StatiXOS for OnePlus 7 (guacamoleb)
What is this?
StatiXOS is a custom ROM based on the Android Open Source Project aiming to be minimal while providing quality of life improvements and up to date security patches.
Known issues
OOS Camera has bugs (Note that this is only limited to the Camera App, it does not affect the functionality of the OS whatsoever). To list:
1080p 30fps is the maximum supported video resolution, if you accidentally switch camera video quality, it will crash constantly and you'll have to clear app data to get it working again.
Night Mode does not work very well.
Front camera portrait does not work.
48MP Does not work
Report us with a logcat if you find any other bugs.

OOS Camera included (though it is partially broken)
Upgraded and entirely cleaned up kernel (EvaKernel), compiled with EvaGCC (details down below) with Full LTO, many more optimisations to give the best battery and performance.
Dropped sdcardfs to reduce the overhead introduced by the driver, because of this change, this build requires a clean flash!
Switched to FBEv2
New lockscreen keyguard UI (Ported from Android 12)
Because of the new userdata change (sdcardfs drop), you MUST clean flash this update using the provided recovery, to avoid issues with apps.

I plan to support it with upcoming updates, but I can't say for sure how much time it would take.

Statix is meant to be clean and not bloated with features. There are few features and they're spread out across the settings.

Yeah the ROM is super smooth and stable + battery is also good, but I prefer customisation. If only it had, anyways great ROM keep it up

That's the thing, more customisations = poor performance and battery life.

Currently on Pixel experience 11. Possible to install this rom over pixel experience?
Can't afford the time to download and flash stock and then this. As i use my phone as daily driver too for office work.

Flashing stock is always a safety measure.
Since you'll be wiping your internal storage to come to statix, I'd advise you flash stock ota via twrp.
But you can always try without it. But if you run into crash dumps, just flash stock ota from twrp, boot twrp image, flash stock again (to get it on both slots), boot twrp again and flash latest statix build (no need to wipe data when flashing stock).

Instructions for oreo go
So....you want a full lagless experience isn't it?(although the lag is only in recent apps.....if you are facing lags other than recents screen....then pls reboot 2 -3 times....it will be fixed)
So i think i have a solution...You may have heard about oreo go....
So we just need a oreo go rom ... isn't it??well thats simple ...but...
You may lose some of the features ....
1>No facelock
2>Simple UI
3>Simple Animation
4>Multi window
5>Reply from notification
6>Some apps will be replaced by go edition of apps(relatively smaller in size and ram consumption)
I will update this list when i find other things
So made you mind??ok here you go

Wow, that was fast - just one hour after OP was posted. Of course the OP was holding back until someone asked ...
Battery is draining fast but any fixes in future will solve that. I tested rom and it's like any beta ROM, buggy, laggy.

Haha thanks, But I know how to install a TWRP, I'm just wondering if it works with the updated bootloader in Nougat ?
There is no option for update in about telephone?
Also, the audio error, should be the same with other models that use Oreo, is the use of the ffmpeg Codec in Oreo, by Google

Excellent build for the initial release..battery life seems to be good but need some more time to test..if I can request few things to be added in future release probably already in works..Navigation gesture, unlock the phone as soon as fp clicks.those 2 are the things that I can think off..

Navigation gestures / OP gestures are work in progress, you can expect them in future releases. FP is fine, its the animation that is slow, you can turn it down if you want in developer options, i will se if i can do something about it.

Hi, nice job thank you!
Why flashing DFE is required? Am I not able to keep encryption with this ROM version? I am running v16 .0-20190808 without DFE.
Does Volte work fine without toggling?

LineageOS version is 17.1, based on Android 10
Is encryption working and SELinux enforcing?

Should be a comma after "no"? I known that december security patch is like Android 10.1 but still. Strange to change the name, since they didn't even officially released LOS17 on their blog

Sorry for my grammar derp. But yeah December patch was a pain in the ass. So, they decided to rename the version. And also there was many fwb and vendor changes. If this ROM uses los DT then that changes also counts.
I just installed lineage OS 17.1.
Expanded desktop is not working.
Even after rebooting twice it's still not working.

