Excellent work! Recently got T-Mobile to unlock my Pixel 6 so I can start testing ROMs out again. I'll be trying this out tonight and reporting back.

Awesome work thanks for the hard work and rom

Really nice ROM! Running flawlessly and fast. GZ
Tyvm
edit: Sometimes the fingerprint sensor is a bit misplaced while unlocking the phone

2 annoying things switching from riceDroid is the lack of 2 button nav and the QS being black in light mode

This Rom has been fantastic! I've got a ton of Lsposed and Magisk modules working flawlessly and tweaked the OS to my liking.
The only thing I've noticed has issues is Bluetooth audio playback and keeping pairings between reboots.
Currently the audio skips in my car and is unlistenable, and my airpods won't continue to play audio after a reboot without repairing.
So far so good, I'll be keeping eyes out for updates to this unofficial version or for an official Rom from Statix!

I seem to have fixed this somehow with AOSP Tweaks Lsposed module and toggling a "hide circle behind fingerprint scanner" button, then unchecking the option again.

Tried to flash this but it gets to Service 9 of the rom contents and it says failed. It would be stuck on this until I reboot my phone manually and i get bootloops and have to install the official ROM from Google.

I'm a super dummy. I like how this ROM looks, but am getting an error:

Bootloader Version...: (removed)
Baseband Version.....: (removed)
Serial Number........: (removed)
--------------------------------------------
archive does not contain 'android-info.txt'
fastboot: error: could not read android-info.txt
Anyone else getting this?

I really enjoyed this ROM! It was quite stable while I ran it, and I liked the added tweaks!

Are you installing the 1.9 gb file or 2.4 gb file in fastboot images folder on download website? You need to ensure you are installing the ...1116... zip in fastboot images folder (2.4 gb size).

That's a recovery sideload zip, use the fastboot images if you want to install with fastboot

Known Issues:
1) SELinux is Permissive, there is no voice during phone calls while SELinux is enforcing. Once this is lined out, we will move to official builds (weekly and monthly)
2) Ambient Display bug: Power button doesn't wake the device when pressed while Ambient is on, Double Tap the screen or press power when display is off.
3) OTA's are still WIP

Nice! Looks like this project is coming right along! Great work!
Awesome, looking forward to flashing this
I had to delete /vendor/overlay to get it booting. Don't know why since I was running an unofficial version of this without deleting anything.
Clean flash from Google's June image.

Anyway, is there a way to control the battery light?

Yes, I think it becomes red below 15%. But thanks for the info.
I would just like to turn it off completely, lol.

A thing I've noticed: the swipe input on the AOSP keyboard doesn't seem to work. It's turned on in settings but still no luck.

It's announcements time!
I won't update Pixel Experience (and Plus version) any more.
I decided to change direction and I'm working on a new project...
News about it will arrive very soon, but for now, i invite everyone that is using PE/Plus to left it and use another ROM (i suggest LOS from @SebaUbuntu or Descendant from @Ayrton990).
Thank you for supporting me and my PE, but sometimes is better to go on a new way and left the old one to find your place.

I'd go with PixelExperience_lmi-10.0-20201008-1857-UNOFFICIAL.zip hence it's the latest out of them (as of writing) and probably got a few more bug fixes than the others.
Also from Telegram there is this.

No, not needed. You can use Global Mi or China as based. In my opinion, is better for Global users to use Global Mi/EEA.

I was on Xiaomi EU Weekly [20.9.24][Android 11]
Flashed following the instruction and couldn't boot
I'll flash the V12.0.3.0.QJKMIXM Global rom which is recommended in the LOS thread and try again.
i can't seem to be able to boot into los recovery as whenever i try to flash it i just end up in a bootloop and the "fastboot reboot recovery" command does not work so i need to use fastboot boot recovery.img
update: nevermind i followed the same steps with TWRP and it worked just fine

Thanks.Good.Can I from other custom ROM flash to this ROM?
I would like to ask if oneplus 9 can be adapted?
When I flash this on my Oneplus 9R (Chinese version and installed OOS via EDL). The system doesn't recognize my SIM card and the 'Setting - Wifi and Mobile data - Mobile data' section go totally grey.
The experience is very good
can you share the screenshots and be clearer on customisations offered if any???
Nice rom, so far everything works!

On the 8T and runs smooth like butter so far. I appreciate you getting A12 out so quickly to us all and it performing so well despite being an alpha build. Rooted and passing SN without issues.

Just posting here to show appreciation for crDroid which is my rom of choice for many devices I own and to you who ported it to good old cedric.
It passes safetynet by default (without magisk installed, with it one should be able to still pass it by using magisk hide) and while being slower than stock Oreo (on the 2Gb ram version), it is the fastest 9+ rom I've tested.
This is the best ROM i have tested for my old cedric. Really customizable, faster no bugs (cam and GPS) and stable. Tks so much!

Dude literally the first sentence tells you the goal of this rom is customization...
Does this pass safetynet out of the box? Understand if we root its a diferent story, but wanted to check this out of the box if it does. Looks nice, thank you
thanks for ricedroid mr dev. A bug I noticed was the text messages weren't popping up like the headsup display i think its called.
Edit. Oo it seems to be working now the heads-up display. Woo thanks .
Guys, having trouble flashing this, i was on graphene, and extracted all payload contents using payloadgo, fastboot flashed all images, but it was bootlooping.
I dont see a recovary.img extracted to try and flash recovary, any ideas?
In stock Google pixel firmware flashing each img file in cmd works. Well it work for me. Going from a custom ROM u prob have to go stock. And wipe so it doesn't go weird when booted.

OK, from stock, booted into fasboot, using CMD you simply fastbooted each .img file? Did you have to boot into fastbootd at any point? I will give it another whirl, thanks
yeah i installed the rom twice. using fastboot flash xxxx xxxx.img and also flashed this other ricedroid of telegram which worked like fastboot update rom.zip and then went into thats recovery and flashed the rice droid from there. i got a really bad memory though and cant be of alot of help with this. i was just mentioning what i could remember lol. good luck. the dev needs to update the instructions a little. i had the same confusion at first not seeing recovery.img. which is why i tried the telegram ricedroid but at that point in time that one was buggy with sim not working so i flashed this xda one directly over it because that 1 had ricedroid/lineage recovery and easy install process. i have been running this rice droid for the day. it seems pretty good and im quite fussy and tried lots of roms and never really stuck with any due to issues. this 1 had a issue with headsup display working but later on it started working lol. other then that this seems to run fine. i think battery is about the same as stock pixel firmware. from monitoring the drain with 3c toolbox and fkm.
edit dev i see you uploaded a new version. thanks is there a changelog. i will make a bug list in time for you and post it here.
The new update has a app lock nice. Feels real secure. Thanks again.

Does your rom have a feature to customize the size of the pill, and if so, is there a camera delay?
I can't find the download link vendor_boot.img

I think I saw that in the setting some where. I removed my pill button at the bottom with the settings. Vendor boot image is inside the rom zip then extract the payload.bin file.
Mr dev use should look into James dsp it is the best dsp I have used. I just disable the audio fx one it's plain and crappy I also use this zip file that limits my charging to 90 percent. I'm surprised no 1 has implemented a charging limit using maybe that method. I wonder if we will one day be able to get the old qs icons back. Circle shape and other shapes. They were cool. Also I noticed there's no mod for the battery icons to alter the color like aosp mods has and can't alter the color of text for status bar icons and date and clock. There is background chip tho.
