I know there is few hundered threads with "unbrick" in title but I read them all and nothing seems to work.
Friend brings me kenzo that he gets since his cousin brick it while trying OTA.
When I power phone its start to load system and it has 3 stages:
1. Show screen with "powered by Android" and 3 dots in the bottom, usualy about 4 min and restart
2. After restart just get black screen with Mi logo in the middle, for about 30 sec and restart
3. Instead of Android with dots bottom have white line progres bar, it takes 4 to 5 min and restart again.
After that stage 2 and 3 repeat for long as you have nervs to wait .
Phone can get in recovery and fastboot mode. And when I put him in test mode just show test screen and cant do anything.
In fastboot mode MiFlash recognize phone but report "device is locked" (try with 20160401 and 20160830).
After that i put him in EDL mode (fastboot reboot-edl) and MiFlash report successful flash. But nothing changes.
I try flashing global stable v8.0.5.0, china stable v8.0.4.0, global dev v6.10.13 and at the end global stable v7.2.5.0.

Have you tried to unlock bootloader? Perhaps install TWRP and do a system/dalvik/cache wipe and install MIUI through that?

Cant do that. Even unofficial unlock need phone to be working to enable USB debbuging and accept RSA kay from PC.
Edit: Right now looking for ways to edit boot.img to unlock bootloader in attempt to get any useful recovery.

I will try... but dont think it will do the job. Will post result little later.

It dose not work, just as I think.
All that kind of method/advice need 2 things:
1. Enabled USB debbuging - You cant do that on bricked phone even if you edit boot.img ( ro.debuggable=1 ) because fastboot will not execute command since you will not have option to accept RSA kay from PC on your phone and complete that action.
2. Dev ROM - since you have to enable OEM unlock and that option you have only in dev ROMs. Even Xiaomi official unlock requires that you must do it on dev ROM and that is a reason for "stuck on 50% in unlocking".
I try all that I can think: edit boot.img file, use patch emmc_appsboot.mbn, use edited flash_all.bat and rawprogram0.xml, insert sTWRP and ZCX TWRP in fastboot ROM... and all combination of that. Did it on 7.2.5.0 and 8.0.5.0 stable and 6.8.18 dev (since its last 5.1 ROM that I have).
Most of this attempts ends with "3 stages" explained in the first post. Some just show Mi logo for few sec and restart, once even power off phone. And once I even get phone to go directly to sideload/recovery state showing picture of the phone and usb cable.
Only thing left now is to find info is there difference in accessing to EDL mode between software (reboot-edl), deep flash cable and testpoint. IMHO there is none or little difference. Since software and deep flash can be troubled with bad USB cable or connector or USB board in phone.
So i wanted to flash a new firmware on my MTK Device (UleFone Power 2), but i ran into some Errors while doing so, thus , my phone died in the process.
Following Errors occurred, depending on which (SP Flash Tool;SPMultidownloadflashtool;etc) you use:

Side Note: For the UP2 Rom you use SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject , for the UK6P ROm you use SPFlashTool.

