I have purchased Huawei Honor 6 Plus yesterday, and the phone looks promising. I had sony before and I want to take some of the apps+data from my sony into my Honor 6 Plus. For that I need to root my device. Can anyone here tell me how to root a Huawei Honor 6 Plus device running android kitkat 4.4.2? Please be more specific and in easy layman terms. No chinese mishmash is allowed.

Plz dont use kingoroot to root ur device. U will fall in serious consequences if something is messed up . SuperSU is the best choice
