1. Flash service ROM via dload mode and downgrade to 9.1.0.132 (the process will erase all your data!)

If you use KII-L22(GR5 has variant KII-L21,22,24) , SImply Unlock bootloader, Install TWRP then install SuperSU same as KIW-L21/22/24.
Since I use KII-L22, I can't say TWRP works KII-L21,24.
You can find TWRP thread, and bootloader unlock thread. Read it.

I use KII-L21 and still did not get the boot loader unlock code as english site is always busy and chinese site asks to wait for two weeks.
Once I get the unlock code I will try this on my L21. If there is anyone with unlocked KII-L21 please try and confirm the success.

I use Chinese one. Form layout is same both English and Chinese.
In TWRP thread, reason of " wait 14 days" is talked. Support for KII-L variant is just started also.
So you had better to read and stick that for more information.

Just for verification: is this right that the TWRP android_device_huawei_kiwi for the Huawei Honor 5X works with the KII-L22 variant of the GR 5?
I have a gr5 KII-L23 unlocked bootloader, but when i flash the twrp for kiw. This don't flash any zip. Justo restart in recovery again. So i can install supersu or another ROM. Please help

for me global developer rom worked for unlocking the bootloader.
NO it did not erase any data for me using official method.

You will get approval sms then install Mi Unlock Tool on PC. Connect mobile in fastboot mode. You can go to fastboot mode by pressing volume down + power button. And then click on unlock button in Mi unlock Tool.

Tell them that your device got bootloop. They accept this reason. Or tell them you want to root your device. I also told I want to root my Redmi Note 3.

When I went to Sourceforge I am seeing Lite xiaomi Eu Miui 12 Rom. So, is there a full rom then and where is it? Also what is the difference between Lite and Full Roms ? Will the call Recording function in this Rom?

Lite is for the Mi 10 Lite phone.
The correct rom is in the correct folder for the correct device.

I am aware that - at the moment - the global version of this phone cannot be unlocked. I'd just like to know when - if ever - the bootloader will be able to be unlocked, and if I can still roll-back to earlier versions of Android with SP Flash Tools (I really don't like how restrictive Android 11 is. Shame on Google.).

What are you asking exactly? If you are asking if the apk method of boot-loader unlocking works for this model: It does not. I am not exactly sure why, though.

Tryed different region, flashed different ROM model. No luck.
Rollback a11 to a10 work with this update from recovery.

the file from officiel realme web site. it isn't unlockable because realme refuse it for EU version. you can't use ADB commande because kernel dont allow fastboot mode.

It's not really dubious, it just uses Android and BugJaeger instead of PC and ADB. Thing is you have to install DeepTesting app that allows access to bootloader, and it can only be installed on Android 11. So you have to downgrade to Android 11 first, and there's no rollback package for RU currently.
