FAQ.
Q. Why doesn't this rom pass cts?
A. We don't use hacks to bypass safetynet attestation, we just use our fingerprint, so cts won't pass by default. You can root your device and install magisk to pass safetynet.

Please fill instruction and FAQs
Becouse many has bricked their phones by installing rom and rooting

The build is permissive so yeah it does support magisk.
Just flashing the rom and formatting data will work.(if you get an error on format, just reboot to recovery and do that again.)
I would suggest you to join Realme 6 telegram group for any help on doing the same.

Disable avb..

Thank you so much for your response... I really am done with RealMe UI and I remember loving LineageOS on my old OnePlus One.
Currently, I'm on RealMe B49.
And I want to do 4 things.
1. Join this telegram group you're talking about! I'm just installing telegram now. But how do I find the XDA RealMe 6 Group? I've never used Telegram before. (I'm sorry if I'm asking really stupid questions. I feel embarrassed. Sorry!)
2. Install LineageOS on my phone.
(I guess I'll have to follow the "Unlock your bootloader" thread first).
3. / 4. Install Magisk
3. / 4. Root my phone.
Can you help me with 3 and 4?
I think I can follow the instructions and Unlock my bootloader. And I think I can follow the instructions and install LineageOS 17.1 and Google Apps.
But I have no idea how to do the Magisk Root thingie.
One more stupid as hell question, coming up: what do you mean by: "the build it permissive..." I get it means I can root my phone with Magisk. But what does it mean, really?
And one last thing - would you recommend LineageOS or RR?
Thank you so much for all the help. Sorry about the wall of text and these noob questions!

Alas, this build doesn't support Magisk.
I installed LOS - all ok, works and reboots successfully.
I flashed Magisk via PBRP, rebooted - and got bootloop.
I removed Magisk via PBRP - still bootloop.
So I had to reinstall LOS to make it work flawlessly again.

What do people think of the performance for this rom?
I've been very disappointed by the stock realme 6 experience compared to the specs I bought it for, so hoping I can find a replacement.
It may well be a limitation of the mediatek chipset, but I'm hoping it's just the stock rom..

For now, the performance of all custom roms are going to be worse than RealmeUI.

How do you know for sure?
I find particularly with chrome on the realme ui that it gets very laggy after some use, never had that with another phone before.. also seems like the only way to fix it temporarily is to restart the phone.

ARM 64 A Only build boots fine on ZTE Axon 7. I had a quick browse through Settings, seems very barebones. I don't blame ya, you said yourself it's in beta. I'll keep an eye out for when you've had a chance to update it
Booted on s9+ but the rom is like stock aosp no features or anything, maybe because it is still on beta

Do you mean this ROM is intended to be feature-rich like Havoc, Liquid, PixelDust...?
Boots on Blu Vivo XI.
Hello Goodnight.
I previously installed GSI roms.
but now I try to install with the usual procedure
for my G9600 S9
but I can not get into the system
it always stays in the logo and never passes from there.
I already wait more than 25 minutes and nothing.
- STEPS FOR INSTALLING GSIs:
Download the desired GSI (it MUST be A-only_arm64 Variant)
Unpack it if it wasn't in .IMG format
Wipe DATA, and reboot in TWRP
Go to TWRP , Install , Install IMAGE
Pick your GSI and select SYSTEM IMAGE
Install the kernel for GSI GSI Kernels
In TWRP mount System, then go to ADVANDED, File Manager, and delete this file: system/bin/rw_system.sh
Reboot system
What is wrong?

Until May I was able to compile Bootleggers, Havoc and Liquid. Since then, sepolicy and other specific issues are blocking building or booting later. I like featured rich ROMs and I could help to compile Titanium, although my knowledge is not enough to help you, devs.

