Question Currently Running India Android 13 Beta (From Global to EU to India) - OnePlus 10T 5G

Hi All,
I am now on the latest India Android 13 Beta that was just released.
Here is how I flashed while keeping root and unlocked bootloader.
Global to Full EU A08 - Install magisk to inactive slot before rebooting
EU A08 to Full India A10 - Install magisk to inactive slot before rebooting
India A10 to Full India latest Android 13 beta(CPH2413_11_C.10) - Install magisk to inactive slot before rebooting
If I didn't goto the EU rom, I would have just went to the latest India and then to the India Android 13 Beta.
After you flash using local storage while booted into your current Android, BEFORE YOU REBOOT, you have to then goto Magisk app and install Magisk to the "Inactive Slot"
I did not need to do a factory reset either. I read somewhere that if you are going to a newer version when flashing cross regions, you won't have to factory reset. I haven't tried flashing the same full version of a different region, but I don't see why I would need a factory reset in that instance either as long as I am doing the "Full". Though that is yet to be determined.
Also you have to always do the "Full" update when you download it from Oneplus Updater app if you have an unlocked bootloader. It's probably also required if you are just going to be jumping around different region roms...

Does doing this method keep your data? Even with doing full update from oxygen updater? Thanks in advance! I will keep a backup either way but I'd like to know.

Yes, it kept all my data. No need for a factory reset if you follow what I did.

Hey, thank you so much for the reply, however it seems I have gotten myself into a pickle lmao... After downloading the indian A10 firmware from oxygen updater, I went into software update in settings and clicked local update etc... It then said extracting for a while, and after that, it simply said install. I clicked on install, and it restarted my phone to proceed with the update, this caused me to lose root. That is fine with me as I can simply root again before updating to A13, however, is there a way to install without rebooting for next time? or do I install magisk to inactive slot before clicking "install" in settings? Other than this the first update went fine, and my data is perfectly intact.

I am using one of the apks to do the local install. I did not have local install in my normal settings. As noted in the OnePlus updater app, below are the links. I used the android 12 one below.
This does the install them tells you to reboot. You ignore that and then do the magisk flash before rebooting. I'm surprised you have local install in your normal settings...see my screenshot below for what I am using.

Yeah honestly I was kind of surprised too lmao, Im pretty sure that I screwed up a few months ago when trying different roms and ended back up on Indian oxygenos A08. Then after toggling developer options, local update option was there. Anyways I am on android 13 now and it looks amazing! Thanks so much for the help, and I'll be sure to use these apks in the future.

Awesome! Glad to have another person on it. You and me are probably at this moment the only two on it that aren't on an India model!
So far, I'm liking it alot!

Yeah i agree, its super smooth, and there have been few bugs. I do notice that swiping away notifications takes a lot of swipe if that makes sense. Also for future reference, I was able to install magisk by booting from the A0.8 patched image, even though it was for android 12, it worked like a charm (direct install), and I am once again rooted on Android 13!

Nice on the root! Glad that worked fine still.
I haven't noticed any issues with swiping away notifications yet. I'll have to pay closer attention.
The search issue when searching for an app and your search not clearing when you come back is quite annoying.

Yeah the search issue was really annoying, but you can disable "smart search in app drawer" to go back to old search/fix the bug. Also have you had any issues with fingerprint? I cant tell if it got slower, or if I am just trippen... Also I realized the notifications just need an extra swipe/tap to clear all the way.

Finger print seems fine for me.
Good call on the search, I have now disabled the smart search.
You're right on the notifications, sometimes it seems to need a little extra. Not always though, so maybe it's certain types of notifications...

When do they exactly drop? I have it installed but I don't ever play it. If you give me more specifics I can let you know how it runs on the 13 beta.

try to play on smooth 60 fps and land on bootcamp sanhok
check if fps drops or stable 6

[Q] Notification about update, but install always fails?

