Bluetooth headset and MSVC working? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Has anyone successfully used a bluetooth headset with Microsoft Voice Command with a stock 1.66 ROM? When I press the headset button, the voice command program initiates but all audio in/out happens on the handset microphone/speaker and not the headset. I have read where the widcomm bluetooth stack is to blame. I have also heard that some custom ROMs work ok.

I have tried the MSVC patcher to 28008 on top of msvc 1.6.21725 but it has not helped.

Bluetooth headset - no voice dial, etc.?

I have i-mate PDA2k and Plantronics 510 http://www.plantronics.com/north_america/en_US/products/cat1150057/cat5420035/prod5360004 bluetooth headset that is really cool.
The problem is that I can't find any way to make PDA listen to headsets microphone and to play sounds through it :-( When I press and hold the button on the headset I hear <beep> and the icon on PDA changes from headset to something like headset making sound. In the headset I hear very quiet noise. Thats all. All sound are still playing through the PDA and headsets microphone is ignored :-( I also tried Cyberon, Vito Voice2go and Voice dialer - no success with headset.
Is there any way to make it work?
PS Latest official firmware on PDA2k (1.40, not WM5) and latest bluetooth drivers (3900)

Jabra 350BT Headset with Cingular 8525

I have a Jabra 350BT headset and a newly purchased Cingular 8525. I have installed Microsoft Voice Command on the phone, but the headset does not do anything when the button is pressed. I would like to enable the Voice Command.
Has anyone developed a way to get this to work with the 8525?
Thanks!
By the way, I have Microsoft Voice Command 1.6.
Disregard this post. I found the thread about the BT headset hack.

BT HeadSet, does not activate Cyberon Voice Dialer

Hi, i have the Underground WM6 ROM, and installed the Cyberon Voice Dialer 1.1 (the some that come with my WM5 from factor room), and when i press the the headset, to say a voice command, just the phone (with WM6) show my the dial pad, but not the windows from Cyberon to say the command, early when i used the WM5 Room, that work fine.
And another little cuestion, on WM5 i installed a soft that permit redirct all the audio from the device acroos the bt audio to the bt headset, on WM6 this soft works but (as ex.) when i open de PocketMusic, o WM Player, works fine, but when i close these software (the players), close also the redirection of the audio to the bt headset, some one know some trick to it do not pass again ? or works as WM5 room.
Thank's a lot.
PD; I see o some post, some file .cab that permit that when ones press the bt headset works the Cyberon, but i lost these post.

Bluetooth headset problem solved?

Is it possible? I think my Bluetooth headset problem may be solved. I'm running dcd 3.0.4 and using the new 3.39.10 radio
after installing the new radio, my Bluetooth headset would answer calls when I push the BT headset button.
Previously, when I would push the BT button to answer calls, there would be silence on both ends. Now, the headset seems to work properly.
Not sure if/when I'll be upgrading the system ROM, but I'm definitely sticking with this new radio!

Bluetooth Headset and Voicecommand

Hi,
is there possibility to use an headset to set a voice command.
Are there any exeperince.
Greets Fraggy
Sort of!
HTC have changed the Bluetooth stack and it's causing problems, people here are looking at it, but I suspect we won't see a fix till we get some cooked ROMS.
If you press and hold the send key on the phone you should hear the familiar voice command two tone in your headset and can then speak the command, I'm using this with my car kit to initiate calls successfully. It does not appear to be possible to trigger VC from the headset right now.
Hope that helps,
Gordon
same problem for me with volume control: my BT stereo headset does not have volume control keys, so I can only use the keys on the phone. this was smoothly working with TP1 (Raphael). now it does not work AT ALL with TP2 :-(
could it be possible to deactivate the widcomm stack so we can use M$ stack
I'm just checking if this will work
deleting...
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ControlPanel\Overrides]
"Bluetooth"="\Windows\BTConfigCE.cpl"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\Bluetooth]
"Redirect"="BTConfigCE.cpl"
ok didn't work but now i have windows mobile controlpanel too