Part1:
1. Download all the files. (Below are the links and attached files.
2. Extract each zip to its own folder. Then Put the files of the Checksum.zip into the ROM Folder of the Ulefone Power 2.
3. Run the Checksum.exe and wait until it is done. It will show up in the black CMD when it's finished. A new Checksum.ini should be in the folder now.
Part2:
1. Make a backup of your NVRAM and NVDATA, a full ROM backup if you can.
2. Get the Oukitel K6000 Plus ROm Version 2.0 Ready. Extract it to its own folder somewhere on your desktop.
3. Open the SPFlashtool and select the android scatter file of the Oukitel Rom.
4. Connect your phone, hold Volume down and press on "Download" in the SPFlashTool. Now you wait for the process to end, WHILE still holding the button down.
5. After it is done flashing your new Firmware unto your phone, start it like you would normally do. Disconnect your phone now. You can now also skip the Setup Details, since we still have to flash the original Firmware.
6. Go to Device Infos on the bottom of your phone settings, tap a few times on Build Number until the Developer Options activate. Go back and tap on Developer Options.
7. In here you activate OEM Unlock and USB Debugging. Back to the pc: Now you open a CMD Windows and navigate to your extracted ADB-Fastboot Folder. (Some Pictures of this are on my German Tutorial Thread, Link above).
8.Connect your phone, tick the avaible spot of the upcoming new popup notification. Shutdown your phone now. Hold Volume Up and Power Button at the SAME Time until the Fastboot Menu pops up.
Make sure your phone is still connected to the pc.
9. In the cmd window you will now have to type the following thing: fastboot oem unlock
9.5 Another Method to get into fastboot mode: (OR enabled usb debug, accept connection between your PC and Ulephone and send command fastboot reboot bootloader after that "fastboot oem unlock")
10. After the process is done. You are still in fastboot mode.
And let the phone connected to the Pc.
11. Now you have to flash the original ROM/Firmware. In this case only Version 17 will work.
On this step i had a lot issues with "insufficient buffer"-Errors under SP Flash tool, but there is a solution for this.
Be careful :
Try to use #SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject Version 3.1620 - only this software worked for me,earlier Versions i tried ( v.3.1636 ) always showed an Error.
Current Status: Phone is still connected to pc, fastboot mode, oem has just been unlocked by yourself.
What to do now:
12 Open the SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject, load scatter file of the Ulefone Power 2 Firmware, then press scan. Nothing will happen now, so be quick: Don't disconnect your phone.
Press Volume Up + Power Button at the same time to simulate a new connection to the pc. While the phone is still connected via cable! We have to do this. You will now hear a sound which you normally would here when connecting a new device to your Pc. Now you just have to keep holding the Volume Up Key.
IMPORTANT:
Don't let go of the button until the Programm shows up a Green Tick which signals the end of the Process. Now you can let go of the button.
13. After the scan has finished, press start and flash firmware. But how? It's easy. Just do the same again. ->>
13.1 Press Start in the Flash Programm.
13.2 We have to simulate a new connection. Hold Vol+ and Power Button. Until you hear the sound again, now only keep holding the Vol+ Button.
14. Wait for the green Tick Notification. Until then: Don't you dare let go of the Vol+ Button. When it shows up, you're pretty much done. Congrats!
15. Restore NVRAM and NVDATA.[/I] through mtk engineering mode: open dialer and call *#*#3646633#*#* , scroll down to GRPS and type in your IMEI (can be found in the box, in which your phone came shipped with). If it says something like that it's successfully written.-> Activate Airplanemode, wait a few seconds, deactivate it, activate Mobile Data Connection and wait. It should show a mobile data active.

UPDATING:
After flashing V15 Ulefone Firmware, use the SP FLASH TOOL to flash the newest firmware via "Firmware Upgrade" mode. remember to keep pushing vol up before connecting phone!
How to:
Press Download in Tool
Push and hold vol up
Connect cable to pc.
wait until green tick shows up.
Profit.
Same situation here. I've tried flashing with and without battery, no success. I can confirm that I did NOT lock the bootloader. Not that it helps me much.
I've tried using different versions of SPFT in addition to the multiport tool, but they either don't work with Power 2 scatter file, or show the same error.
This can potentially be a driver / USB issue, so I will probably try that next (different computer, fiddle with the drivers). I've also seen claims that SPFT v3 can happily flash over this, and then newer versions start working too, so try that if you can. It did not work for me - the download never starts on my computer with v3.
I can also add that I can flash preloader as well, although I try and leave that off when possible. The modem and lk* partitions show the same error you have, though, and the phone is dead.

EDIT2: So i could use the phone with the oukitel rom but i want the original rom, firmware.
So here is the other Problem. I can't flash them. I either get insufficient buffer error or the imghdr error.
Could you link me what you are using? I really need the phone. Thanks for your help in advance.! :S

I have managed to resolve this with a lot of help from Vivanyok on 4pda.