I have the LTE version on Boost, its already on 5.1 but there is obviously an update for it, I get the prompt to download update but when I go to install it, the install fails. The notification gets annoying b/c it seems to come up while i'm trying to use the phone. How can I force the update? Or disable the notification for the update entirely....I like the phone as it is right now
is it fully stock ?
once you tinker with it you may lose ability to get OTA updates i think right.
and that update could be a "Stagefright" update.
update failure is due to modified recovery/system

now to verify if ur system is modified then do one thing, reboot into ur bootloader and there will be displayed some text in yellow that device connected via USB or something like that above this text is : system status: official/modified(depending upon ur device ). And my guess here is that ur system status is modified and hence u might not recieve updates. Don't worry bro! it doesnt matter, anyways we wont recieve updates for android v6.0. As for 5.1 use any custom rom like CM12.1 or PACMAN.
I bought the phone off eBay and its already rooted, so obviously it has been modified, i clicked on "Disable" on the moto udpate thing and it seems to not be bothering me with the updates. I think its crazy that it downloads the updates and then tells me to install it, but it won't actually install....i'll just leave it as it is for right now. The phone is only used for PerkTV apps, so its not even used for service
i searched this sub-forum for update failed and pretty much every single topic showed up LOL
it seems i too am getting this update prompt too.
i tried letting it update and it always fails then eventually i get into a loop.
my phone keeps restarting to recovery automatically.
but it stopped when i re-flashed my Squid kernel.
But i do want to install the update though.. the update details said it was a stagefright fix.
i figured out what was going on by reading the logs.
the update for me downloads and tries to install.. it asks you to restart to apply the update.
when it restarts it fails with an error mentioning "Keys" and the versions found / needed.
i am thinking i *might be able to adb side load the update with TWRP but i have not used that before yet.
i also think forcing the update may be a bad idea.. i don't want to brick it LOL
so i don't know..
edit:
I guess it's common for these to fail.
something set test Keys on my phone prob SuperSU
It got detected and then the update failed.
i found some side loading info and possible TWRP flashable version info for another phone.
But they say flash to a stock firmware and i have done that a lot lately and can't be bothered right now.
So it seems if i want the OTA update installed it's gonna be some work/waiting.
Going to keep an eye out for a TWRP ready flashable.zip though
I have the same issue as xpmule, when phone restarts to install the update it boots into recovery (TWRP) so the update fails. I restored a backup and now I am waiting for an update that I can flash using TWRP, stagefright is serious business.
I have an euro XT1524, rooted, Stock 5.1 US ROM flashed and squid kernel r10f.
I have a Canadian XT1527, rooted, Stock 5.1 US ROM flashed and squid kernel r10f.
And i still have not had much time to research more but i think the problem lies
with the singing keys..
i can see WHY it failed when you open the TWRP log (middle button)
my log said it failed to execute the update script because of bad keys..
It mentions i have test/keys and it expects to see Retail/Keys
When i looked on the web i see that could be because of SuperSU (being signed with TestKeys)
Or i thought maybe even Squids Kernel i am running.
If anyone seen a topic on this or what ever then let us know
i will prob keep poking around and see what i can do.
Problem is i am being VERY cautious i don't want to brick my phone.
Official OTAs tend not to flash on rooted or modified devices. Specifically with custom recoveries. The zips script verifies partitions and if something doesn't match it'll fail. Usually to get the ota you'll have to go back to completely stock unrooted firmware with the stock recovery.
After growing tired of seeing the update popup each time the phone decided to switch networks I did this:
Full TWRP Backup (just in case)
Flashed XT1527_SURNIA_RETUS_5.1_LPI23.29-18.9_cid9_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip from here
I flashed back TWRP (well, just replaced the recovery.img from the stock rom, did the same with the logo)
Restored data backup
Reinstalled squid's kernel
Reinstalled SuperSU
Had some minor quirks, like losing the swiftkey language (just enter the config and download again, didn't lose predictions) and having to open apps that needed root and reapply SuperSU permissions, but all of those sound normal. Everything seems to be working correctly, there's no annoying popup nor Stagefright vulnerability.

ya i was thinking of doing similar pretty quick..
was waiting to hear back from people if that included stage fright fixes.
people are slow to reply here lol
thanks for the info.. i was not sure what parts of the back up i was going to restore.
also i use Swift Keyboard to.. i just wish the Lollipop UI had the Holo Theme or some dark theme.
but ya me too that prompt was getting a bit irritating lol
I have a virgin mobile xt1526 running 5.0.2 rooted but i need to update to 5.1, if i flash the ret_us update will it correctly identify my phone as VM? Boost users, did android correctly identify your phone as boost when you flashed the ret_us 5.1 update?

The update is for people on 5.1 already.
There is a different update for the 5.0.2 versions.
The retail update will look for the right version to update or it will fail.
And it is VERY picky at what it expects to see too !
Your going to need the newest full firmware package (easiest way)
that is a whole new can of worms to open LOL
@direi
i did the same thing now..
i seem to be up running ok and not vulnerable using the same Stage Fright Test tool as you.
Although i had to let it fire up once after flashing then turn it off so i could get the partition restored.
Reinstalled squid kernel with twrp and problem solved. Then froze motorolaOTA. Working fine so far.

