2.0 charging. Does some kind of very low trickle charge when the device 100% so the phone is actually cool in the morning when left charging overnight. https://www.amazon.com/UGREEN-Charg...28344&sprefix=ugreen+dual+port+,aps,59&sr=8-5
I like small, easily portable, and dual port chargers. I can charge two devices as once. And the one seems do it very well. You can definitely find faster chargers, but it fits my criteria very well.
I recommend official Samsung 45W charger, it comes with 5A cable. I use it and it workings as it should. From 30% to 85% of battery charging takes 20 minutes.
I got 4-5 Baseus chargers at home....GAN chargers with multi ports (100watts) are excellent if you've got many devices from different brands. It charges my Macbook at max capacity and same goes for all Samsung devices.
I've been using the nothing one charger I bought separately when I had nothing phone. It supports fast charging upto 30w and it is fast enough for me. It also looks a lot better than samsung's charger

Question S23 Ultra Slow To Charge?

I don't yet have a 45 watt charger, so I connected the 25 watt charger from my S20. It says it will take 2 hrs to charge from 15% to Full.
My S20 would charge a lot faster than that. Is this normal?
I guess.
pixel 18W charger is 2h20.
iphone 5w is 5h15
LG 10w near 3h
I might get a faster one, I have the 20W oneplus one, but it wont work on the samsung... dash charging tech not compatible

Not sure if the S20 charger uses PPS charging protocol that S23U "requires" but 2 hours for 85% sound fine if it's not charging at 25 watts.

Thanks. My S20 with that charger would charge 85% a whole lot faster than 2 hrs.
45 watt charger should arrive tomorrow. Hopefully, it will go faster.

Yes, but as I mentioned, S23U requires PPS protocol to charge at the "advertised" speed. Just because the charger is 25W, it doesn't mean it will charge at 25W if it's missing the required protocol. Hence why I wrote I'm not sure if S20 supports the same PPS as S23U uses. In order to get 45W charging speed on S23U the charger needs to be PPS and the cable needs to be rated at least at 5 Amps.

That's what should be coming tomorrow from Amazon: Anker 313 charger and 543 cable.
Why Samsung doesn't include these with the S23 is a shame!

Well, some OEMs don't include a charger with their Flagships nowadays. Samsung isn't the only one.
That seems a little slow.
Make sure fast charging is on in settings. As you plug your charger in, it should say that it's Super Fast Charging
If it doesn't, try a different cable
If that doesn't work, go for a different charger
My phone keeps saying moisture detected, when there isn't, it's fked up, some chargers work, most dont
when you want to start charging your phone, make sure phone battery temperature is normal.
if you use continuously then charge it,charging speed is lower.
don't depend on status SFC or SFC 2.0.
you need watt meter cable or watt meter to know actually the real time charging speed.
if very hot, from 45 watt down to 15 watt charging (SFC 2.0)
if you want to charge from 10 to 100 in 1 hours use 45 watt charger, you need a cooler room temperature.
or you need a cooler at the back of the phone in 33 degree celcius room temperature.
if you wat to charge wireless 15 watt,it is the same.
battery temperature can make it slower charging.
status fast wireless charging is not the benchmark for charging speed.
SFC 2.0 is the same ,not the benchmark for charging speed.
you need a watt meter cable to know the real charging situation.
My S20 charger initially shows SFC as active when I plug it in but then it drops down to normal charging. Looks like I am not the only one with this issue so guess I will be buying a new brick.
Anyone got a good suggestion on which ones to get? In addition any good 12v car chargers that support it too?

The Anker 313 charger and the Anker 543 cable work for me.
I've had old HTC and Motorola phones from years gone by that took ages to charge. When I got the opportunity and the cash to buy my Samsung, I made sure I got a charger and cable that could super fast charge. From less than 10% to 85% capacity in just a few minutes. Wow.
