Try removing the battery for 5 minutes

first try factory reset in recovery

yes i have done factory reset and nothing , i already flash with CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.tar too.

AFTER FLASH OVER AND OVER AGAIN , MY PHONE LIVES
I dont understand what i have done , but my last steps was:
Flash the phone with ODIN 3.07, after flash i enter in RESET MODE ( VOL.UP+HOME+PWR) and select wipe data/factory reset ( use the volume button to toggle, and pwr button to confim) .
Some notes:
I have try few times that steps above , but phone stucks always on samsung logo. IN this last try i have done factory reset and i connect phone to pc with KIES open, trying connect device, and phone just past samsung logo and start install aplications . I dont know if was kies revive my phone or not.
ONE ADVICE , CAUTION WITH NAND ERASE ALL OPTION.
I think i have lucky this time

Unable to do factory reset!!! HELP!!!

Hi all,
I'm trying to root but having problem. Then I decided to restore to factory reset via software and thru CWR but both failed....any suggestion?
Best Regards,
Jay
Sorry if I'm hijacking this thread, I am also having a similar problem. My tab has been rooted since I bought it, nearly a year ago. I have flashed loads of different roms and builds without any problem. Recently with the AOKP builds, my tab locks up randomly and I have to do a reboot by holding power for 15 secs. I can install a new rom etc, but it does not fix the issue.
I have since decided to do a factory reset, however in cwm when I choose this option it hangs and freezes the device...
I've tried the superwipe scripts, but because they are not for this device they do not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What exactly fails? The factory reset in CWM won't format the SDcard partition, btw. Only stock recovery does that.
I would suggest to flash a stock system using odin (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1651794). That'll revert the system and recovery to stock and you can do a factory reset.
I have fixed my problem, I don't know if it will help the OP. But here is what I did.
Downloaded ODIN plus the stock 3.2 honeycome odin file for my model p7500 (Unzip it too ). booted my tab holding power and vol down. Once the samsung logo comes up, release power.
Press Vol UP to select "Download Mode". Open ODIN, connect usb cable pc --> tablet and press volume up on tab again, to confirm download mode.
ODIN will recognize the tab, select the file you just unzipped, and click start... once finished you should be back to stock, so you can re-root. Like I had too
Now I just hope that my device is fixed and wont freeze anymore

Put the tab in download mode and Odin the stock tar.
+1. You will lose everything on your internal storage by the way, but its the best way to wipe any bad data or damage that has been done short of a hard brick.
Its quite refreshing actually I'm glad I did mine and it proved I didn't need half the junk that was on it lol!
@jaytee84: please tell your device's model my friend, and tell which firmware you are currently running

Take off your phone's battery. Wait around 2-5 minute. Insert battery. Press vol up + vol down + power button.
Have you even tried a wipe data? Do it at first.
If nothing works...than remove battery and hold the buttons for download mode(volume up+down+power) and than reinsert the battery....u may require a pair of hands more to do that so take anybody's help.....

Thank you guys, at the end I changed the kernel from the clockwork mode, that gave me the normal e3 boot. From there I made a data wipe and then I entered clockwork mode and restored a nandroid backup.
Still I wish I could enter the download mode, but the screen just flashes so... I'll try later this week, right now my friend has it (it's hers) so maybe when she gives it to me again. Right now I left her with stock OS xD

Don't flash Rafael.Baugis CWM kernel without formatting your partitions as ext4
I repeat
DON'T DO IT
It will soft brick your phone
And if you try again and again, it will hard brick your phone
I had to send my phone to Samsung Service centre to restore it!!!

ok it would have been nice to know that -.-'''' why don't they post this info anywhere else? seriously it was a pain to do anything on that phone. I'm still trying to figure out a way to put it into download mode. Right now it works but my friend is asking for the thing that makes the phone install stuff on the sd card so IDK what to do.

Since you can see the opening screen,I am sure it would go into download mode.
Press Volume up+Volume Down+Power to boot up the phone into Download mode.Connect the phone to your PC and see whether Odin recognizes it.Then, flash the stock Rom.