[ROOT] How To Root Blu Vivo 5 (Android 5.1; Build 27-01-2016 or Older)

I decided I would start this thread as no one else has started it yet.
This is how to root your Blu Vivo 5!
****BEFORE BEGINNING MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE "ENABLE OEM UNLOCK" CHECKED IN DEVELOPER OPTIONS AS THIS WILL BRICK YOUR PHONE***
1. Go To h t t p : / / w w w . k i n g r o o t . n e t / (Can't Post Links Yet, Remove Spaces)
2. Download KingRoot (On Your Phone; Or On Your PC and Copy To Your Phone)
3. Open The App and Click "Try To Root" When It Prompts To
4. Once Done, Click The Orange Button in the Center to Fix Permissions
5. Done!
This method was tested by me and a few others. Confirmed working.
***Optionally, you can replace KingRoot with SuperSU using Super-Sume or Apps of that nature but I have not tested these methods personally so tread carefully at your own risk.
Additionally, I can confirm that all root features have worked so far (Viper4Android, AdAway, LuckyPatcher, etc)
No Custom Recoveries Are Available As of this Post, but let's keep this device alive and start development for it!
< If you guys have any questions leave them down below and I'll try to answer them as best as I can and as soon as I can>:good:
Yes been rooted since day one with king root. Just waiting on recovery like most, the device it self is amazing, besides the mms messages not coming in on third party apps this device is still a best for it's price tag.
Man, I really hope development for this device gets picked up. I would like to offer to do some but I don't have the time right now. If things free up I may tinker around with it. I would love to have twrp 3.0 and cm 13 for it but that's going to need someone to port it.
Never mind... It appears to be loose. If I push on it then it starts working.
Did anyone have a problem with ear speaker not making sound after King root? I ran the purity app that comes with it I am wondering if it disabled it or something. Speaker phone works but calls with the ear speaker I cannot here after the root. Should I uninstall kingroot and try again?
This is not helpful. Kingroot is a fools app. It will root your phone but at a significant cost to your security and privacy. Ever think it was weird that kingroot forced you to use its own SUPER-SU manager? Ever think the "Purify" app was a little weird and unessessery? I'm not going to go into details but kingroot isn't offering you a free service for nothing or out if the goodness of their hearts. They steal your information in return which is why they want you to use their app. They report back to themselves your IMEI number among other things.
When people recommend King root it's not helpful, it only makes the rooting community a worse place because noobs and non developers who are naive to these issues are the ones that pay the price.
Is kingroot really that bad?
I was looking around and there are other methods for older blu phones that use Mediatek chips that don't use KingRoot but do require flashing with a custom recovery.
Same issue
i just got mine and im having the same issue even without root. did you find a fix?

Complete FUD. After you root, you can remove "purify" and you can install a firewall to block anything you want. And you can than install any SU you choose (and remove theirs). I have used Kingroot on many phones with no security issues at all. This is all just unfounded nonsense from when it was first released (years ago) and some people were concerned because the method was not "open". Everything you said has been shown not to be true after the initial releases. Nothing worse than someone (who calls others "noobs") talking about things which they don't know and trying to sound like they know something. You should really research the latest info before you post about something like this.

Thanks for this. Rooted the moment I got my phone!
I have a question... If you root the phone with this way, you could update with ota later? Thanks!
It doesn't appear that you can do any OTA's after you root.
I am trying to do the first radio update with hopes of doing the 6.0 update but this is what you get "Your system is damaged, wireless update is disabled".
If anyone knows a way around this it would be appreciated. Any way to get the updates manually and put on the SD card to update via recovery?
Blu support is not very helpful either.

Is anyone else having terrible battery life on this after upgrading to Marshmallow?
After doing the update to Marshmallow in this thread, I flashed TWRP and rooted via this thread.
Now my battery life has been absolutely terrible. Before updating to Marshmallow, I could go almost all day, have 35%+ left at night, goto sleep and then wake up with around 20% of battery all the time. Now if I goto sleep with 50% battery it's dead when I wake up. Seems to be "Wlan" and "Phone Idle" using most of the battery as you can see in the screenshot below. Also, after the phone dies and I plug it back in, it always shows as 13-15% battery life right away (odd), so I used a battery calibration app that seemed to do nothing and still same bad battery.
I'm thinking it may be due to me missing the OTA update right before the Marshmallow OTA update. I know it had to do with the radio, could that be it? Does anyone have that in a zip file I could flash via TWRP? If so, would it be ok to do that?
Any ideas would be appreciated, here's a screenshot of battery usage:

For anyone wondering, no you cannot run OTA and update your phone if you rooted using Kingroot. Even doing a factory reset won't help. You will have to flash the phone using a stock rom and then rerooting after you update.

