EEA roms(EUXM) are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation and in particular a volume limitation.
Stuff that is useless, decreed by self-proclaimed,who lives in another world.
I live in Europe and the first thing I do after unlocking the bootloader is to install a Global while waiting for a Xiaomi EU rom.
Never had any security and banking issues with a Global or Xiaomi Eu rom.

After the update, there was a problem with the camera. Even without pressing the record button, moving objects freeze for a split second. When recording video in all modes, the same problem, the recording is no longer smooth, the movement of the camera or the movement of objects is now jerky

Great job by Xiaomi!
Does this rom have the notification "problems" like the latest EU has (it appears for a few seconds, disappears and the clock appears instead)?

No, this version and the prior one do not have the notifications issue. The icons are not removed and will be visible next to the clock as long as the notifications are active.

No need to enroll. Just download it from the Miui web site, put it in the root folder of your internal storage and then flash it through the built in software updater.

You can download the latest stable and developer rom's here:
http://en.miui.com/getrom.php
You also don't need to have an unlocked bootloader to flash it coming from the global stable. I flashed it using the built in update in miui. I think you need to click on the Miui logo several times to unlock the option to select a rom in the three-dot menu.
Anybody have problems with the camera visualising screen ratio? I have an a big black band above visualization

Definitely a very stable release with no major issues.
The minor flaws include higher standby battery usage (seems above 1% per hour even in deep sleep), and not so perfect auto brightness, at least with DC dimming.
Not sure if any of those issues are exclusive to the developer Rom or present with stable as well.
Camera shortcut using AI button now saves the photo in gallery, about time they fixed it.
Overall very stable. No issues with notifications. My only complaint is that auto brightness tends to be a bit too dim. The rest is just spot on, especially if you put Poco Launcher and remove all the crap with XiaomiADBFastbootTools.

How can I check if I am able to install this ROM?
I download the ROM but I need to know it before flash.
Well the ROM will either install or it won't. There is no in-between. You can try installing it in Update manager by selecting "Install from zip file".
If this option is missing in update manager... Press the MIUI 10 icon multiple times and it will say additional settings unlocked. From there click 3 dots, select the package and install.
I'd recommend you wait for the official OTA.
Poco CEO will release official tweet.

Can I check, has anyone received this via OTA update or has everyone downloaded and flashed the zip?
As far as I know.
The only people who have received the update are the people who signed up for beta testing. Everyone else is downloading and flashing the ROM from TWRP.
I'd recommend you not do that as this is still not final ROM. Final ROM for POCO MIUI 11 will be released on November 14th.

Question Am I the only one not getting updates?

Hello guys, Hope you're doing well.
I've recently seen that stable MIUI 12.5 is released for our device. But I'm still stuck on 12.0.4 (Global). Checking for updates shows that I'm on the latest version. Should I install the newer versions by downloading the package? Or is there any way to get it as an OTA update? I really prefer the OTA rather than downloading and manually installing...
so any suggestions?
are you on global?
You can flash 12.5.2 using MiFlash
You can't see it because it's not stable update it's (stable-beta).
So, If you want to update but on your risk. Go to:
-About > Updater > Double taps on MIUI 12 logo
Then, Click the three dots and hit update settings
then toggle on the Get updates early.
wait for some minutes then check for updates then it will showing up
It's different. Version 12.0.4 was never Global. You don't have a Global system.

It actually runs cooler than my Mi 11 I upgraded from. difference in performance is noticeable. Other than the Chinese language in some apps like theme store and others annoys me.

How do I root this?
Is there a way or Magisk module that adds notification ringtone when battery charge reaches 100%?
I know there are several apps on the Play Store with this functionality. But it would be great to have it already implemented in Rom/Firmware. Because on Xiaomi devices with a 120W charger where the device charges quickly, it would be interesting to have this function.