Side Note is: After fastboot oem unlock you have to scan with the #SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject version 3.1620 your phone first, and then like you have already said, use the volume up+power button combo to simulate a connection. and then it will be flashed. The flash process starts but after two or three download steps the flash tool (3.1620 in administrator mode) stops still with the STATUS_SEC_IMGHDR_TYPE_MISMATCH error.
I have also tried with another ROM coming from another site, but still same error.
Could perhaps provide me a download link to a ROM that you successfully flashed to the Ulefone Power 2?

cannot find the up2 rom which can be flashed after flashing Oukitel K6000 Plus ROM. Please help...
Download Links added. There shouldn't be any problems using my method as long as you think as well.
Be aware that you have to use the Flashtool i linked, the exact same Flashtool Version as mentioned. Otherwise go to my german thread outside of xda to get more detailed pics.

Hello guys! Thanks for the instructions, it worked great! Only thing, the fastboot you supplied has an password, so I used another I found online.
I finally got time to take care of my bricked Power 2 phone, and I got it back to life using the Oukitel method.
The phone works great, I only had to input IMEI numbers manualy.
Is there a need to lock back the bootloader, because now my device says "orange state", your device cannot be trusted?
hm hm.... fastboot allows me to lock the bootloader, but then the phone would reset itself to factory state for security reasons, so I will leave my bootloader unlocked, as I don't want to go trough the phone app installation and getting the settings to my taste
i just updated the zip..there shouldn't be a password anymore. ^^
For us, there isn't really a need to lock the bootloader. Since we can simply install every ota update by downloading the new rom from external sites. Just a reminder: don't use the ota update app since it will brick or just not work, since your bootloader is unlocked.

don't forget to enable oem unlock (bootloader isn't unlocked yet after you do this)
then fast boot the phone with oukitel rom, unlock the bootloader with adb fast boot unlock
don't let go of the vol button while flashing the phone with multiport flash tools
don't use ulepfhone original cable, mine was not working ok although there was no visual damage to the cable. I used another one that fit the usb port on the phone more firmly

The Original Cable is fine...the problem might only be with yours.

I try to root my FL02 (ALCATEL FLASH PLUS 2) every thing goes perfect and i get ORANGE STATUS but at the last step when trying to flash the rom with TWRP it could not read the SD card and system folder isn't abel to wipe so i try to repeat steps again.
first flasing in the video done and mobile restarting. no logo on screen and it doesnt boot and cannt go in boot mode or fastboot mode.
it connect and disconnect with PC but i still can connect it to flashing programme and i can send flash from PC but it doesnt boot and nothing appear on the screen.
any help....

Yes, I think bootloader has been unlocked. It is done with Orange status.
I think it is in download mode. it detects SPFlash.

Ok, I guess that your device is actually in bootloop and don´t booting.
Tutorial that you followed has many steps and don´t need to do all this to just root device and it contains some files like lk.bin that you can´t be sure that should be for your device.
Some users use this file (lk.bin) of an unlocked device and think that flashng in other device then get unlock it but no need, your device can be unlock it just follow some commands in fastboot mode.
Now you can do the next;
Try to flash again your rom stock (I guess that you don´t have a backup), if for some reason your official tool doesn´t work then use only some images like boot, system and userdata with the scatter.txt to flash them through SP Flash Tool.

Update steps that you are following to can assist. What extension has your rom and if it is recogniced for SP Flash Tool. I didn´t ask you if you can enter to fastboot mode and if you can then you can know if your bootloader is unlocked typing fastboot oem info

Gmail didn´t warn myself about your post. Did you solve it?
You said that flashed recovery, system and preloader but how, through SPFlashTool?, if yes, are you sure that this tool recogniced your device?
You forgot to flash boot.img too.
Other way to try; flash only preloader.bin and then try flashing boot, system and userdata that are the three most important partitions to can boot.
Like last resort you can do a Format all + flash but only like last.

Yes it was with SPFlash and it is show MT6775 when mobile connect . but if i try flashing boot it gives an erorr and cant flashing.
I think i have a wrong boot file.
I miss userdata file.
Do you know where can i download necessary files for this model?

I´m not sure if you are connecting correctly your device at right time and form to can flash it properly. Every device has more or less a specific way to do it. My last alcatel it was connected just with device power off and after to tap on download, but in other device Blu Dash was connected pressing just vol_up and my last mt6757 Bluboo had to press both vol up and down at time to connect to pc and after to tap on download option. To have sure that is well done increase volume in your pc, you will hear a first sound that is cause pc is recognicing but then you have to hear a second sound that is when SPFlashTool is recognicing device and you will see a red line in down side of the tool window, release button inmediately and let tool to work.