No need for service center, just follow the steps for flashing a rom through Odin and you can recover your phone to a working state, but grab all the patience you can and follow the steps CAREFULLY, or you'll have a really hard time recovering your Ace-i

[Q] i9300 keep rebooting and never turn on

Hi everyone.
I have a i9300 and it is stuck in rebooting.
Power key is ok.
I can get it to download mode or recovery mode.
I can wipe cache and partition but nothing change, it keeps rebooting.
I cant use odin because odin didn't see the phone,
I think USB debugging wasn't on. But I cant find a way to open it without turning on.
I am looking for possibilities and solution for 2 days and I cant find any. Please help me.
bootloop
It seems you are stuck in a boot loop. Try clearing the cache & perform a full factory wipe. Then reboot your device.
Hope that helps.

If you've cleared the partition structure then you've turned a possible soft brick into a hard brick, you'll need a new motherboard now.
Try flashing the rescue firmware, from the thread in general, but I wouldn't hold out any hope.

same problem but worse please help
HI guys i have exactly the same problem but my bootloop was caused by installing recovery through the cwm app and then rebooting to recovery through the app. i rebooted to recovery with an app before and it caused this aswell ...however back then my volume down button was working. i fixed it last time by going into download mode and flashing philz recovery however i cant enter download mode or recovery or boot into system.
PS: my phone doesnt boot into recovery it comes up with the samsung galaxy s3 gt 19300 logo then it comes up with the cwm recovery icon in the middle of my screen and 'clockwordmod recovery v6.0.6.4' at the bottom of the screen then restarts itself.
i dont know what to try i have looked around, didnt want to create a new thread just wanted to find out if anyone has any idea of what i can do except for buying a new volume down button thats my last resort apprently its £35 to fix
easy way to fill up you thanks meter guys as any sort of input and advice is extremely appreciated.
alphadavid99 you fried your lcd when you flashed cwm made for note in the other thread.
Hi i have the issue... I am able to get in Recovery and Download Mode.
While in recovery i had formatted the whole internal memory and tried flashing about three AOSP ROMs (Formatting each time before Flashing) but the only result was the endless boot up screen (not boot loop).
Then i tried flashing a sammy ROM and it worked...
Could someone tell me why am I able to flash Sammy ROM but not AOSP (such as ARCHIDROID & SLIMBEAN).
My Model is GT-i9300
Current Modem - XXUGMK6
Current ROM - S4 Revolution ROM (TM)
Thanks in advance for your time if someone has any suggestions

Need help phone stuck in boot

Hi,
So i tried to update my galaxy s6 edge t mobile to the latest firmware and once it did, it got stuck in the samsung screen and wont boot. The phone was rooted before, and now it just stays stuck. I have restarted the phone and now I have tried flashing the phone using Odin. It keeps saying failed and it shows the following:: " SW REV. CHECK FAIL. DEVICE: 2, BINARY: 1". I have tried downloading the firmware but it just keeps failing. When it updated, it should have updated to 5.1.1 since thats the latest which means i cant just put any other one right?
I dont know what to do to be honest, if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
anyone?
Have you tried using Smart Switch to restore Stock firmware?
There are a few solutions mate
1st One:
1) Put your phone into download mode using "Volume Down-Home-Power" combo until your screen comes into download mode and still hold it untill the screen goes off.
2)Quickly switch to recovery mode using "Volume Up-Home-Power" in the black screen and get into recovery
a)if it loads something and says erased... please start from the 1st step again
3)Wipe cache/ factory reset do these things in the recovery mode then reboot.
you should be good to go. If not theres another solution.
--------------------------------------------------
2nd One:
1)Put your phone into download mode.
2)Connect ur phone to the computer via usb and open smart switch
3)Press view more button on the right top.
4)Choose the 1st option as "emergency recovery and restore"
5)Put your model and serial number (its on the backside of the phone)
6)then follow the instructions of the smartswitch
thats it

Ok so my phone stays stuck in the samsung screen and smart switch stays stuck saying connecting to your device. i really dont wanna try the factory reset thing because i havent backed up the files on my phone
Ok so i got to flash it with 5.1.1 using odin but once its done it keeps staying stuck in the samsung logo screen....again.
Just did factory reset and still gets stuck at the damn samsung logo..
I am willing to pay if someone can help me solve this issue
I also noticed that once the downloading portion of the phone is done, it says installing with the android robot picture, then halfway it says erasing and then it restarts and gets stuck at the samsung logo
=(
you need to do wipe cache and, wipe data and factory reset. That erasing part is normal. Your phone is not bricked. That android robot portion just verifies the stock recovery and partitions. No problem with it. just wipe cache dalvik and everything what you can find (there are 2 options already) on the recovery.