First you need BRK3 vendor , and flash aosp kernel not gsi , the best kernel is Endurance-Kernel-AOSP-1.2.30.zip
First, wipe system data cache and then flash vendor then flash the rom then flash kernel the magisk then reboot ot will work fine , no need to delete rw_system or anything

A few notes before you proceed:
Before going straight to the downloading, there’s something we would like to tell you. We have changed the default encryption method for the phone, migrating to File-Based Encryption (you can get more information from the official Google documentation page). In order to get this encryption mode working, you will need to use our custom recovery (compiled from the latest source) which is compatible with this encryption and, just for the first time, you will have to wipe your internal data, so backup your data before proceeding.
Installation Instructions:
Grab our recovery and install it.
Through TWRP Recovery:
Install Zip > Install Image > Choose ‘recovery.img‘ > Select partition ‘Recovery’ > Swipe to confirm flash
Through Fastboot:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Install the ROM and then wipe your internal data partition.
Through TWRP Recovery:
Wipe > Format data
Through Fastboot:
Code:
fastboot -w
Reboot into system and wait until the process finishes, it could take a little bit. After the installation is done, I suggest waiting before using the phone because it usually goes into thermal throttling after installing a ROM.

Installed it with no issues and so far so good. It's a complete rom, has everything i need even gray scale reading mode. Didn't notice any battery drain for now, but still i always enable agrressive sleep and standby. Will give any further thoughts after i used it for a while. The onyl thing is that the simple gapps do not work on this rom, had to use open gapps.

Oke so my review in short. The rom is as most roms just fine. For my usage i have no bugs to report. The only slight potential donwside might be that the battery life was not as good as on pixy or superior os, but its not far behind. However this might be due to, I've used a lot more lte with this rom than on those since I'm back to work form vacation, and second that my battery might be giving me slight signs it'll need a replacement soon. So take the battery thing with a grain of salt, try it your self first and compare.

Hi, thanks for the ROM, runs great from the short time I had on it (forgot to get gapps package) when I got opengapps 9.0 stock it said that the ROM needed opengapps for 8.1, same with Pico, pretty confusing. Any help would be great
Gapps issue
I even tried Simple Gapps, thinking maybe they would work. Will try 8.1, but it definitely won't use 9.0 gapps. BTW, I downloaded the nano gapps. Other than that, this rom is absolutely beautiful. It is fast, and it is just a very good-looking rom. So, I hope you keep working on this. I can't say enough about how quick it is. So, thanks, and I hope the gapp thing can be worked out. Okay, what ended up working was ARM 8.1 gapps. NOT arm 64. Not sure why or how. Just FYI. Thanks.
I shall be trying this ROM out soon. I have to flash gapps 9.0 arm 64?

DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /sys/fs/pstore/console-ramoops and /sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops-0. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

ROM OS Version: Android 10
ROM Kernel: Linux 4.x
Based On: AOSP
ROM Firmware Required: MIUI v10.2.5.0 (MUST)
Version Information
Status: Beta
Created 2020-02-22

Good performance
Very good battery life
Ambient display not working (23.2. image)
Great work, looking forward to a final release.
This custom ROM looks like it could be worth a try. The first post says that MIUI v10.2.5.0 firmware is required but what if the Redmi 7A is on MIUI 11? Is that okay?
You have to downgrade. Otherwise lineage will not boot.
Just wanted to use this i love lineage, running on my zuk z2...but volte is what is have to use ?
partner if I want to root in the ROM just flashes magisk? or do you need to flash another plugin? Why are there some ROMs of other computers that have magisk root to flash and another complement so that something like a permission is not brickee, in this ROM for redmi 7a it is only the magisk and it starts the system?
Been using the rom a few hours. Performing amazing! The only real issue is with the in call audio as written, everything else works amazing. Maybe the signal is a bit lower than with miui, but that's fine. Hope the call audio issue gets fixed asap! Thank you! ?
Update: bluetooth audio is also not working. Completely frozen video playback when bluetooth audio device is connected.
friend did you root? and you just flashed the magisk file or some other file other than the magisk to boot the system ??
Depressing what xda have turned into.. before more people ask, yes, root is easy, just flash magisk, no need to do anything. This is not gsi or miui rom.

It will boot without rooting. If you want to root it , you can directly flash Magisk . Not any other files required to root it other than Magisk.

thank you for your hard work. i was about to regret paying 30usd for this phone because of the lack of software update and 3rd party development, the good battery life is the only reason i still haven't threw it out of the window ?

