hey i am trying to find the update.zip file in a pre-cooked rom and i want to move it to the original_update directory but i can't find the file... where should i look inside the rom?
how should i do this.

Why do you want to convert it?
If you want to dump the contents search for the kitchen already posted in the forum.
i was trying to learn how to use the tools and create my own rom for rw6828. i know there is couple of cooked rom for rw6828 out there, but i am just trying to learn how to do it from scratch.
yes, i can dump the file with the kitchen tools. but why is it the file size of imgfs_raw_data.bin (65mb) is much bigger than the one in the .nb0 file (57mb)? Or maybe atom life rom is not suitable for this.
i think i can drop the idea of using Atom life rom fo rw6828.

I have a problem with gps_brcm_conf.xml . I've replaced original file with file from another rom. But I didnt make a backup this file.
I have android 4.0.4 ISC P76010a-260-03 POLAND and I need file from this rom or another ics.

Due to Network fluctuations with Beta firmware, I am thinking about using Stable firmware. if i am to create firmware zip, how do i do that?
is it like copy firmware-update and META-INF folders from recovery update zip to some directory and zip them?
Or any other things we have to do?
Can somebody help me with this? I tried asking in some Dev Threads but did not get any reply. Please guide me if you can.
