HELP: Xiaomi MI 8 cant boot into OS after ROM flash

Hi everyone,
I'm in deep trouble and not sure if there's anything I can do to save my new Xiaomi MI 8. :crying::crying:
It's bootloader was unlocked.
I flashed TWRP and used it to flash the MIUI 10 global version.
After flashing the ROM it doesn't boot to OS but goes into MI recovery. It has three options, Reboot, Wipe Data and Connect with MIAssistant.
I can't connect with MIAssistant, doesn't get recognized - I guess it needs a previous setup for MIAssistant from within the OS.
I can fire up the fastboot.
What can I do? How can I try to flash the ROM with an OS again? Is it possible using fastboot?
THANK YOU!

Mi9t pro Bootloop, from miui 11 11.0.1.0 QFKMIXN mi9t pro global version

I have bootloop problems, these were the steps to get to him.-
1.- installed miui 11, 11 11.0.1.0 QFKMIXN is the global version for mi9t pro , that was an ota update.
2.- i unlocked the bootloader with miunlock , 5 days
3.- installed TWRP for miui 11.
4.- my error was to use "wipe system", after that i restarted to recovery and only says "Fastboot",,,when i use the volume + and power off , or the volume - and power off only says that "fastboot"
I was wanting to use twrp to return to miui V10.3.3.0 with Android 10 , if I use my flash with a fastboot rom of the andoid 10 version I think I could wipe out my device, any help?

Back up & restore (TWRP boot loop)

Hello
My phone is Redmi note 9s,
I have changed my reserection remix (android 10) custom ROM ,
I backed up my data using TWRP and I have install the Xperience (android 12) using TWRP ,
After that I wanted to restore data by TWRP but I got boot loop when I try to open the TWRP recovery ..
I need to restore data for my work
.......
Note
I tried flashing TWRP again but it "failed"
Any suggestions?
I don't exactly know how to solve this, but last time when I have messed up the recovery I had to flash miui using official flash tool (be careful not to re-lock your bootloader - need to (un)tic a box on the bottom of the tool)
One reason I can think of is, that the recovery needs to match the android version, as far as I know.
Another is that you should update firmware before flashing new android version.
Is it possible to recover from twrp? Last info was that since android 11 there have been many problems
Thanks bro ,I am going to flash the MIUI ROM using miflasher

Revert Back to miui from custom bootloop fix

Hello Curtana's users.
I have tried to revert back to miui(11.0.3) from custom ROM( Arrow os 13) via fastboot.
It got bootloop and device keeps restarting with a vibrate. My recovery was broken but fastboot was working.
I flashed miui 11 all version running on Android 10 but no luck tried to flash recoveries but didn't boot.
So here is solution which saved my Curtana
My cell was running on ''Miui 14 Android 12''
When I installed Arrow os it was MIUI 14.
But I tried to revert and downgrade to MIUI 11 it gives me bootloop.
So I downloaded same MIUI version which was MIUI 14 used miflash 2018. Flashed fastboot ROM it booted.
I recovered my Curtana. So whenever you try to revert or downgrade from custom rom must remember which miui was installed at that time. Otherwise a bootloop is inevitable..
