I would like if someone can help me find somewhere the original UK orange room WM6.1 on the net or save that somewhere for me. Im looking for a day now and and liknks posted here looks dead. I need that room do unlock my phone as i have already flashed other room and when i boot the phone with other sim the request for unlock not poping up anymore. I think i need the original room and all will work out.
Pleas anybody on megaupload or rapidshere or somewhere just put the original UK orange room WM 6.1 and 6.5 i dnont know whitch one will work.

OK i faund WM6.5 orange uk and unlock my phone but still like to have original 6.1 with toshiba menu if someone have it.

EDIT: ANYONE IN FUTURE: This is NOT original ROM - try NOT to flash it if you can get original 6.5 off toshiba website. if not PM me and will be happy to upload it for you. This rom is translated from non-English lang - when you use few apps they show Italian plus is buggy. PLEASE DONT USE IT UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. Get ORIGINAL from Toshiba Website instead.
Im not sure if official room have this toshiba strips as well coze this one not as original 6.1ver but it has all the original orange staff and i was able to unlock my phone with this room. I hade some Rooms with Sense installed but battery drain far to fast in 4.or 5 hours but with this room i was using the phone for couple of hours even with wifi and battery still in about 90% so it looks very good to me. I would like to tray some debranded rooms and well see.

Atm, no cab file exist.the stripes in wm 6.# are better than 6.5 coz of the animations. I made a post on this a while back. Somebody was going to take up the job for it.i think it was novembre5

I need to get hold of the original shipping Orange UK M3100 ROM, I have had a look at the RapidShare links here and the one posted is Romainian
If you flash with this All Connections/GPRS/ etc dont work, have tied setting up the comms settings from info available on the web.... no luck.
Only option is to reinstate the original ROM, anyone know were I can download this. Orange site has no link....

Just Follow These Instructions. Hope They Help Their Not Formatted Just Copied And Pasted Of The Web.

As far as I know, only the Romanian one is available.
I'm using the Romanian Orange ROM in the UK on my M3100 (believe it or not, it's the only one I've tried where everything works perfectly - if a little slower than I'd like).
I've got a T-Mobile SIM in mine, and to get the data connections working I had to remove all of the preinstalled Orange connections from the Settings menu, then I used a registry editor to delete all the remaining Orange connection bits which I think were in "HKCU\Comm\RasBook".
Once you've done that, try entering the Orange UK settings manually (as provided by mousey), and it should work?
Also Orange UK Have Never Released An Update To Their Shipped Roms So That Means Theres No Upgrade Tool And Therfore You Won't Be Able To Flash Your Device With A UK Orange Rom.

This is the same for a UK tmobile rom...there is no offical release so you will not be able to roll back to your shipping uk rom.

Recently I had to return a Hermes to Orange and I used the components from this to restore my device to their OS etc.
if for whatever reason that turns out not to be the UK one (it should) then I have it on my computer and can send it to you somehow.

I am now downloading what is on your rapidshare link, but it appears to me to be the Romanian one.

Go to your "Home Page" in IE, tries to go to orange.ro, also in regional settings it is set to Romanian
Could Someone Extract The Connections Settings CAB From An Orange ROM As This Would Be Really Helpful To Anyone Changing Their Phone Images.

that means I've sent Orange a PDA with the Romanian ROM... just as well it was a swap!
to be honest though... if that's the only customisation difference, it'd be trivial to rectify that by changing the setting post-install

I've finally managed to get WM6 on my 3100
However took the opportunity to dump the rom I was using before hand just in case...
This rom was the rom the phone was shipped with (UK SPV m3100), however I had used pof's v2 unlocker when I first got it to unlock it, would this have modified to rom in anyway? Or just the radio rom?
So I have a (what I believe to be) a UK m3100, I have a Part02.raw (written with no errors) if anyone would like to reconstruct it.

how about if you flash a rom in english? that's what i would do.
another way is to install real vga (lets you change the resolution and the langueage)

flash pk 3.0 ROM its fast (i bet faster than the rom you currentlly have), has more options and its better overall and the most important thing it's in english.
download if from here

first put the olipro spl so you make your expensive athena in a nice brick.

You forgot to mention to him that it's VERY important that he has a fully charged battery before he performs any of the process mentioned to him. And to make sure if he's doing it from his laptop that it's also running on AC/DC and not battery power. Come back and tell us about PK 3 which by the way I use (Fast and Sweet)

i tried guys to instal hard spl... i follow the steps till my athena ask me to install enter bootloaderexe and then jump spl exe, and after nothing.... error 260 connection...
i thing i have seen on the screen SPL 1.01 .... or something like this into bootscreen for 1 second....maybe i have to use RUU WRAPPER ?

Has anyone tried it? I'm tempted to, but I've got an unlocked phone from HTC (not the Orange version) and am concerned about compatibility. Does anyone know if the Orange update will work properly with the HTC unlocked model? Or if HTC is planning to release their own update?

i can can confirm all went fine.
i have an unlocked htc orange 6500 that had been unlocked and all is still working fine.
(bizarely htc website said there rom upgade wasn't for my phone yet it was for clearly to upgade from 6.0-which i was-to 6.1-which i needed)

not sure what you mean.....there is a square orange logo in the middle of the screen as it "boots up"
after that its just wm 6.1...no branding or banners etc on screen at all
htc.com provide an update for the P6500 rom here :

yes ttiittii that was the web address i was using to get a htc rom upgrade and like you my serial number was a HT820Gxxxxxxx
and it just says "not for you" rather annoying seeing as its a htc phone with just a tiny orange logo on the back.
but i have to say the 6.1 upgrade i got from orange is brilliant...stuff i use for work is loads faster and the bluetooth hands free is now problem free.
it just seems to be wm6.1...i can't find any "orange introduced" stuff on the pda at all...you know like o2 sticks o2 active on and crappy o2 logo's in the title bar that you can't seem to shift...thats nothing at all

Hi can anyone help me I have been trying to update my phone a Toshiba TG01 from Wm 6.1 to Wm 6.3 but without any luck.
The update is not available from Orange Uk, and the Toshiba web site has a broken link I have searched all over the web but cannot find any
link to the stock rom files, it's as if the phone is no longer supported.