Downgrading marshmallow 6.0 to lollipop 5.1.1

Is this at all possible? When attempting to downgrade with LGUP, it interrupts the flashing process (usually) around 9% with this error:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Is there a way to force-flash it regardless of this error? Or am I stuck without root forever?
Any answers are greatly appreciated.
At this moment in time the answer is NO. This is why you want to not do an upgrade until root is confirmed for the newer OS. Once recovery is available maybe you might be able to get root back.
I should correct myself you can't use the kdz files and go back to lolipop

I had to downgrade using that same software when I purchased my Lg G3 and that alone sold me on the V10. With Samsung phones you are stuck if you have a newer OS.
The main reason you cannot downgrade is that the software won't flash an old version (as it checks your version stub), at all, on Verizon.

So, with the way you termed it, it sounds like it's a software problem with LGUP?? If so, do you think it can be patched to ignore the version?

The software itself makes it do this, and it is irrevocable and not able to do so in the builds, it reminds me of when I had my galaxy s4 and this happened as well.
According to this thread , you can:

I normally do not root my phones, but I am having battery drain problems and I see no advantage to Marshmallow. I may downgrade if I cannot resolve my current problem.

Could you quote the part on that post where it talks about downgrading the firmware? As far as I can tell from the link you provided, that post only talks about returning the phone back to stock. And just to be clear, once you install the OTA update to the MM build, your stock is now the MM firmware. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You may be correct, and hopefully somebody more knowledgeable than myself will chime in, but this text is part of the instructions from that thread:
TO GO BACK TO LP FROM MM - Open LGUP on your computer, click on FILE PATH and point it towards your LP KDZ. Close LGUP and re-open LGUP. Make sure you select REFURBISH this will do a FULL wipe, tick BIN file. Press Start. Make cup of tea and be patient
This does not work on the Verizon variant

I was having the same battery drain problem after the Marshmallow update on my V10. I let it go for a couple days to see if things would improve. Unfortunately, things weren't getting any better. While I've rooted a lot of Android phones in the past, I didn't really want to void the warranty on this phone yet.
I went ahead and did a factory reset and the battery is working better than ever. I usually use Titanium Root to backup, but had to rely on LG Backup this time. It worked well enough even though it took a long time to copy everything to the SD Card (about 3 hours for 4 GB). Only things that didn't come through after restoring were my home screen settings and the history for one game. No big deal, about an hour to get everything configured back to original (grab screenshots of your homescreen first).
Pretty thrilled to see the battery performing better than ever. Just got 16 hours out of it yesterday and had 35% left on somewhat light use.

The instructions say otherwise. There is even links to Verizon drivers. Where do you see that this method does not work for Verizon V10's?

Thanks. :good:
So, maybe someone could come up with a anti rollback work around? Hopefully, or some other alternative.

Possible if someone could reverse-engineer LGUP to allow downgrading. I have the lollipop KDZ file, now all I need is a way to flash it to my vs990.
In an attempt to downgrade an error was not seen in LGUP. As far as anyone could tell the phone and LGUP were in sync up until 85% or so and the reboot was initiated. The phone never came back on. LGUP made it to 100% but the phone stayed black. Maybe not, enough time was allowed to pass but the battery was then removed. The phone became a brick and wouldnt start in any mode. When plugged into a computer the computer sees something tries to install a driver then fails. Do not try and downgrade from Marshmallow with LGUP. It will not work.

aerospaceman Employee Oct 30, 2016 6:01 PM
Over the next 24 to 72 hours, you can expect our 3rd software update (MR3) to the Axon 7 (A2017U). This update will bring your device to the latest build, B29. This update comes less than one and a half months from the previous one, but the more exciting news is that we're in parallel paths to deploy Nougat as quickly as possible.
Here are the latest updates you will see on B29 (coming from the previous build, B27):
Notification bell is now optional (hooray!)
New application management policy to enhance battery life
Optimized video camera focus on moving objects
Resolved .FLAC file playback issue
Visual Voicemail optimized for dual SIM
Updated fix for Mute Call issue
Other general enhancements
Note: This is an over-the-air (OTA) update. To check availability of an update, click on "Settings -> Updates."
Aside from this update, you can bet on our R&D team being hard at work on Android N. Early tests from your Mod Squad have been very positive and we trust that many of you will also not sleep for the first several days after upgrading. Setting Nougat aside, we remain heads down prioritizing fixes and enhancements for our community. Your constant feedback, both positive and negative, continue to motivate our R&D team. So please don't let up on your interactions with us and each other about the Axon 7. Until the next update, please drop a comment below to add further motivation for your R&D team!

