On whatsapp call the clarity of the image(video call) is horrible in Lenovo legion 2 pro chinese rom, do you guys have any solution

i recently bought my new ZTE Z9 Classic but somehow it seems that my microphone sounds bad when I take a voice note in whatsapp. As soon as I call someone or take a call, everything just sounds fine. Maybe its using the wrong microphone or both (noise cancellation and normal one) all I can say is that when I call someone it sounds normal, too when I record my voice via sound recorder. Somehow whatsapp is the only app which doesn't properly detect my microphone...
Newest firmware installed, device rooted and newest version of Whatsapp avialable.
Is someone out there who can help me?

The problem is really odd. Redmi 3 worked excellent for last 3 month.
Since yesterday my callers almost do not hear me. My voice is vely low. This applies to normal calls and whatsup calls.
First I thought it is hardware/microphone failure but NOT.
When using sound recorder or whatsup voice message the sound is OK.
Any ideas how to fix ?
Did any one experience this problem during a video call.?
The speaker itself is overall good but while using during video calls the sound is very very low?
No one have the mobile ??

Since I updtaded my MI 8 Lite to MIUI Global Version 11.0.2 that I have this problem.
The sound is too low that i can't almost hear the other person.
The solution to talk is use headphones.
All volume options are at max. There is no separate option for sound during the calls.
If I do the receiver test i can hear the girl saying the numbers... So this look like a software problem.
Can anyone help me.

Hi on my redmi note 9 pro (Curtana), whenever I receive a call or make a call I always get a complaint that my voice is muffled and also there no active noise cancelation working. mic works just fine on stock rom or mi eu rom but not on custom rom. please help me out
