Question Hidden Panel?, Redmi note 10 - Redmi Note 10

Hello, I bought my mom a Xiaomi Redmi note 10, but when I first started the phone, the phone slipped from my hands, and the next thing that appeared was a "Qr code" reader.
While watching the thing happening, I went back to the miui12 Logo (the really first screen that appears when starting a new phone), then started pressing randomly to let it appear again. (I noticed that the qrcode reader appears after clicking 3/4 times on MIUI12 black Logo).
I attached pictures made from my phone.
The wrong qr code errore appears when scanning a normal Wifi qr code.
I think this is an hidden panel or something, but I found nothing when googling about it.
Do you have any answers or is there a way to access the panel and check what it's all about?
thanks in advance.

As long as you said "New device" it's came with initial build from miui to Redmi note 10.
this an issue not normal, ignore it. and once you there make an update

[HELP]Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X stuck at blank screen.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, which I started using around March. Lately, I have been facing an issue which has left me troubled a lot. My Note 4X seems to be in a bootloop.
Around two weeks ago, I was casually using my phone in college. I had put around 25 apps on download from Google playstore. Alongside, whatsapp was running. I usually take pics of my lectures, so when the teacher had written on the board, and was about to erase, I quickly attempted to go to the home screen, by clicking the home button ( middle button), so I could launch the camera app, and take the pic. But, the phone didn't go to the home screen, and stayed at the app being used. However clicking on the recent apps (the left button), the two running apps showed. However, as I didn't have much time, I did what came in my mind. Reboot the phone. Unfortunately, as soon as it booted back, the screen remained black.
Its been like this for two weeks now. Whenever I turn it on, It will show the Mi logo, then the Android logo simultaneously below it ( Like usual when it boots), but after that, the screen goes black. Touching the three buttons at the bottom of the phone make the back-lit underneath light up along with a vibration(Like usual). Clicking the touchscreen gives a vibration. If a sim card is put inside, and a call made to the inserted sim card's phone number, the phone starts ringing as usual, however, still with a black screen. Another major issue I experience other than the black screen, is that the top right of the phone becomes really really hot as time progresses( within minutes)(This never happened before), and the battery drains really fast too. I get freaked out because of this( I think it might explode or catch fire), so I quickly turn off the device, after some tinkering.
I have been trying to find a solution since the past two weeks. Hard pressing the Volume Up+ Start button takes me into MiRecovery 3.0, which offers 3 options, 1.Reboot, 2. Wipe Data, 3. Connect To MiSuite. Going into 2 gives the option " Wipe All data" only, and 3 is seemingly useless the MiSuite doesn't support new versions of Android. Hard pressing the Volume Down+Start button takes me to FastBoot. It should be noted, that in both MiRecovery 3.0, and Fastboot, the phone doesn't warm up really fast, as it does when booted normally, and rather remains cool even if left for quite sometime in these modes (approx 30 minutes atleast).
The main thing I'm trying to achieve is to backup the data on my phone, mainly the photos (lecture notes), and whatsapp data. The rest of the app-data isn't that much important, albeit if also savable, it would be a bonus.
I haven't tried flashing any ROMs, recovery, or anything else, as I'm afraid the data may be erased, and as I have never done anything like this before. Also, my phone isn't rooted, as I didn't feel the need for it to be.
Help is highly appreciated. I hope to be able to safely extract my data, and be able to start using my phone again.
Thanks to advance to all those who reply.
Guys?

Redmi Note 4 Unlocked automatically.

So I was just watching some youtube video on my Redmi Note 4. Suddenly it froze and dimmed for a few seconds, then the screen goes black, and after a few seconds, it was back on and the video was still playing. It kept happening over and over again, though the audio was fine. I restarted the device and it showed 'unlocked' at the bottom when booting. I don't understand how it unlocked itself, without me doing anything.
I installed 3 different antivirus applications, none of them came up with anything. There's one other thing that's happening. I don't know if it's related to this or not, but my Mi Wifi app is showing that I'm not connected to the internet (BTW I updated my router 2 days ago). Also, I have not installed any new applications on my device from outside sources, neither have I tried to unlock or root my phone in any way. There's absolutely nothing that I did to unlock my device. I googled this problem and it came up with nothing. Is it hacked or something? What do I do?

Android security - Redmi 6A Screen lock bypassed

My friend had an unathorized access to her phone, a spouse bypassed her screen lock and I want to find out how was he able to do that so she can better secure herself. Her smartphone is Xiaomi Redmi 6A, software up to date.
So here's what happend. Her spouse sneaked inside her room during the night, took her phone (we know because sim and sd card were missing in the morning) and somehow bypassed the screen lock, accesed her facebook messenger, took some screen shots and then sent it to her (sort of blackmail purpose). I was also surprised to find out in the morning that "she" viewed my last message at 5 am with no reply, but turned out it was her spouse. He hasn't removed the lock, she had no idea he accessed it until reading his messages later on.
As far as I'm aware of, there is no possible solution to bypass the lock in a modern phone such as redmi 6A, without doing a hard reset and especially, without leaving the lock in place.
Any idea how was he able to access it in that scenario? Taking her sim and sd card might have something to do with it, but I have no idea. All I can think of is that he simply guessed the screen lock password, it was only 4 digits (android show the dots informing how many you should enter). And my guess is that it wasn't his first try.

Oppo phone unresponsive once booted. Need ideas how to troubleshoot

Good evening everybody,
my Oppo Reno 4 5G is behaving strangely / not at all since yesterday. Over night I forgot to recharge it and the battery drained flat. Next morning I recharged the phone (luckily waking up by my inner clock) and found the phone unresponsive after boot. On the Screen, only a closed lock icon is visible. When I tried to use the touchscreen, the screen flickered randomly. I attached a Video file where you can see it yourself. Other than that it will respond to no input. I even tried to attach a USB Mouse/Keyboard, but it was still unresponsive to any input. When I hold press the power button, only an empty grey box appeared. Removing the SIM card made no difference. Strangely my alarm clock was working fine when it rung.
I managed to get it into the recovery-mode. When I try to do an online or local update it asks for the lockscreen password. But I use fingerprint + pattern to unlock my phone, I don't remember setting any password. I tried already a dozen passwords i used in the past and translated the pattern into numbers but no chance. I also don't have a Google Account connected to my phone, if that's relevant. The only thing I can do in recovery is to format the phone, but I see it as a last resort. My last Backup is 3 weeks old so it wouldn't hurt that much but I actually want to keep the pictures because I was on holiday for the first time since covid in the meantime.
Has anyone ideas how to troubleshoot the problem further? It seems to boot fine, only the lockscreen seems to be broken.
Phone: Oppo Reno 4 5G (european version)
Modelnr: CPH2091
OS: Android 11 / stock ColorOS
I'm thankful to any ideas!