If I understant, the status bar has to be red then I will release the mobile button and click download in SPFlashTool.

I try all the way to get that mode but nothing works. So I try to click download button then conect the phone by random buttons and every time i get red color , yellow , green ,purple , yellow (for many times 100%)

There is a part that is not variable in the way to use this tool, ever you have to tap on download before to connect device and is recommendable too connect cable usb to pc (not yet to device); from here is when the button that you have to press can vary but like I said you before in my last mt6757 (a very similar to yours) works pressing both vol at same time to connect terminal cable to device and now you will see a red line (could be violet-ish)
Try before just flashing only preloader file to recreate some partitions and then do other flash for the other files.
Of course you have to be sure that all drivers are installed correctly cause this tool needs to put your device in download mode (a special level) and also keep it in this state so find VCOM drivers for Alcatel and adb/fastboot installer and try to uninstalling some older drivers that you don´t use and many times we keep in our pcs and for a short data transmission can helo that all the rom move it in same folder where SPFlashTool is allocated.
After updating drivers and trying all the possibilities buttons the red line doesnt appear.

Ok, here there are somethings that we need to know
- First of all don´t forget to charge your battery, after many attempts could consume a lot.
- Your device is recogniced in fastboot mode? mtk has two variables ways to enter to, pressing both vol + pwr till an options menu appear, then you have to select, and the other method most known is vol down+ pwr to go diirectly
- In what android version are you, 6.0?
- What is the exact variant of your device, you can know maybe seeing in the box, this rom is for 5095K version 6.0 MM
- Did you try to flash just preloader, only this file?
If SPFlashTool don´t give signals of recognicing device is probably that your device is not now totally power off, try pressing pwr by 7 seconds, then try to flash again combining both vol with pwr button

Which option mode should appear? Screen is always black (off) all that i have on the phone is the LED.
I try more than 4 different drivers for Alcatel Flash Plus 2 (vcom & cdc) but no sound from SPFlash to prove that it recognise the phone. Sounds just release and keep relrease from Windows 10.

You need to try two different ways to flash files and restore your device.
First method: fastboot mode
You need to get device enter to fastboot in order to flash some files like system, boot and userdata, then there are two main methods to do it:
- Pressing pwr + vol down
- And I mentioned that sometimes work pressing both volume button + pwr and a menu have to appear to can select an option to enter to (fastboot mode), in some devices this method is not working but you have to try several times attempting to.
Second method: SPFlashTool
You have to ever press first of all Download box and connect terminal cable to pc and the buttons thhat you need to press at time to connec cable usb to your device may vary, sometimes vol down, sometimes both vol but never pwr button; if pc recognice then you have to release all buttone an let it pc continue the flash process.
If SPFlashTool recognice device first flash only preloader file and select now lk.bin too. Flash only these two files and after do again a new flash with the rest of the files, Why you need to do this? your partitions are corrupted and you need to restore them with these files in order to can flash all another files.
Before all of this charge your battery, if you have a cover removable then extract it some minutes and put it again.
Also I read that for this model it´s used this tool instead of SPFlash Tool https://androidmtk.com/download-sugar-mtk-sp-flash-tool (inside the zip you will find a password to start the tool) but I´m not sure what kind of rom it needs, you have to connect your device to begin the process, you will find in product models section in the tool this variant for your device "FL02"
Try first the other tool and then this and let me know how you go, mtk devices are almost unbrickeable so it´s just to find the appropriate way to return it to the life.

It was along time,I know . But I tried to know why I can’t return my phone back to life.
I have searched all possible websites for rom of this model and I have formatted my pc and installed win7 with all necessary drivers.
I can’t found any rom for it but now I can flash all the necessary files for boot they flashing and running smoothly but the mobile can’t boot up.
I try to use that app in your replay. It recognizes the device but stuck after that and keep looking for rom without any chance to download it.
I think I have a wrong rom files. I can’t find any other reason but this.