I'm wondering if it means that it's at a parallel in development as far as time between updates... Like b27>b29 was 1 and 1/2 months and that's what they're lookin at for a time frame?

well i'm just assuming so , and i assume next Update will be N release., you know B3x

Oh sweet, thanks. I think I tried it before but it didn't stick after rebooting. Has it changed since then? If so, I'm definitely gonna have to search for it again.
I have the option for the update as well. Waiting as I'm rooted.

Parallel paths does indeed mean they are simultaneously working on updates and the long awaited Nougaaaattttt update. ZTE has done a good job updating and listening to their customers in the z-forum. Lets hope this plus Official CM and unlock bootloader without breaking warranty will help ZTE be known as a developer friendly Own.
How do we install if we are unlocked bootloader and rooted??
Do we have any idea if flashing U roms on G device works? Would love to get rid of the bell
Here over in europe, i just received for my A2017G an 703mb big B05 Update.(previous B03)
Strange that ours is 703mb big (hope they fix the youtube freeze Problem) and also supports optional notification bell (no info for that in the change log)
Take a look:

Here is an Mega Mirror for the B29 update. Just in case.
I have simply copied it from its location "data/data/com.zte.zdm/files" where the updater places its OTA files.
https://mega.nz/#!K050XAqT!6EBTgtX13VTdAOiUjiYqeE6jemeOJ2mN8smrrreai6o
MD5: 9a7f45caf459a21a905de0c543748309
If you place the file into that directory. You should be good to go using the inbuild updater.

I was on B27, unlocked bootloader, TWRP recovery, rooted, with changes to /system, and have successfully upgraded to B29 (w/ same modifications). Since I made changes to /system (AdAway, Titanium Backup, AFWall) and wanted a clean slate for everything, I wiped my A7.
If you don't want to factory reset your device and didn't make any changes to /system, you might only have to unroot, restore stock boot.img and stock recovery.img via TWRP (from rczrider's topic linked below), install B29.zip in stock recovery, flash TWRP, then flash root, but I didn't do it personally, so no guarantees.
Anyway, this is what I did. Some of these steps might not have been needed, and probably could have been done differently, but it's what worked for me, and yes I like rebooting:
1. Download the B29 update, DrakenFX's B27 StockSystem zip for TWRP (which also flashes stock boot.img), stock B27 recovery.img from rczrider, and SuperSU 2.65. Put all on microSD.
2. Booted into TWRP and did a factory reset, rebooted back into TWRP and flashed DrakenFX's B27 StockSystem ZIP, rebooted back into TWRP and flashed stock B27 recovery.img, rebooted device.
3. Powered on the device and made sure it booted into OS fine and was still reporting the correct amount of internal storage space. Rebooted into stock recovery and flashed the B29 update.zip from my microSD card. Installed fine, rebooted into OS to made sure it still worked.
4. Rebooted into fastboot, connected to my computer and flashed Unjustified Dev's TWRP via Minimal ADB & Fastboot, booted into TWRP and flashed SuperSU 2.65 from my microSD, let the device reboot itself a couple of times.
I now have B29 with unlocked bootloader, TWRP, and root.
NOTE: Something I noticed when I was going through and disabling system apps: WeShare can't be disabled from the Settings > Apps menu, but can be disabled by opening the app drawer, pressing and holding on it, and dragging it up to "Disable" at the top of the screen.
However, it would probably be easier to just wait for DrakenFX to create custom TWRP install zips for B29.

