Soft bricked? (SM-A217F) [SOLVED] - Samsung Galaxy A21s Questions & Answers

Hello, so basically I have tried installing TWRP on my Samsung Galaxy A21s (SM-A217F) but I have failed and now I have no OS. (Stuck on booting up screen). However I can access
download mode so I tried to make something out of it by trying to install firmware stocks but I have also failed, I installed 2 different firmwares but both of them give me errors
(we’ll get to that later). So now I basically have Samsung Galaxy A21s (SM-A217F) which can reboot or go into download mode nothing else, the TWRP doesnt work (found out it
wasnt original one and many people got problems cause of it also.)
What I have tried :
Installing different firmwares (didnt work)
Installed ABD drivers and Samsung drivers (didnt work)
And now lets get to Odin.First from all when I firstly installed the TWRP it worked when I tried it again it didnt. Odin does recognize my phone after this all but it seems
I cannot install an OS, everytime I try I get this error :
<ID:0/007> Odin engine v(ID:3.1301)..
<ID:0/007> File analysis..
<ID:0/007> Total Binary size: 5356 M
<ID:0/007> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/007> Can't open the serial(COM) port.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
<ID:0/007> Odin engine v(ID:3.1301)..
<ID:0/007> File analysis..
<ID:0/007> Total Binary size: 5356 M
<ID:0/007> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/007> Can't open the serial(COM) port.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
....................................................
This is screen of my ODIN : Odin screen
(I have made sure to have re-partition off)
Am I soft bricked? Is there any possible way to fix it?

Hello, so basically I have solved my issue with one simple thing and that is I have used different version of Odin.

[Q] Suddenly restarted, stuck on Samsung blackscreen, can't boot into recovery

My phone is International version, rooted and using omega ROM for about an half year now and everything was fine until it suddenly restarted and stuck on the Samsung Galaxy S3 blackscreen, i tried to boot into recovery and reboot. After that, it still stuck on the blackscreen and i can't boot into recovery anymore. I also attempted to flash stock ROM via Odin and it failed. This is my Odin log:
<ID:0/009> Added!!
<ID:0/009> Odin v.3 engine (ID:9)..
<ID:0/009> File analysis..
<ID:0/009> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/009> Initialzation..
<ID:0/009> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/009> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/009> system.img
<ID:0/009> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/009> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
How can i solve this problem ?
Update: I tried using the PIT file and it pass but the flashing stock rom doesn't. Now it appears with black screen and "Firmware update encountered an issue" instead of the boot screen, the odin always fail with flashing rom
looks like sds
Can anyone help me please ? I need my phone so bad
If there isnt any solution, where can i repair my phone in US because i bought it in country
in a service center

You don’t need Odin to flash something, you can flash a zip file from your custom recovery.

Ok you hadn’t mentioned it so I thought you might be able to.
A hard brick is when you cannot boot your phone into any mode.
From what I’ve read your case is called a sudden death (SDS), so try to search for it.

You need service repair seen many posts like this example >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/problem-white-screen-black-lines-rain-t2467459 << white screen is the sign of the complete eMMC failure I have not seen any posts that have solved this with a software solution.

There are in fact some cheap used motherboards sold on eBay.
If you feel confident with replacing it, all steps are explained in images and video.
Be careful as you may need to take off the rear camera from your old motherboard and plug it on the new one.

[Q] Stuck in a boot loop, 'no OS installed' and can't mount /data.

Hi everyone,
I've tried to find a solution to this problem but to no avail.
This is the situation:
I have had my phone rooted for a couple of years, running various roms. A couple of days ago I decided to ditch cyanogenmod because it was becoming more and more buggy, and flashed liquidsmooth android version 5.0.2. This was all working great, until my phone crashed, and then just got stuck at the samsung logo.
I can access TWRP, but it shows my internal storage as being 0 MB. I can also access download mode, and have tried to flash stock firmware through odin, but get the following:
<ID:0/012> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/012> boot.img
<ID:0/012> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/012>
<ID:0/012> Complete(Write) operation failed.
<ID:0/012> Added!!
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
When I try and ADB sideload using TWRP I just get the error unable to mount data on the phone, and adb on my computer hangs at waiting for device.
Can someone help?

Try this >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30087735&postcount=6 << pit file is in 4.1.2 download
If that fails
Try this >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/solved-pit-bricked-dead-problem-gt-t2535367 <<
If they both fail then you probably need a service repair.

Thanks for your reply, I've tried both of these things and neither have worked. This is what I got while trying to flash that pit file in the second link you posted:

Wondering if my phone is a hard brick now! Anything else I could try?

Set PIT file.. FAIL (Odin error)

Hello, I find I have a J6 2018 that during use decides to reboot and show a message "Could not do normal boot. Invalid KERNEL LENGHT!", I then went into Download Mode to re-flash the original firmware with the respective PIT file, the phone is branded "Vodafone" (Italian operator). Once I had inserted all the files and started the procedure the following error appeared:

How can I solve this? I have tried many ways and failed (the phone won't go into recovery).
