Just get the last file, which works best for android 9.x pie variants. I'm running it on Syberia OS, and the only issues I have is selfie in portrait mode doesn't work.

- flash attached camera_2api.zip (it's from the note 5 plus forum, but works for me)
- flash the attached camera (it's a Magisk module, so Magisk must be flashed too)

I think it's Mui Camera. But the package name is "com.android.camera". Version code is 2.0. I attached a screenshot.
I recommend using GCamera_Mod_v.5.1.23_R5Plus_fix_crash for Front Camera on any rom!
And I also recommend bsg-test-8.1 then disabling the location, shutter sound and enabling
the HDR+ Enhanced to prevent crashing then installing MGC_6.1.021_BSG_Arnova-based_v.1.3d_TlnNeun
and configuring it properly If you did that without crashes (Which I have done many times!) then update
to MGC_6.1.021_BSG_Arnova-based_v.1.4a_TlnNeun and done now you have to configure It yourself properly
else It'll be pretty crappy!
If you're dumb and cant understand this then simply flash the MIUI Camera above my post
I recommend xtreme v2s config, and 7hdr frames for day 36 for night and fully working night sight
with good auto-focus in low-light and sharpness etc.

Here is Linkof PE 22-07 build(last build without inbuilt vendor, 22 july 2019 build), i’m using with 9.5.30 vend+fw , it gives me 9+ Hrs SOT with nornal usages.
- i felt roms with inbuilt vendor gives less battery backup, so i have been using this last PE build which does not have inbuilt vendor. So before flashing rom, you have to flash 9.5.30 fw+vendor, then rom, and then dfe.

Soon Lineageos 17.2 will be realeased, it will bring android 10 so you can wait untill it's released and once it's released you can try it. lineageos is often considered as the most stable and reliable custom rom
I've been using Pixelrom (2020-2-5 build)for the past two months and here is my experience
The rom is great in almost everything, touch is very good almost like the stock rom
It is smooth and fast and battery life is good
There is no screen freezes or ghost touches
The only Problem I have is calls, It works great most of the times but sometimes the others hear distort voice in the beginning of the call, The mobile coverage is less than the stock but it's good enough.
The other thing I wish to be changed is the lack of customization (it's not a problem but most of us use custom roms for customization)

5G is working great on custom roms (tested on Pixel experience). The phone will not show 5G option in settings or 5G icon in notification bar, but the carrier aggregation between 4G and 5G cell does happen, thus the overall speed is increased by the 5G cell. Hi, may I ask which version of Pixel Experience you are using on your Mix 3 5G? I tried to flash one version yesterday and my phone got stuck on the Google icon screen when you first reboot the phone.

Everything was working fine for me in this pie Pixel Experience rom, Android 10 has issues with the camera and VOIP calls that have yet to be fixed.

Volte/vowifi working? And stupid question but does it ask for FP when double tapping a notification or just pin?
