Simple question, How to convert the .nb0 Roms to Flashable Zip file ? I want to do this as I want to modify a Rom. Can anybody help be please?? I searched this forum a lot but din't find anything.

Before playing with cooked ROMs, I'd like to make an image of the original ROM for backup purposes. How can this be done? Sorry if this has been answered before - I searched the forums but couldn't find anything regarding Raphael.

You can dump your original ROM using these instructions:

And how do i do so the .raw files becomes a rom file that i can flash with hardspl. or how do i do to get in the phone again

i had tried that but i think im a little bit stupid, i dont get it 100 %
isent it any easy way to build a flashable ROM from the .raw files.

hey i am trying to find the update.zip file in a pre-cooked rom and i want to move it to the original_update directory but i can't find the file... where should i look inside the rom?
how should i do this.

I want to build a Custom ROM for my HTC, but I can't extract the files from OS.nb (extracted with htcRIE.exe),
abload.de/img/os.nbextractpkzia.png
Anyone who can help me?
-use osbuilder instead htcrie to dump source rom and create packages
-use a stock rom as source for dumping (no custom rom)

I cant find anything related to this on google, maybe it is too trivial , but I cant find any good steps.