I understand that you tried with Sugar tool with no lucky.
Did you try again through SP Flash tool? trying to flash in a first attempt only preloader file and in a second attempt the other files? (try with 2 or 3 versions and see the differences).
Is there some custom development, recovery, roms for your device?
I think that now you are flashing correct rom through fastboot but like you did before bad/wrong flashings your bootloader is refusing to boot to system. Flash through fastboot all the partitions that you can follow the syntax for every one of them by i.e. typing fastboot flash cache cache.img and so on one by one (some of them are unflashable through this method)

Unfortunately no, all that I found are TWRP recovery Roms. I don’t know if I can use them with SPFLASH Tool.

I began lose hope that the mobile could work again. I live in Sweden and no technicians kan help me to fix this issue. I should do it by myself.

I´ll tell you some ideas with no any specific order that you can try or see if works.
Really very strange that display stays in black, you told me that flashing files through fastboot is working but doesn´t appear not even bootlogo, connect to pc as it is and see how pc recognices in devices manager and my pc if appears like a determined drive d/e/f so it looks that some bad flashing burn your kernel and this case is similar to when a Samsung device need to use jtag method to revive, if in your country no-one knows about Alcatel devices this could be a similar case to what I´m saying then it could be a clue for a technician. I tell you this cause many time ago when I flashed by error a Samsung s4 and only this method revived my device.
Try this, flash your stock recovery only through SPFlash tool and flash after through Alcatel Download tool your stock rom cause some firmwares need to detect stock recovery first to can flash other partitions.
At this stage don´t you have stock recovery, no? so you can try to format data cause sometimes when bootloader is altered then avoid to boot and formatting data can solve this.
If this recovery twrp is for your device you can try flashing through SPFlash tool, you have to put recovery.img and scatter-txt in a same folder. then if succesfull format data, system, wipe cache and dalvik and maybe later try to port some custom rom would be a way to solve this.
To flash any partition through fastboot this is the syntax, just follow one by one any of the files that are in your rom folder so just follow these, if some of then can´t be flashed don´t worry then it´s not flashable:
fastboot flash boot bot.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash lk lk.bin
and so on till the end
...But after try this if you didn´t get boot to recovery and obviously you can´t delete data nor system then delete first the next partitions trough fastboot typing:
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase boot
Try all this and let us see how it goes

On sugar tool I got this message after success flashing via SPFLASH tool.
I tried all possible buttons to connect device to PC on Fastboot mode but the PC cannot send data to my device.
To be in Fastboot mode , the device has to boot while pressing on (PWR & VOL+) but my device can’t boot.

I see that Sugar tool detects your device like rooted and refuses to flash anything, compare imei number which is in the box, I hope that it couldn´t be changed.
Don´t tell me simply no luck, what it says in SPFlash tool when you tried to flash TWRP and I guess that you put scatter-txt and twrp renamed recovery.img simply in the same folder. Just to be clear, to can flash with this tool your device it has to be off not needed fastboot for this. (provide some screenie)
Other combination of keys to enter to fastboot to flash some partitions when something is missing is, try these three ways:
- Pressing only vol down and at same time connecting to charger (connect first one terminal of cable to your device and then to the charger)
- Pressing the three buttons till a menu appears (you must to release inmediately all)
- Pressing vol up + pwr till a menu appears (you must to release pwr button inmediately) then choose fastboot
In the post 4 I provided a link from Google Drive, in this zip there are 8 items;
- From the item 2 use this version of SP Flash tool, put the four files in a folder and flash them
- In the item 3 you will find some scripts for fastboot, maybe they´re working better and also you have here a subfolder with twrp image.
- And if you get sucessfully install twrp in the item 7 there is a backup with some files to restore from this recovery.
Try one by one and update the info, I hope that your motherboard is not damaged.
So my question is that is it possible to flash China rom to global version and get OTA upgrade to android 12 as I heard china devices are getting zui 13?
It's available here. If you attempt to flash it, make a .qcn backup of your nv data first. You can attempt to flash it with these instructions (7th post), only if you have all the drivers necessary for both LMSA/RSA & QPST/QFIL and know how to set it up correctly (firehose config needs to be set to not erase; you will need to set storage type to ufs).
Problem is i cant unlock the bootloader yet cause adb devices command doesnt show up the phone. Tried couple of drivers but didnt work.
You don't need to unlock your bootloader as it will most likely be relocked once you flash it. Do you have these (not just for OnePlus8, for all Qualcomm devices)?
Ok I was able to connect and unlock bootlader. I am downloading China rom now and will try flashing using the instructions. Hopefully it doesn't get bricked.
Make a backup of your nv data (QCN) first. Then do both edit 1 & edit 2 of the instructions posted and make sure to do it carefully, or if you're brave enough do only edit 2.
So I followed the instructions and after flash it went black screen. It doesn't boot or get detected by RSA. Only thing I can do is QFIL detects COM6 port when connected
Force shut it down, hold power until screen flashes on. You forgot to check "Reset after downloading". If that doesn't work you will need to use the other firehose protocol (lite) and that should restore it to a booting state.

