yeah i'm missing that icon. i guess my telco doesn't support this device yet. my black shark 3 have it.
After a recent software update the options are finally available. My carrier just enabled it.

Carrier Configuration Version 2.34001 and is there a more recent version that I could load myself? Does it enable other features on the network?

I ran across this myself today. Did you ever find an answer elsewhere?
Never seen this setting in Developer Options before, but it's there on my A70, which just so happens to have major wifi-stability issues. Does anyone know what this setting does?

a new icon has appeared for me, tho only in the quick settings menu. (looks like a combined phone and mobile data signal?) what does it mean? is there a way to hide it? (root or no root)
My QuickStar Module disappeared.
Anyone got an idea how to find it or what may have disabled it?

There was a good lock update today in UK. Maybe that fixed the issue? I didn't pay attention prior to it so don't know if I was missing Quickstar too. It is showing now