Me2 ...miui in this device is so buggy especially indian version, that i think custom rom is much better as a daily driver than this garbage
Also who wants a spyware in their mobile!?!!
After flashing the .img file I always get a black screen even after waiting for half an hour. (Same with every rom)
Help is really really really appreciated
Thank you

can i dirty flash from aosp android 11?
Hello,
I have flashed and everything works, but if I reboot to TWRP I can't decrypt data.
I tried two TWRP versions:
- twrp-CFW-3.3.1-0-begonia_UNOFFICIAL_0506
- twrp-CFW-3.4.0-2-begonia_UNOFFICIAL_0707
Both of them don't work and I can't decrypt data.
What I am doing wrong?

Visit Megathread and download versions from there. I'm using TWRP-3.3.1, disable any security (password, fingerprint, etc) before installing recovery

I have reflashed the MIUI 12 with Mi Flash tool.
Then I followed megathread instructions and flashed PixysOS, but same problem. Can't decrypt. For me, it's not a big problem, cause it's enough to disable pin and I can enter TWRP correctly, but I am just curious how I can solve this problem.

See if you followed megathread correctly:
1 - lk, lk2, preloader
2 - vbmeta then twrp
3 - wipes, cfw, rom
4 - format data (!!!)
5 - cfw recovery
i followed these steps and worked
Theres a problem with night light and i know this is a known issue but to me this is a really usefull thing and it seems to be a problem in every A11 rom. So i just want to know or there is any progress in this? I am not askjng for ETA.

No, no progress was done to get this feature correctly working as far as i know.
I found a good workaround, even i reported it several times to some developers of rn8p in telegram. Change your GPU governor from default 'coarse_demand' to 'always_on' with a kernel manager, the only bad thing about this is that you must re-set this after a reboot (i don't know the reason of it), pros are: it has Zero impact on battery life and performance, unlike the old workaround (enable hw overlays).
I have problem with audio jack 3.5, the system did not recognize them.

PixelOS is an AOSP based ROM, with Google apps included and all Pixel goodies (launcher, wallpapers, themed icons, google sans fonts, Monet color based system wide theming, boot animation), a fork of OG Pixel Experience with improvements on the top of it. Huge respect to Pixel Experience team for their work, thanks to them for making this ROM possible.
In short a fully functional Pixel Experience with just the right amount of essentials.
Code:
/* Your warranty is now void.

Firmware https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/mojito/
Magisk (optional) https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases
PixelOS Recovery https://sourceforge.net/projects/pixelos-releases/files/twelve/mojito/recovery/
Note: GApps are included, don't flash separately.
Notes
• Encryption is enabled by default
• SELinux is enforcing
• GCamGo V2 inbuilt
• NetErnels Kernel
PixelOS Recovery is recommended if you want to stay encrypted, no custom recovery supports encryption on Android12, i.e. you won't be able to decrypt your data.
Flashing Instructions
Keep in mind...This ROM comes with EROFS formatting, due to which:
Avoid Changing Kernel (unless it supports EROFS)
System is Read-Only (restricts making changes to overlays, system APKs, etc.)
Avoid using any other recovery than PixelOS recovery which is included (If you wish to use, check for EROFS compatibility)
YOU MUST CLEAN FLASH IF:
You are coming from any other ROM or MIUI
You are coming from May 2022 Update or before
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM):
• Download ROM from the link above
• Download Magisk v23.0 or newer (optionally)
• Reboot to recovery
• Format data
• Flash latest android 12 Global stable firmware (link above)
• Flash ROM zip
• Reboot and voila!
• To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash Magisk.
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
• Flash ROM zip and Magisk (optional)
• Reboot and voila!

Okay. So I'll take that to mean the battery backup is good. Can I flash this from Project Elixir 1.4 or do I have to go back to MIUI?
Before I flashed Elixir, I was on MIUI Global 12.5.5.0
Also, I see you are using build 20220214-1347 but the one linked on this website is 202202211-1953.
Where did you get it and which one should I flash?
Thank you for your help in advance.