I'm looking forward to install this rom. I'm a little new in this area. Can someone confirm that dash charging and in display figure print works or not? if yes is that eligible for daily usage?

Wow, really looking forward to the stable (and Plus edition, if it is coming) of the PE 11 ROM
Could you please post the flashing instructions for PE11 ROM, along with the requisite file requirements?
Thanks in advance!
Finally PE11 Purest ROM ever.
I personally was never a fan of crazy-high theme based roms (cR-droid, RR, Havoc I would never try them) but just a the original essence of Google and their fantastic art behind the flawless design has all the perks.
Thank you devs for this wonderful ROM.
Can somebody please confirm whether this ROM has hide-notch option?
Also about the the day-to-day battery endurance.
Update after install the the last officel build @ 13.02.2021

FOD does not register, its showing this error.
Do i need to flash kernel ?
https://imgur.com/a/EVgnllX
Indeed.
I'm on OOS11 B2
Just unlocked bootloader
Tried flashing PE recovery using fastboot.
My device gets stuck into 'oneplus logo' with fastboot mode written on it and nothing else.
When I restart my device by pressing button combinations it gets me to the stock recovery.
Tried multiple times, same result.
(Why am I not able to boot to PE recovery?)
After I turn off screen using power button, can't seem to turn it on again even on both DOUBLE TAP to wake and using POWER BUTTON?
Edit: Looks like issue with pixel default live wallpaper or any default wallpaper? Bugs out if you do reboots. Please check if you confirm.

Oos 11 has issues with custom recovery, even twrp doesn't work with oos 11 so it is better to rollback to oos 10 and then flash this rom

HI to all
I would like to know how this rom works
Is it stable?
How is the performance?
Have you rooted?
Is TWRP mandatory, If TWRP is mandatory, is full restore working?
Banking apps working?
Gapps included, if not, which is recommended?
Is Viper4Android flushable/working?
Can partitions be mounted as R/W or are those already R/W?
How is battery life?
Is hotspot working Ok?
SELINUX status (enforced, permissive or disabled by default)?
Thank you
And thanks for developer
Hello
Sorry if it reads strange, I used online
translator.
I am just a normal user without really good knowledge.
Can only give you a few answers that will probably be of little use to you.
Stable: Yes
Performance: very good
rooted: Yes
TWRP: only up to flash, backup created but not tested if recoverable
Battery life with me 2-3 days. Only little internet, 2-4 hours of phone calls, Whats App videos. As I said, normal consumer
For all other questions I am the wrong one.

HI. Is DerpFest recovery usable/working with stock/other custom ROM's?
And is it able to restore (data/full) what ever ROM (stock or custom) is used?
Is Magisk working as it should using DerpFest recovery?
Thank you

DerpFest recovery should generally compatible with all A13 roms.. but you should only be using it to flash or update derpfest itself.
Do not use it with OOS.
Magisk works just fine when being sideloaded with derpfest's recovery.

Seguo..
This is a very stable and nice Rom, I've found an annoying bug tho. Bluetooth tends to Crackle when listening songs with a good sound pressure. And in my test doesn't go above 15000 Hz. I still have to double check this with some other headphones, but my Sony WF-4000 are behaving like this only when connected to my OnePlus nord 2. I can give examples of songs, like for instance "Ghost on The Mend" by magic city hippies, where every hi hat (hear the ones at 0:22) makes the sound crackle a lot, and also overhaul sound Clarity is really just not good. Another song, one even more damaged is "Driveway" by Salmo, which makes this issue pop all around the song, in the voices and in the bass. Maybe my headphones suddenly broke coincidentally with this rom update, but I wanted to make you know this because I find your Rom perfect for this device, and maybe this issue is easily fixable.
Thanks for the patience.
Hello, would it be possible to have a version with no gapps? I'm not sure how feasible it is, sorry if it's a silly question.
