Trying to flash and needing a lil help i suppose...it has to be done through a RUU right? When i download a ruu.exe it never opens on my computer so could someone point me the right direction? Thx

what happens when you try to run ROMUpdateUtility.exe?

Would it be possible to include Danish language aswell?
My comp ask if I trust the program I hit allow then it goes away and that's it nothing else happens. Is there another ruu to download somewhere?

just add it to your exceptions list on whichever program is blocking it.

i wouldn't say any RUU... use a Mondrian RUU from a Shipped ROM.
or maybe the RUU included with ansar's Mondrian ROM?
OK I'll try those the other ruu from last from didn't have option to select a file so I'll try those then

so when i extract to intrinsic the .nbh says its 0kb? What am i doin wrong here? do i have to use 7zip to extract it? I'm using winrar right now.

Fix:
- Input Types: (注音) + (倉頡) + (手寫) + (全螢幕手寫) works with no doubt
- relpllog.exe error exixts if 手寫(mboxcht.dll) is called, i dunno why, have checked so many versions from ATOM LIFE to ATOM AKU2.2....still finding. But I think 全螢幕手寫 is good enough.
- Finally I am able to change the program links in the initflashfiles.dat to unicode 16
- SMS issue: If you have SMS issue, please go to phone - options - service and check the SMS default gateway number, for HK it is +8536800852 somewhat like that, just change it to the number your operator provided.

It seems the CHT input doesn't compatible with the WM6 WWE version so is possible to rip the original CHT handwriting file to be cab let us try this ????
Or just translate the CHS 0.4 to CHT is much faster to solve the problem ?

I'm using pArtizAn's WM 6.1 Pro Rom, but this amazing Rom only supports xt9 for Russian and English. I'm a German and writing SMS without t9 really sucks!
So I was looking for a Language Pack like they exist for the Standard-Roms.
I found this Language Pack from MoDaCo. I installed it and - contrary to all other exisiting Language Packs - the t9-key was working and I was able to write with the dictionary, but the keymapping was totally mixed up!
Eg. my Hardware-Button 2 was mapped to 1, e & r (so if I wanted to type an r in the ABC-Mode, I had to press the HardwareButton 2 twice !)
Or if I wanted to write "test" with dictionary I had to press 3,2,6,3 instead of 8,3,7,8!
So I tried to copy only the 2 Files "hpd.5x4.German.kdb" & "DElsUN_xt9.ldb" from the cab to my windows-dir and I modified/created this 3 registryvalues:
"HKLM\Software\Tegic\eT9\IME\KDbFiles\0607" value = "hpd.5x4.German.kdb"
"HKLM\Software\Tegic\eT9\LdbFiles\0107" value = "DElsUN_xt9.ldb"
And appended on the 3 value (HKLM\SOFTWARE\Tegic\eT9\AvailableLanguages) ",0107"
After that, the keymapping was correct! But after selecting German in the XT9-Menu, it wasn't displayed in the XT9-Menu to be selected, but by typing with the dictionary the t9 suggested me some german words and by selecting them, the xt9-bar freezed and was visible everywhere until I did a softreset.
Let's simply say: It acted really confused!
My guess is, that this is connected with the file eT9.HQD.kdb
So. Is there any genius out who can help me???

I had some troubles uploading this file - I guess my Connection is too slow (512 kbit up) and the server is getting into a timeout. But I can also put the file on my server and send you a direct download link via PM for this file (also tried to upload it via URL - no chance!)
When are we going to get the pleasure of a new wounderful release? I'm looking almost every day on this site to be the first downloader of the new release

I've played around again with the files from the XT9 lang pack from the first post of this topic. It should be that the problem is related to the kdb files that Erofich uses for english and russian xt9. It should be special ones for the qtek keyboard. Is this right Erofich??? Could you tell us how to develope a german kdb file???

But this t9 languagepack isn't working on my WM 6.1 Pro Rom. After the installation I'm only able to write numbers and I'm unable to open the t9 menu by pressing the *-key! So I've uninstalled it and everything went back to normal - without a German t9...
I'm looking forward to Erofichs new rom /w german t9 or someone who could remap the keys from the t9 shadow languagepack.