I think its in EDL mode cause nothing else happens. Do you use telegram or whatsapp?
Holding power doesn't do anything? It should at least shutdown and reboot and if the screen briefly flashes then yes it is in EDL. You will need to flash it back to Global or whatever was previously on it. Did you unlock the bootloader first or not? That might have been the issue.
Nope nothing happening when holding shutdown. When I hold for 15 sec then it resets phone but always black screen. I can understand that it reset from QFIL cause COM port gets disconnected then reconnects. I think its hardbricked now and there is no QFIL rom I could find so have to take service center then...

Okay, try flashing it again with the firehose config option checked "Reset after Downloading". You used EDL to flash it the first time, right? If you still get a black screen you will need to flash the original Global firmware back onto it. You state that RSA doesn't find it? Did you unplug and plug it back in or leave it plugged in?
One other thing you might of forgot to change, storage type to UFS.
I tried firehose flash many times but keep getting sahara fail error or process fail. Storage type was always ufs I never touched it
Use firehose lite and check to see if device manager shows any yellow exclamations now.
Tried lite now, there is android device in device manager with yellow
Is it possible for you to connect remotely via teamviewer or do you know someone that can fix if I pay?
You can fix it. Just try updating the driver automatically and see if it finds it first

The driver package you installed will read the USB ID and should find it within DriverStore. Right click on the android device that has the exclamation and update the driver.

The Custom Gsi Roms had many Lags like I could not make Phone calls and so on.
So i decided yesterday to back to stock.
I have downloaded the original Stock Rom for this device and tried to flash it over fastboot.
This process was sucesfull,but the device wont boot.
It stucks in a bootloop.
it only boots until this point and then it reboots everytime.
many would say try to go into fastboot or recovery.I tried that by holding the Volume Down and Power Button,but it also does not work.
The device starts only until this point and it restart agin many times.
So after hours of research in the internet,I found the Edl Mode of Xiaomi Devices and I would use this mod to flash the Stock Rom and make the device usable.
But in the internet I did not find many Information how to enter it on tnhis mobile without entering fastboot.I only know about this two mainbord Points,but I dont know where to find them on this device.
Could you please help me,guys?

Requirements:
Unlocked bootloader
Properly installed drivers
USB cable with data transfer support
First, you should download few things from this website
1. Modded SP Flash Tool(click at this blue text to download)
2. Drivers
3. Python (2nd most important thing)
4. MIUI FASTBOOT ROM (the most important thing) Choose the region which you want to flash
Steps:
1. Unpack sp flash tool wherever you want to
2. Run it
3. Unpack miui rom (it's packed twice so unpack it 2 times)
4. Load scatter file
5. Tick Auth Bypass (it's next to download button
6. Go to settings
7. Choose full speed transfer (i will write with more details when I'll be back home)
8. Exit settings
9. Click download
10. (THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP)Hold all buttons Vol+, Vol– and Power and then connect USB. Look at the bottom of sp flash tool, after a second of two from connecting phone to computer it should start (the progress bar should turn red)
11. Wait until flash is done.
12. Disconnect your phone from PC and hold power button until the phone vibrates and Xiaomi logo appears on screen
13. It should work now, if not, use this tutorial.
