Does anyone know if this method explained here [https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/guide-add-all-gsm-and-lte-bands-to-your-phone.2886059/]
will work with this phone QIN 1s+... It has spreadtrum A53 chip?

Glad I'm not the only one trying to do this.
So, I did a ton of research into this. The SC9820e does in fact support unused bands. The bands that are locked/unlocked are controlled by NVRAM and possibly the modem firmware itself (but I think it's just codes in NVRAM). Nobody has figured out how to enable bands on Spreadtrum devices, BUT...
The firmware source code for the SC9820 happens to live in a public Github account... including the modem firmware, signing keys, uncompiled debugging apps, and several previously-unreleased Spreadtrum development tools.
Access it all here: https://github.com/yonglongliu?tab=repositories
As far as I can tell, everything required to figure out how to unlock bands on the QIN 1S+ is available in that repository, but I have no experience with coding or android development so I'm not gonna be able to do anything with it. Best of luck!

Hello, Spreadtrum/Unisoc seem to use the same secret code *#*#83781#*#*. You can enable and disable bands there. Thanks to the help of this article. https://www.journeybytes.com/how-to-check-compatible-4g-lte-bands-in-spd-phones/

Can someone please help me root this?
When rooted how can I find which are supported ROMs for this tablet?
I dont expect to find custom ROMs for this specific brand but I don't know how to search for information on which ROMs might be compatible with this model.
Any help?
Thanks in advance.

and i think the TD Version supports out of the box the FDD-LTE+WCDMA, we will see it.
Some early versions of the TD (GSM) version support both TD & FDD. It's likely a mistake or a temporary solution from Xiaomi. There is no unlocking of FDD-bands for MediaTel devices. Maybe ever but don't expect it in the next few weeks

LG V10 Not For Sale - Network Unlocked

Hi,
Please help me to unlock My LG V10. I already try using some 3rd party sites to unlock my phone but still they cannot calculate the unlock code for me. I just also wondering why my unit has engraved word to bottom right part saying "Not for Sale H960A Rev 1.0". I also contacted T-Mobile US to help me but they cannot perform the calculation of my unlock codes unless I subscribe to one of the Plans they offer. I don't know if this is a demo unit. I'm from the Philippines and I just really want to use my Phone to our Local Network Carrier.
I already don't know what to do now. Hope someone can really help me. Thank you.

impossible to unlock because the IMEI is not in T-mobile's database and can never be added to the database even if purchase one of their plans. IMEI must be in T-mobile's database for the unlock app to work.
Plus... H960A is the European model, not the T-Mobile one... (H901).

Requesting for the Distinction/Similarities among Firmware(s) of similar Models having different Suffix-char

I have a “Alcatel U3 4055T” phone and I couldn’t find the firmware for this model. I did find 2 other firmware(s ): “Alcatel U3 4055U” && “Alcatel U3 4055J”. I don’t know if I can use one of these available firmware(s) to flash (either part of it or full) in my phone. So .. here I am requesting for information from members and admins of this forum who have researched , experienced or have qualified information available to help me out. Any help will be highly appreciated.
I downloaded the specifications of all three versions (4055T, 4055U, 4055J) and tabled the differences as shown in the attached snapshot. 4055T is a Single SIM and the other 2 are Dual SIMs. To my understanding 4055J is the closest match to 4055T. Someone please advise me if I can flash 4066J firmware into my 4055T. Thanx in advance.

What the hell is this TV Box ... Any help is welcomed

I purchased a TV Box from a reseller to just learn it's kind of an unknown box... I was able to flash another firmware (In fact, 5-6 firmware "works") but
1) Wifi XR819 doesn't work
2) Remote doesn't work
Supposed to be, Quad Core A53, 450GPU... I used PhoenixProUSB to flash the images, as said, quite a few worked (I've been trying for 2 days zillions of IMG)
I would gladly put back the original firmware but I have no clue where to get it... Anybody know this box? Underneath, nothing relevant "STB model: HS_PVR_Pro_Dec_2020"