Safest way to flash is using SD Card:
THE WAY TO FLASH A ROM USING THE SC-CARD (also tnhx to jiwei1984):
1. Make sure you have HARDSPL installed (soon...).
2. Format the sd-card to FAT32 (if not already).
3. Copy the ROM (.nbh) to the root of the sd-card and rename it to topaimg.nbh.
4. Bring the device into bootloader: press and hold Volume-down button and then Power button.
5. Confirm the question to upgrade.
6. Wait for upgrade to finish and enjoy...

If you use mega smarttouch tweak you will lose Iolite wheel.
You need to use SmartTouch_1_1_32635_2 from Iolite packages if you want to have working wheel.
LongPressEndKey - lock device
Use LongPressEndKey_1_2_35861_5 from Iolite packages, it works fine.
Long_Press_End_Key_1_5_19182121_00 from Mega depends on keyboard driver and dosen't work on Iolite.

HTC Album will work if you replace the files ha_skin_l.xml and ha_skin_p.xml in .........\OEM\Iolite_MEGA\0409\ExtraFilesPkg with these from manila album package(in building these from the above folder which are for iolite's album version ovewrite these from mega)
Or you can simple delete these files from ExtraFilesPkg.

I cannot post screenshot now, I removed this feature from my rom - it breaks wheel on my Iolite.
Install it and try to use scrollbar in explorer or other program.

1. - Empty and LEAVE only the .dsm and .rgu on these folders:
ExtendedPkg;
ExtraFilesPkg;
FotaTestPkg;
2. - Replace initflashfiles.dat with the one from Mega in the folder OEM_Lang_XXXX
3. - Make sure you have these files under OperatorPkg folder:
There are some minor things you have to do, but it's too long of a story to be explaining them all here. Basically replace as much Iolite stuff as you can with Mega and open .rgu files with the notepad and edit away.
Hope this helps out some chefs.

Well, that certaintly is ungrateful from your behalf.
I added every registry tweak I had, and as you can see, I have some Packages of my own, so files like RealParserFilter.dll and others are there.
To know what do all the tweaks do, just browse the Web a little bit.
Regarding the syntax error, it's not my fault, it's written with " and not with ? on my reg file, I don't know what happened.
Sorry, but you didn't shared anything helpful. You uploaded huge screenshots and regfiles full of errors.
You didn't upload real files, you don't want to tell us what all these posts for.
Do you think we should use Google to find out what did you mean?

Hi, first of all thanks for your works, but to be true, to me it sounds quite complicated, and I´m not sure what are the benefits of your rom? Right now I am very happy with pdaimatejam v7.3. Maybe you should point out a little more what´s new with your rom, e.g. wich touch driver it uses.

Thanks Ansar, ROM according to the description very interesting. But downloading is slow (about 3 hours)
This is a "new" issue with rapidshare.
It is announced the download limit speed for free users at 30Kb/sec.
"Rapidshare disabled the ability to resume downloads that were stopped for free users and also limited the average download speed to 30 kb/s.
Because of the way they are doing this, it may look like the download is frozen.
Don’t worry – it’s not. It’s just waiting for the next piece of the file to be transferred.
The pauses in between are added by Rapidshare in order to make the overall average speed slower for free-users."

I'm a fan of your work Ansar ..and since this is the only way to contact can you update first threads with following details..
Is multitouch driver fix included ? which one ?
Is camera trick for battery required or the Rom has acceptable battery drain even after reboots?
Does this encrypt sd card or dll from cotulla was used which prevents that?
Hard key backlight fixed ?
Did u include new camera driver as in Ultrafruit ROM ?
Is volume fixed?
Is MAC address Issue after reboot resolved ?
CAB update possible ? If yes which certificates are included?
Zune updatable ? (sorry if u had mentioned and i missed it )
ANYthing else i missed you want to tell....
Really admire your work since so long .. do come frequently..

Hi,
Will be just activated!!
That's what also did and updated all hTC apps etc
After entering AC will instantly return to enter e-mail and pw again
Just re enter the pw and will be activated

I ported all working items from Schubert and Titan 8107 22L TU ROM
You can see post #1 1st few lines of main characteristcs what of cotulla/dft is included
It is well structured and of very good performance
Waiting for comments and reports

I am sure it will be good but my questions regarding cab sending, sd card encryption, Mac address etc are not answered anyhow .. I am at school now will flash and report when I reach home that will be approximately 4 hours 30 minutes from now .. Will post my first impressions and then edit the post as required ..
I have installed the rom without any issue (it is easier that the description!!!)
It is the first real HTC based build with the all DFT and ansar tweak!!
