I come here desperately seeking someone can give me a solution.
I come on behalf of several chefs who are trying to improve the ARNOVA ROM 10.
We have always worked roms in. Zip rom and the ARNOVA 10 comes on. Img. The problem is that we have almost a month trying to extract the. Img but no way.
I would appreciate someone give me some clue to how we could extract the. Img to work on it and then re-attach it to flash.
This is our last hope, so that any information we would be extremely useful and would appreciate greatly.

i am making a rom for the touch pro
have been using PROvens rom for a long time now
but only today have i registered
Basically to cut a long story short what program would you recommend for creating the rom
i have the raphael kitchen from this website and also the ppc- Build os
are there any advantages to either one?
i have tried searching but i couldnt find a very helpfulll answer
also
for example if i wanted to base my rom on say PROvens
how would i extract the info from it
from what ive read it involves flashing it to the phone and then running the raphael kitchen extracter and getting the raw files
but isnt there a easier way to extract the info without flashing to a phone ?
sorry if the questions are a bit 'noobish'

Is it not easier to put the PROven rom in the Baserom folder? And then extract?

Ill give you my useless opinion
If you are very new to cooking and only want to add or remove a few programs then ppc_buildos is very user friendly.
If your looking to majorly change a rom and want to get to the real internals of the OS you need to use the kitchens found here on xda.
I have looked everywhere for the file. I cant us the Xutility tool as i ma on ubuntu. my emulater wont run so thats out of the question.
I really need a stock deodexed 4.1.26 rom so that I can mod and them it to my liking.
is there anyone out there with a cwm flashable zip or a completely wiped recovery backup that i may use to install on my atrix and do my theming and modding on?

I am not trying to be rude by anymeans when i make this statement, however i am finding the atrix community to not be very helpful. my previous devices communities are so much more tight knit and more than willing to respond to even the dumbest question and to help all members out no matter what.
Since i have been a member of this community i have gotten very little assistance with things that i thought would be simple to answer and give feedback on that i am really actually disgusted.
I am not interested in changing to a custom rom as i havent found one that i like and really just want to theme and mode my stock 4.1.26.... can someone give me a hand in this or did i just happen to get the wrong device and join the wrong communtity?
does anybody know of a way of converting cwm update.zip files into a fastboot flashable content.
if it makes any difference, i am mainly interested in doing this for my xperia play and then supporting users wanting to try a new custom rom with minimal human input on their behalf (because of fear of creating their own new expensive paper weights).
the only thing i can think of, is flashing the zip, and then making a backup and then distributing the .img's to the user. i'd rather not do this if possible, as i'd like to allow the developer who created the rom keep the download count from their own download source. though it may be a possibilty if i first consult the dev.

i have done a rom dump on my tablet got all the img files
but i need this to be a flashable rom as the suppler will not provide it
the tablet internal memory is full due to a error whilst rooting
can provide details as required
but to be blunt im a newb when it comes to this if some one can help
or is willing to do it for me ill gladly donate for the trouble

It was not my intention to spam,
and I hope I have not miss any message that had them, but I can't find any valid link to download the root and recovery zip files. All link are dead.
But I see modding is still alive here, and I have to admit this makes me very happy about that, so, can anyone upload those files? I resurrected this phone after my Nexus completely died, and I would like to mod it, since the stock ROM is not that good.
