The Google Camera Go app is now also available. With the night mode function. Strangely enough, the normal Camera Go app (1.9) works very well, but the mod with activated night mode keeps hanging up.

i have use night mode once.... but i didn't know how it turn like that.... and i can't return it to normal mode.... after phone restart it comeback to normal mode, but i can't make it night mode anymore....

I greenified extended standby mode which is supposed to run sony's stamina mode. Though i later degreenified extended standby mode, i cannot find a way to wake it up. Even after reboot it doenst wake up and because of that the stamina mode doesnt turn on. Is there anyway to wake up extended standy mode ??

I don't know particularly about extended standby mode, but if you greenify an app and subsequently highlight it, you get an icon with a play symbol on top of the screen. Tapping it will run the app. After that you can highlight it again and then degreenify it.
So greenify extended standby mode again and try.

Then may be only restoring a nandroid will help you.
Has anyone been able to get night mode working on RS988? The SystemUITuner is disabled and the night mode enabler app does not seem to work on this model without SystemUITuner.

There is a systemui tuner app in the store which can be installed and enabled using a couple of ADB commands... It has the native nougat night mode built in (you can't change tint or schedule it manual) it's the very basic auto night tint which was released in 7.0
I was on pe plus for a long time and had night mode (it filters blue light) scheduled from 1 am to 6 am.
Today i installed miui 11.0.5 after wiping caches system and data. Everything is working great but exactly at 1:00 am my screen dimmed to that exact night mode setting. Im unable to find any toggle to switch it off. The only feature that come close to this is reading mode in miui and it is also turned off. I think it has something to do with me restoring the google backup of settings from previous rom but still need a fix to turn off this night mode.
Yes you are right its from backup setting and there is no option i mean no visible setting in miui 11 to switch it off...lolz its funny by the way

Yeah man i also found it hilarious. For now i have temporarily fixed this by scheduling reading mode on that exact time with 0 intensity.

Try to search on Settings for (night), you may find something about it
My phone used to be in perminant dark mode, which I liked, but recently it started to change between light and dark mode depending on day and night in my local timezone.
It affects mainly my Google widgets and apps (the actual settings screen stays in dark mode as that's how I've set the phone).
It seems to have started this when I first used the Google Auto / driving app which I've uninstalled now, bit I can't find any way to stop this... I want it to remain in dark mode at all times. I can't find anything in the phone or Google apps to change (anywhere with a theme or dark mode setting I've set to dark already).
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
