beacuse you tried flashing with locked bootloader. Only hope is service center. or MSM download tool. Some guys are selling code for 3-10 USD. I dont have contact. So dont PM me.

I've already unlocked bootloader. Pc doesn't seem to detect it. I don't know what to do. Only if I can enter edl mode, maybe I can flash it once again

Is there a way to flash ROM without unlocking Pocophone F1?

Hello Sirs/Ma'am,
Is there a way to flash Pocophone F1 without unlocking bootloader? My phone's update was interrupted and sent to Xiaomi Service Centers but they said it was hopeless unless they change it's motherboard.
My phone is now in bootloop and shows only whitescreen, I can only access the boot options (accessible by keys)
Tried flashing it but all tutorials I encounter requires me to unlock the bootloader. Tried unlocking it but I get the error "Current account is not bound to this device", I tried every account I had but It all didn't work.

Hi Im sorry forgot to mention my phone was in Bootloop Updated the thread
I think there is no other way to flash poco f1 without unlocking the bootloader. if you are flashing different ROM. but if not. try the flashing guide of using MiFlash tool there is instruction on how to flash using MiFlash.
back in old days by entrying in to EDL (redmi3s) you could replace boot.img (stock) with boot.img (twrp) in the extract .tgz file (3gb)
redmi3s goes to edl by pressing all 3 buttons 30 seconds
once you have twrp on locked bootloader you could flash other roms! since stock recovery is replaced
however later they made edl hard by short circuit test point method where back cover must be removed and two certain points to be touched by wire of motherboard and connecting usb wire to pc SIMULTAINEOUSLY
this method is valid till now! if you remove poco back panel it can go in to edl
but now flashing EDL requires AUTHORIZED account in Xiaomi flasher so its not possible anymore!
But this tool requires that ADB is enabled in developer options... If the phone is completely bricked or screen cracked... There is no way for me to enable it.
This is the reason I made this post.

Mi a3 get soft bricked

Hello sir,
I recently flashed a custom rom using twrp and successfully done, but then i thought to re-lock bootloader,
So, i did that using command
"fastboot flash oem lock"
and my device get bricked, it said the system has been destroyed
And screen get stuck in fastboot
I tried again flash twrp but nothing happened,
I also tried to flash by MiFlash tool but nothing happened,
Pls solve my problem
That's not a soft brick. That's a truly proper bricked device.
To relock a bootloader you must be 100% pure stock with no modifications whatsoever.
You can't relock a bootloader if you have a custom ROM installed.
The fact you locked the bootloader now opens up a lot of issues for you and the only way to recover is flashing in edl mode with a verified mi account.
In other words your going to have to look for someone with a verified account and give them remote access to your pc and probably have to pay them to get your device up and going again.
If you have a service centre near where you are you can try there but a person with a verified account is what you need.
Also you can't ask anyone here for it because paid services are against forum rules.
Always read up on stuff before attempting anything on your device.

If it hardbricked, then there will flash all the system via edl mode, all the data will be gone, but i don't know if the bootloader get lock again or not..anyway, unlocked bootloader not a big issue i think
Maybe interesting for this topic:
https://www.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-india-clarifies-bootloader-unlocking-does-not-void-warranty/
You must Use the fastboot version
https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/joyeuse/
unzip *.tgz via winrar, 7-zip etc.
The folder with the extracted files must be on the root of a partition, otherwise there are error messages
Then switch on the cell phone via
power + volume down <---(Edit: sorry, down not up)
start in fastboot mode
- Connect phone via USB cable
- Start the MiFlash tool.
- Use "Select" to set the path to the folder or immediately paste the path previously copied in the file manager into the address bar of the flash tool.
- Select "clean all" below
- Refresh once
- now "flash" at the top right
PS:
bootloader is normally not locked again unless you select "clean and lock".
but if it should be blocked for whatever reason, that's no problem.
Once unlocked there is no longer a waiting time when unlocking again.
Simply start the "miflash unlock" tool, sign in and unlock again

Redmi Note 4 bootloop

hello .... I have a sister redmi note 4 who has a bootloop ... on the screen with the MI logo it keeps restarting .... it goes to fastboot but not to recovery ... the bootloader is locked and I still can't unlock it because what I looked so unlocked in the system by logging into my MI account ... but I can't get to the system ... I tried my flash but it says that it did something for 4 seconds and nothing still the same .... I tried to put it into download mode - by connecting contacts on the board and miflash download ROM to the phone but bootloop still continues
do you have any ideas?
the phone was so stupid that it kept restarting but always after several restarts it started but now even after two days of restart it didn't start ...
thanks sorry for my english
I had a stroke reading this.
Unlocked bootloader is the basic requirement of flashing. If you don't have it, then sorry you're out of options.
Your only option is to flash stock ROM through test-point method. DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK.
You can find Xiaomi stock ROMs of your device here (MTK) or here (MIDO).
Of course you can always just send your device to a repair center and change it there.
Goodluck.
test point method is lint two pins od board and run mobile to download mode? I try it ... flashing was succesfull but mobile ist still bootloop

You need to flash stock ROM not any other ROM.
As in the same ROM you had before any issue. Because your bootloader is locked it will refuse to run any boot image that isn't registered in it.
If you have a backup maybe you can flash it through download mode.
I try ROMs from your link and not working...always bootloop I try a lot of ROMs - global, china, stable, weekly and not working....flash is succesfull around 190seconds.... but still bootloop

I Can't help you there mate.
Maybe there is a way to get system info from bricked phone. Maybe through a hex editor or something. That way you know exact version of the ROM you had.
So instead of that maybe you can unlock your bootloader, just request from Xiaomi unlock code with your XIaomi account and unlock it. It usually takes 30-60 days for the request to go through.
Where I find old way to unlock bootloader? because in new unlocker I unlock phone butt I must log in to my account in system... thanks

Fingerprint not working

I just bought Realme 7 Pro 8/128 from Amazon.de warehouse (EU version) and when I started it, I found that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work - it doesn't allow to scan any fingerprints, only message "Add a fingerprint" is blinking, without even showing the place to put the finger.
Video of the problem
I Googled this problem and found that it usually happens when somebody unlocks the bootloader (and probably flashes magisk), which someone might do before sending it back to Amazon, but I didn't find any resolution to it. I have seen that OEM unlock in Developer options was enabled, but the bootloader was locked.
I have seen hints that it couls fix flashing the full OFP firmware, so I unlocked the bootloader, downloaded a few OFP firmwares, Realme Flash Tool can't flash any of them - it throws error "Cannot find central directory". I didn't have any luck also with MsmDownloadTool - version 1.x or 2.x that is bundled with the firmware asks for login and password. Version 4.x or 5.x says that no file is found or that it doesn't match the tool version.
I was able to flash OZIP firmware from stock recovery and lock the bootloader again, but it didn't solve the problem.
Any ideas how the fingerprint scanner can be fixed?
I have exactly the same problem

Did you have it also from the beginning, or it started after you unlocked the bootloader? Did you try flashing some custom ROM, or Android 11, if it works there?
So in the end I sent the phone to Realme service for warranty repair and they fixed it by reflashing the firmware. Pity that we can't do it by ourselves, as Realme Flash tool doesn't work and MsmDownloadTool requires login credentials of authorized service..

Where are u from bro
i bought the phone too and i had the same problem.
I couldn't flash the firmware in bootmode or recovery because it didn't display the install from storage item.
I sent the phone for assistance and when I returned everything worked fine: finger print and install from storage in recovery mode.
The firmware installed in assistance is RMX2170EU_11_OTA_0380_all_ePoA62jksSTW.ozip (check the download if it is suitable for your region)
