Hi, I recently bought an A7 lite for office work. However, I need to use the VMware Workspace One intelligent Hub to access office resources.
The app needs device admin, since my org hasn't set up Android for work yet.
But device admin was disabled in Android 10+. Is there anyway I can circumvent this, or downgrade to Android v9.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to know which Java Development Kit (JDK), Software Development Kit (SDK) and the Android SDK to install on my pc.
There are two options and I don't know which to use.

Why would you go through so much trouble when you can just follow the guide on my signature?
If u are on CM, s2e is your solution... If on stock, use link2sd. A2sd has problems with wifi.

I've been searching for some info about the Difrnce DIT 8010 Tablet, but i couldn't find the answers that I am looking for.
Info:
8" Tablet --> Difrnce DIT 8010
Android version: 4.0.3
Kernel: 3.0.8+
Build: V1.0.8.IML74K.eng.root.20120531.160428_HW:1.0.0.0
My daughter is complaining a lot about how this tablet works. It crashes a lot and it also doesn't have Google Play.
So my goal is to root this device, so i can try to get google play on this tablet.
Iam also thinking to instal a costum rom on this device.

My wife and I both got the Samsung Galaxy s2; and i rooted my phone very easy and installed a couple of different roms on it. I've read a lot about this, but i just can't find any information about the 8" tablet my daughter owns.

The last couple of weeks i have been busy to get the tablet my daughter bought for herself rooted. So far; no luck at all.... So please... all information or tut's are more than welcome.
Situation:
I have followed a couple of different guides to get the tablet connected to my computer. And it seems like i accomplisched that (i think)
- The tablet is recognised by Windows as: CHM805HC
- I tried to install an ADB-driver, but this didnt went easy....
-- I installed some stuff from Oracle (java SE Development Kit)
-- After that i did install Android SDK tools
-- Some guides say this should bring me the ADB-drivers i need for this tablet.
-- Unfortunaly this wasn't the case. I also needed to install PDAnet; and this did installed the right ADB-driver.
- The tablet is now known as an Android Phone and is calles Android Phone Interface.
- When i installed PDAnet on my Windows 7 PC, it also installed the android app automaticly on the tablet. ---> This proofs that there is a connection between my computer and the tablet.
And at this moment iam completly stuck... I dont have any idea what i have to do at this stage....
If there is anyone out there with some kind of answers.... PLEASE...

I have installed KINGO Root. It does not success at my first try, but after one reboot and 2-3 retry tests it rooted my device perfectly.
Only problem I have now is themissing googleplay serviceson the device which is needet by many apps today.
Hi I hope that someone can help I have a Novatech Ntab II 9.7 inch screen running 4.2.2
It comes rooted from Novatech which means I am not the super user, this means that I can’t run certain apps like Sky Go Tablet as they do not run on rooted devices. As I do not have super user privileges I can’t run any of the masking apps.
My question is can anybody either tell me how to fully root it so I get super user privileges or how to unroot it so the apps that I want will work.

I also downloaded official cyanogenmod exe but it requires PC to run at least Windows 7/vista/8 and i have Windows XP on my PC.
Searched google and also this Forum, found so many options, but i am confused now.
Can anyone please help me root my device and install cyanogenmod with android 4.4 in simple way?
I will be thankful to you guys.
