After restarting the phone it comes back on, but after some time it switches back to VoLTE, comes back to VoWiFi but then it's just VoLTE until I reboot. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried reflashing the rom.

After recently returning from China from an one month vacation, my GS2's wifi stopped turning on. If I try to turn it on in the notification bar, it would go hollow green for a few seconds before returning back to off. If I turn it on in settings, the same happens.
I've read over the forums and tried a number of methods such as reflashing the same rom, flashing back to the stock rom, factory reset or flashing a new kernel. All methods did not solve my problem.
My 3G works but I don't understand why my Wifi won't even turn on. I am also unable to turn on Portable WiFi hotspot as it would say error when I turn it on.

Hello, I recently installed the MIUI port for the T-Mobile G2x (here at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1421713) and I really do enjoy it, but about 80% of the time, my data connection isn't working. The icon doesn't show up in the status bar and it just doesn't work. It usually works at first, but once I turn WiFi on for the 1st time, use it, then turn it off, data quits working. Occasionally, I can get it to work after rebooting several times, but I'd like it to work normally. I've reflashed the ROM, rebooted, toggled Airplane Mode, and so on, but nothing gives. How can I fix this problem?? Thank you for answering.

I cant turn on my wi-fi the settings app crashes and it turns it off back after that.
I tried reflashing the custom ROM I was using for months and it still would'nt turn on.
It was working just fine yesterday.
My phone automatically disconnects sim
Like it show that sim is connected and even getting signal
But i am not able to call anyone or receive from anyone
Unless and until i restart it
After 4-5 hours, the same thing issues persist
Tried switching kernel and clean flashing but didn't helped.
Thee issue was on evolution x too
But didn't happened on miui or oxygenos
When I click my wifi icon it lights up like it's trying to turn on, but turns off after a few seconds without connecting. I can temporarily fix the problem by restarting my phone. It will turn on and connect after restarting. But if I turn the wifi off and back on again, it has the same problem. I really don't want to have to restart my phone every time I want to use the wifi, so if anybody has any idea how to fix this, that would be awesome.
Never had that issue, I'm currently on latest fw v10m and no issues at all, connected to Wi-Fi ax router.
Is this a mesh type access point. Been having issues with google wifi. It stops connecting to the same ap after a while but it will connect to the other ap's . Once I reboot I'm back to normal. There is another thread with this info. Unfortunately no fix yet, looks like a bug. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.