[ROM][MM 6.0.1][Deodexed][Delete Bloatware][Final] Edge Panel stable Rom for SM-J7108

Newest Nougat rom is availabe at here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j7/development/rom-axvy-rom-sm-j7108-stable-sexy-af-t3687461
I posted previously for j7108 https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-j7/development/j7108-android-6-0-1-marshmallow-rom-t3542561
This Rom contain Google Play too.
Bloatware is heavily removed, after flash this Rom you will able to uninstall them!
- using newest update from Samsung
- Camera seem to focus faster and able to capture clearer picture
- phone app has new transition
Lot of preloaded apps/bloatwares are removed properly, it will be very long if I list them all.
Tips for keyboard:
Set Keyboard Swipe to Cursor Control, when you typing you can move the cursor up down left right easily
Keyboard size is helpful especially for those screen with problem
Download language pack to enable spell checking.
Edited build.prop for optimisation, check that old thread. Lot are the same except I remove the nobootanimation already.
My warranty is voided last time because I didn't know about frp lock while flashing wrong rom of other country.
To close Frp Lock, enable Developer Options(google it for step), enable OEM Unlock before flashing
Yet I did not add root to this rom for now, comment if you need it.
I do not know if this rom will void your warranty. Feel free comment to tell us. (Mine after flash in Odin mode said official firmware thought)
In summary I think this rom is better, if you have any request, leave a comment below
Will Void waranty!!!
Cannot use pin version, for those who don't have SD card or phone insufficient space:

No error version. No need format or wipe your phone and all Knox Carmode stub etc removed in compare to top one:
press backspace to hide keyboard. Files below all extract one time and ready to flash.
1. Flash this first: https://mega.nz/#!qUsXmbwD!Q-rr7wJW7AKYi0xsTIZZvhhDG2zHCCbDAWiAA_mS4JY
2. Flash TWRP using odin https://mega.nz/#!ycc3nLBR!_do-RBTeOfIWvDK5enea8tJXDn5w1hyWuL7j7ZCuh5I select AP
3. Put zip to Phone folder or SD card, install using twrp HOME+POWER+ volume up: https://mega.nz/#!aNFECCRS!84XOLiu_-nyMoSSDTS0ym6dA3xek7Cc2GEHlbib30sE
Personal or application data will remain, this is just like update the Rom.
I have tested this rom before post it but still back up your phone. First boot time will be quite long, please wait for it.
Fyi, when preparing update it take lot of time processing, don't interrupt it and it will come to the last step optimise app.
First boot is always slow then it will be fine. Comment if you don't understand or face problem.

Cannot use pin version: Screen Lock type can't be set.
Pin won't show after lock, don't set pin because it will tell you wrong pin even it's correct when you want to reset it
To remove password you have to go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/?p=home
I will reupload soon but busy now
Or flash back stock then change pin, not a big issue
Link updated, added twrp j7108 download link
Hopefully it help more people out there, I hope you love this Rom
Further update and improved. I have perform lot of testing. It's stable. Lot of tweaks added.
It has symbol above every key, long press to use symbol. I really love Samsung Keyboard so much, especially the cursor.
To get red underline, for typo, download language pack first. Assistant Menu is come with the phone, google to enable it.
And quick tip to make your phone faster, enable developer mode then disable animation scale. Screenshot more is very nice, I want to thanks Samsung to provide such features allow me to enjoy their product so much. I hope they add edge panel soon, most useful feature.
Here is the new download link, you can find above too, you need twrp for j7108, check above.
THIS WILL VOID WARRANTY!!

If you mean not stock firmware release by Samsung then this is a custom rom.
For ultimate fast speed and hacks for j7108 Rom pm me.
It's release for private only
I installed this ROM but I seem to still have all the bloatware. You say after this flash I'll be able to uninstall bloatware, but it is as before, if I select uninstall it only gives me option to uninstall updates and return to factory version of apps.
Hmm, should I have wiped system and cache before flashing?
Clearly I have your new ROM installed because I now have the edge app which I did not before. Or, what did I miss.?
Before flashing I was at version J7108ZHU1BQB1 which is same as what you suggest we upgrade to first. Then I used Odin to flash j7first.tar and then J7108twrp-3.0.3.0.tar, then I used TWRP recovery to install ExcellentTweakedTrimmed.zip

Yes it should and it will, can you help me check which bloatware is not removed? Look:
can be completely uninstall
That's odd, both .img and twrp version will uninstall my apps.
You say it revert to old version? Flash it again perhaps since it match stock version of that app.
Really, I have tried both of then several time for bug testing, that's why I believe it will 100% work. NO wipe required ya, this is just like updat, DON'T reset as I have tested.
I am gladly to watch it over video to see at what's the problem, if you don't mind pm me your skype username.

Ha, OK, yes it does work. When I hit "uninstall" it gives me the same dialogue box as always before:
"Do you want to replace this app with the factory version? [Cancel], [OK]"
So I thought nothing had changed and I didn't even try to go further, But now I see that that if I select [OK], it actually does uninstall - it does not revert to the factory version like the dialogue box says it will..
I installed the TWRP version by the way
